My family (wife and 2 young kids) rented the apartment for the month of July 2016. The apartment was exactly as described in the listing and included everything you need (full kitchen, silverware, towels, beach chairs, etc.). The owner was extremely professional and responsive to any questions we had. We looked at several options and this unit is by far the best value you can find in North Beach without compromising quality. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a rental in Miami Beach.

El trato con el propietario fue muy cercano y amable, desde el primer momento nos hizo sentir como si estuviesemos en casa, siempre tan dispuesto a colaborar con nuestra estadia. El apartamento tiene todo lo que un turista pudiese necesitar para su estadia en Miami Beach, todo el equipamiento con que cuenta es de primera calidad, la verdad volveria sin dudar. This was our original choice when we contacted Willie in Feb. 2014.
Without taking up space being repetitious of the previous reviews PRAISE, we cannot offer more.
As beautiful as the photo`s illustrate, they come to life as you enter the front door. To add to the aforementioned, one would immediately notice the upgrades from the kitchen to the comfort of the bed. A free underground self park stall is also available. No problem at the pool as chaise lounges are always available. The chaise lounges at the beach are used very quickly but Willie has a couple in the unit to use if necessary.
We requested a return for next Feb. but unfortunately for us , it was unavailable.
We will be looking for another unit for Feb. but we feel it will be a downgrade compared to Willies.

Upon approaching the building, we were turned off because it was old a little bit old. Upon entering the apartment, we were mesmerized. They really spared no expense in the renovation and it turned out beautifully. The view was breathtaking! The location is perfect, right where we exactly wanted to stay. We really had a great stay and would definitely come back.
We stayed in this condo earlier this month and we absolutely loved everything about it especially the beachfront balcony. The view is spectacular! As others mentioned, the building is older but really who cares. This unit was completely remodeled, it's even better than the pictures. The owner Willie met us upon arrival and told us everything we needed to know. He even called mid-week to see if we needed anything. We cannot wait to return!
Can't say enough positive things about this condo. The location is great -- really beachfront and a straight shot from Miami Int. airport. I visited with my 6 and 8 year old daughters and stayed a week over Thanksgiving 2012. The unit itself is pristine and equipped like a luxury hotel; yet comfortable and relaxed enough for my kids to enjoy. Loved the morning sunrises that can be seen throughout the apt. There is a full service grocery store five minutes up the road; along with a Miami Public library which was fun for the kids. The beach is clean and very private; the kids loved the lovely seashells they collected. Lots of nice "extras" -- beach towels; coolers; wide assortment of magazines which mom loved. There is free valet parking; great when you come home with lots of groceries or packages or in my case for my elderly aunt/uncle who visited. Superb closet space which faciltated organizing the whole family. A restaurant in the building next door which has very good take out and delivery and also has a nice oceanfront view if you prefer to eat on site. Everything in the unit is high end -- shower accessories and TVs and the decor makes you feel serene. The kitchen is stocked with lots of wonderful accessories which would suit most demanding chefs. An ample hip dining table made it easy to invite friends ver for a leisurely lunch (one of whom immediately tried to book the unit for her overseas relatives for Christmas). The owner Willie is very responsive and an accomplished professional. He was prompt, courteous and put me at ease. I definitely would return again. It is a gem.
