What a wonderful spot - perfect for our reunion. Great collection of books and well stocked cabinets! Yard and gardens are beautiful - and a red shoulder hawk sat with us on the deck!

Happy campers

We absolutely loved this house!! Very happy customers. The house was spotlessly cleaned. The house is bright, airy and charming. The outdoor shower is fantastic. They even had Wedgewood dishes!

Fabulous

  • 5 of 5

We have stayed at this lovely property for 6 years and love it. Each year the owner has made an improvement. She really takes pride in her property and it shows. It is fully equipped with whatever you could possibly need from beach towels and chairs to suggested attractions. Little notes everywhere to guide you through the house, they are very helpful. The sunsets are amazing! It is close enough to everything but secluded enough to feel very private. Near the bike trail, the national sea shore and the bay beaches. If you rent this home I promise you you will love it as much as we have.

Perfect location, wonderful stay

  • 5 of 5

First, the location of this home couldn't be better for our young family. We had several bay beaches within a 5min drive never having to get on route 6! (Big plus). Very close to the rotary and downtown Orleans and just across route 6 from marshy kayaking and the national seashore. (All of that is bikable too, but we didn't since we had the baby with us)

The house was very well kept, and in great condition. Renovated kitchen felt like home :) the back deck (with the automated awning) was just stunning for watching sunsets and eating al fresco. Plenty of room for us, beds were comfortable, bathrooms clean, etc.

We are already looking at our calendars to see when we can come back next year! Thanks again!

Beautiful, comfortable home

  • 5 of 5

We could not have asked for a more lovely vacation rental. The sunsets over the marsh were amazing at this peaceful property. The picture-perfect home is well appointed and meticulously cared for inside and out. Our family enjoyed our stay and we look forward to returning next fall. Thank you!

Well organized lovely home close to everything.

  • 5 of 5

Thank you for letting our family stay at your lovely home, we had a great time at this very relaxing home. The home had everything we needed and more and everything was so very well organized. We had such a relaxing week we didn't want to go home. We would definitely recommend it to others. The location was very quiet and peaceful and very close to several beaches including Skatet and First Encounter beaches. Also thank you for the recommendation to try the wonderful french bakery 'PB Boulangerie Bistro' in Wellfleet it was awesome. We had a great time going to the beaches, mini golfing at Cape Escape and Arnolds, and visiting several other places around the Cape. We hope next year we are able to come back again. Thanks again!

Quiet Retreat

  • 5 of 5

We have been to this property twice in the past few years and each time we have loved our experience. The house is clean and orderly with everything you would need for your stay including beach chairs and toys, beach towels, games in the basement and a well appointed kitchen. The deck overlooking the marsh is our favorite place to eat breakfast as well as enjoy a drink at the end of the day. The location is close to 2 beaches, Orleans and the bike trail. The owner was very easy to work with. She provided a large binder full of household information and suggestions of activities. I would highly recommend this property.
