Our unit is 1400 square feet with a feeling of 'old' San Francisco meeting 'new' with modern conveniences. The unit has 2 large bedrooms, plus a smaller 3rd bedroom. All 3 bedrooms have queen size beds. There is an extra large kitchen/dining room with a separate living room for spreading out your family and/or friends. This is a perfect location for walkers, bikers or those who prefer public transportation. Steps away from historic Cable Car line. We are walking distance to Washington Square, Joe Di Maggio Park (great park for kids), Coit Tower, Fisherman's Wharf, Pier 39, China Town & Lombard St. North Beach is full of lovely shops, restaurants, perfect morning cafes for espresso with your paper plus Italian Delis and bakeries, some of which have over 100 years of continuous operation. San Francisco is consistently voted #1, 2 or 3 for must see cities in the world. There is no question that it is a great museum and arts city.
We had a wonderful stay in this home! There were 6 of us staying here and it was the perfect amount of space. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very nice and clean! Plenty of storage and the kitchen was well stocked! Adam was great to work with throughout the whole process! What we loved most was the location. It was within a 10-15 minute walk to everything! The cable car was also super close by! I love that this home was tucked away on a quiet street in the Russian hill/north beach area. If you need a place to park, there is an easy, nice parking garage less than 2 blocks away. We couldn't have asked for anything better for our stay in San Francisco! Definitely keeping this place in mind for future visits!

We couldn't have been more pleased with this home. It's in a perfect location and most of all it was clean and nicely stocked with all of your kitchen needs (pots/pans/utensils,etc). All three rooms are spacious and had comfy beds with good quality linens. We had such a wonderful time in SF and loved this house so much that we are planning our stay for next year.
The property owner was very helpful and attentive. When we arrived, the house was perfect, just like the photos. We couldn't have asked for a better location, right in the middle of EVERYTHING! I will definitely book this house the next time I come to San Francisco! Absolutely loved this trip and the house was everything it was advertised to be, and more! Thanks for such a great experience!
Everything about this rental was outstanding. Three very comfortable bedrooms, A quiet street right on the cable car line. A Fabulous sitting room and a kitchen that had everything you could imagine. This location was convenient to everything we wanted to do and see. I look forward to coming back soon
Adam, your rental is in a perfect place to tour the City. We had an absolute fabulous time. There were four of us and the rental was perfect. Loved the 2 BR. Kitchen was great. When we head back to SF, definitely staying here. So close to everything.
Long considered a city within a city, North Beach is San Francisco's best neighborhood. Walking distance to the Waterfront, Chinatown, Lombard St & Downtown. A short cable car ride will bring you to Union Sq & Market St., both are filled with boutique's & major department stores. One could spend the day eating & drinking at many locally owned bars, cafe's & restaurant's & never leave the neighborhood.
