The owner lives in the Boston area. The family enjoys using the house on weekends, mainly in off-season. The owner is something of a home-improvement hobbyist and takes great pride in making the house as clean and perfect as possible for summer guests, most of whom have been repeat customers for years. Additional information about rental rates

SUNDAY-to-SUNDAY reservation cycle during peak summer season. Requests for stays of less than one-week in length can be accommodated during off-season periods (October thru May). Please contact owner to discuss your needs.
Bed linens and towels can be provided, if needed, to guests travelling by airplane.

SUMMER RATES: $1,700 per week, minimum 1-week stay.
OFF-SEASON RATES (OCT 1 thru JUNE 1) : $1,4000 per week, minimum 3-night stay.
TERMS: Payments are made by personal check. One-half payment/deposit due at lease signing; balance owed two weeks prior to guest arrival.
DEPOSIT: $300 security / cleaning deposit; refunded within five business days after check-out
MAX OCCUPANCY: 6 people.

  • Bedrooms are situated on opposite corners of the house, which provides good separation and privacy between sleeping areas. In addition, the living room sofa has a queen-size hide-a-bed. The 3rd Bedroom/Den has a 1/2-Bath, and also doubles as the TV/entertainment room.
