Great location!

This condo was ideal for my husband and I while we travelled to North Conway with our grandchildren. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals and the living room is very comfortable. The location was idea for the shoppers in the family as we were only a five minute walk to the large outlet mall. The parking at the mall on the weekend was a nightmare so staying at this condo was a blessing. We were a short drive to the Main Street for the boutique shoppes, restaurants and the train station for the rides on the old trains. The tubing on the Saco River was a fun afternoon, even though it rained that day.

Michael was very easy to contact and our damage deposit was returned promptly. We would definitely stay here again.

Exactly what was advertised, clean and perfect for our needs!

This spot was exactly what we needed. Very clean, convenient and a lovely place to stay. Enjoyed how close it was to everything! The only downside was the amount of noise that came from the upstairs neighbors. Very disruptive and noisy late into the night/wee hours of the morning.

Perfect spot!!

This place is clean well maintained and is so close to everything. You won't believe that settlers green outlet is literally out your front door. But that you are so secluded and feel like your in the deep county.

Great Stay!

My husband and I stayed here with our two small children in July 2016. What a great condo! The condo was immaculately clean with two bedrooms and an open living / kitchen area. The setup was perfect as we could have one child in a bedroom and the other on the fold out sofa. All linens were provided, as well as a kitchen with dishes, pots/pans, full sized fridge, coffee maker, microwave. It was so great to have breakfast in the condo at the cute breakfast bar before heading out for the day. The location can't be beat in Settler's Green. I communicated with Mike and he was fantastic - quick responses, very helpful. The only negative had to do with the upstairs tenants being very noisy - they woke us up nightly between 1-2 am by . running their shower or sink.... it will sound like a jet engine in the condo, and we had the unfortunate luck of them showering in the middle of the night. That is just bad luck, however, as the upstairs tenants were also temporary renters and is not a reflection of this condo. This noise would not be disturbing during daylight hours. We can't wait to return next year, and would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking to stay in the area. So much better than a hotel!!!

Great last minute stay, perfect location!

My sister and I decided to take a last minute weekend away to have some girl time and get a head start on our Christmas shopping. We've never stayed in North Conway, and decided to look for a rental like this instead of a hotel, and we are so glad we did! The owner was very easy to work with, and very responsive even with our last minute plans. The location is perfect in relation to the shopping areas (the entry road is a little bumpy with potholes, though), and the unit was clean and comfortable. We loved the little fireplace, and it had everything we needed for our weekend. Don't hesitate to rent this unit!
