Enjoy this penthouse 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo with exclusive, keyed elevator access. This is the ONLY 3 bedroom unit in the building. Situated on the semi-private penthouse floor, you are certain to enjoy a serene and relaxing visit in this beachfront unit.
Inside the condo, you'll find everything you need for a fantastic vacation! The unit is fully equipped with everything from kitchenware to beach toys. The living room has a 46' Flat screen TV for your enjoyment. Step outside to your private balcony which offers breathtaking views of the beach and the Gulf of Mexico.
The unit boasts 2 master bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms. The first master bedroom contains 2 queen size beds, bathroom en-suite, and a private entrance to the balcony. Leave the patio door open to drift asleep while listening to the gentle waves roll onto the shore.
The second master bedroom has 1 queen bed with bathroom en-suite. The third bedroom contains 2 twin beds. All 3 bedrooms have 32' flat screen TV's.
A heated pool and miles of sandy beach are just steps from the elevator. Our private fishing pier and boat dock is also available across the street on the intercoastal waterway.
Another benefit of this unit (do you need another?!) is the premier covered parking space, one of the closest spots to the main lobby.
Enjoy nearby dining, shopping, and movie theaters. Tampa International Airport is only 35 minutes away, Busch Gardens only 45 minutes by car and Walt Disney World is only 90 minutes by car.

We vacationed in the area for a few years --liked it so much that we bought here!
We love all that Indian Shores has to offer, swimming in the gulf and pool, walking miles of the soft sandy beach, the nearby golf courses, all the restaurants, shopping, and sitting on the balcony enjoying the magnificent sunsets or just relaxing with a book.
We really enjoyed our stay in Indian Shores. The condo had everything we needed. Everything. It was clean, updated and convenient to shopping, entertainment, etc. Owners were great to work with. Thank you for sharing your condo with us.
As everyone, it's always very scary to book such an expensive vacation without knowing what you are walking into.
From the beginning, everything was easy. Directions how to get in were simple. Upon entering the condo, first impressions were it was large and clean and everything we had hoped for. The view is beautiful. There were 3 kids, husband and myself. The kids had their "end" of the condo with plenty of space and we had the bedroom on the opposite side. It's all layed out very nicely for everyone to have some quiet time. Cooking in the condo was ok...pans need updated and the stove is electric. Not sure they can do anything about that! :) Wind-down time included TRYING to put together a jigsaw puzzle with my daughter and hanging out. It was nice being in sometimes. Beds were SO comfy.
Mornings and evenings were spent walking on the beach (with ourselves...so quiet!) and out on the balcony with coffee. Days were spent in Tampa (Busch Gardens...awesome! and Adventure Island...yuck) or on the beach down below. The beach was quiet...not many people at all! We went to Clearwater one day and hated it (so commercial and overcrowded!), left after a couple of hours to come back to "our" beach. We purchased a "tent" to provide some sun during beach days. There is a Walmart and grocery nearby. This condo space was truly perfect for us. We loved having use of the chairs for the beach. The bathrooms (3 full baths) and kitchen are updated and very nice. This condo is not overly fancy...but it's clean, big and provides a wonderful view. It was perfect for my family and we loved it here.
Suggestions would be to update the pans in the kitchen and to purchase a scissor.
Some notes on the building...the elevator is very old and typically a long wait. No bathrooms down by the pool.
The parking space was great. My husband drove down with our Pilot and it was easy to get into.
Communication with the owner was quick and easy.
We Loved Bay I Sandwich and ice cream shop!

We, our children, and grandchildren had an excellent stay in this unit. It was well-maintained and very comfortable for us all - very good amenities, well-equipped kitchen, plenty of towels including beach towels, excellent view. We would rent this unit again and would not hesitate to recommend it to family and friends.
Great residential location, absolutely fantastic view of the Gulf, and really kind people throughout the building.
Instructions for key retrieval were clear and easy. Beds were comfy, nicely accommodated kitchen, beautiful showers!
Nice pool with an oceanfront view, generally busy but NEVER crowded.
Walkable to many things and right at a Suncoast Trolley Stop if you're looking to go South or North a little ways.
Parking spot for the condo IS tight, but there is also public parking available across Gulf Blvd not even a block north and for only $2 a day/night, you can't beat it.
Check out the little coffee shop (Indian Shores Coffee I think) about 1/2 mile north across Park Street-- great coffee, delicious baked goods, super cute atmosphere!
Uber was not readily available in this area of the coast but Bats Taxi was fast and reliable.
Overall, great space, awesome location away from the bright lights of some of the other areas, and absolutely breathtaking views. Would definitely stay again!!
We really enjoyed our visit to this wonderful (and only) 3 bedroom/3 bath penthouse condo. The owners (whom we had the opportunity to meet) were very easy to work with and helpful in every way. The condo has everything you need for a week, or even a month long stay. The location is great with many near-by excellent restaurants. Each of our three couples picked a restaurant for each night, then the last night we voted for our favorite and made a return visit. The choice was Salt Rock Grill. We also enjoyed Waltz, Frog Pond, Skulleys and Spotos. We collectively rate this property 5 stars and hope to return next year.
The only little issue is the parking is very very tight. Be very careful of the concrete pillars in the garage. We rented a mini-van and getting into the one designated parking spot was very challenging. We understand this cannot be corrected, and will certainly not deter us from returning. Just beware of the danger to vehicle damage if you are not careful. Thanks again for sharing this wonderful property with us. Kenny
The owners were always prompt in the reservation process and communicated instructions in a timely manner. The overall 1978 era building shows some age but the penthouse floor which is key restricted has been refurnished. The unit was very clean with new kitchen cabinets, vanities, and granite tops. Moreover, the showers were redone along with new furniture throughout. The beach is fantastic and beach chairs, boogie boards, etc., were provided.
Our family of six were very comfortable......would stay again.
