This beautiful victorian house has been in our family for 5 generations. It is so special and accommodating for large families to enjoy and vacation together. We all have gathered here forever for so many happy occasions and memories. Now you can, too.
Hallie DeLorey purchased this house in 1807
This family focused house allows for families of all sizes to share a joyful and relaxing vacation together. Plenty of space to spread out and great common areas to be together for stories, games and meals.
Wonderful family home with several porches and room for everyone. Just a fabulous old house. Updated, yet still has the feel of a wonderful Old Cape Cod house.
Perfect location for ferry rides to whale watching, Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard. Bus transportation to Boston also nearby. Large home with rooms to spare for 3 families with teens and 20s. There is only 1 shower upstairs, but my husband and the boys loved the outdoor shower and used that!
Mini golf, go carts, shopping, restaurants in close proximity for evening activities for the kids. Owners a wealth of information!!
There is a small beach within walking distance, but the beach that is a little further away is more activity friendly - has volleyball net and is much bigger.
Overall, great stay and great location!
We had such a relaxing and fun 2 week stay at this lovely spacious home. There was plenty of room for my 3 sisters and our families to spread out and unwind, or get together for large family style dinners. The house was well stocked with everything you could need, making it very easy to settle in and feel at home! The location was perfect, close to a small private beach and within 1-2 miles of other beaches. Perfect area for walking, running or biking on the quaint quiet streets. Any issues we encountered were addressed quickly. I have to say we were sad to leave at the end of our vacation!

This spacious house is in a beautiful, quiet area within walking distance of the beach. The house is very large and suited our family's needs for our annual vacation. The kitchen was well stocked and we had all our evening meals together in the home. There was plenty of things to do for all ages. I would have to say the whale watching cruise in Provincetown was the highlight of our trip. We also enjoyed the Duck tour, Plymouth Rock, the glass museum and spent two days in town, which was lovely. The large yard allowed us to play games outside after dinner. We enjoyed our stay!!
This large Cape house in a beautiful neighborhood was well-suited to a large family get-together for a wide age range. The rooms are comfortable and clean. We used the kitchen extensively and grilled outdoors. There's ample fridge space, and there's even a second refrigerator-freezer in the pantry. We noted a couple of minor issues on arrival and the owner & property manager were responsive. We arrived a bit early in the beach season, but still could enjoy the sand, sun, and splashed feet in the water. The large lawn at the side of the house was great for frisbee, soccer, football, etc, and just for chilling out under a shady tree. There are no bikes at the house, but there are several bike rentals spots in the vicinity. We rode the Rail Trail & the National Seashore Trail. Kayaking, etc are also nearby. Being close to town, there are numerous restaurants, theaters, & shopping venues, including Trader Joe's & a new Whole Foods in addition to supermarkets. Quick access to the Hyannis Transportation Depot is also a plus.
Be aware that there are 4.5 bathrooms, but 3 of those are in need of updating and there's only one shower that's on the second floor. There's no air conditioning, except for one window unit in the master BR.
What can I say...Our time here was simply blissful! Gathering as a family around the huge dining room table laughing through meals. Snuggled up around the fire places. Sipping tea and painting toe nails on the front stoop chatting with friendly neighbors as they walk by. Walking the beaches (shells galore). The stories the walls of this home must tell. You feel like you've entered a piece of history. Quaint cozy cottage feel, with a sense of grander mixed in! We would go back any day! A treasured find for sure!
beaches, golf, tennis, boats, ferry to the islands, quaint and safe village, walking everywhere.
