Great location!

Inability to store trailer & general maintenance issues (broken gate & gas grill) were only negatives. Awesome location & fantastic neighbors made for an "A" vacation.

Needs much maintenance and cleaning!

We loved the location! But when we walked in the cleanliness of unit was lacking. There was dirt, dust, sand,etc... on the floor and some of the furniture, especially under the furniture. You could feel the sand and grit on the floor but dust and debris was easily visible under the couch, beds, and other furniture. It appears the cleaners attempted to clean, just not very thorough.We fought roaches the whole time we were there. They got into our food that was sealed up. They were crawling on the ceiling. The last day we pulled the sheets off the beds to be washed and one come it of the sheet. Thankfully we hadn't used that bed. The unit definitely could use a remodel or serious maintenance at the very least. Many of the brick at the front door are loose. This is a serious tripping hazard. There's no floor covering in one of the bedrooms. There's a gap under the back door. I'm sure that's where the roaches are coming in. The deck out back, top and bottom, had many rotten or loose boards. The furniture on both decks is pathetic. It's either cheap plastic crap or falling apart. We took pictures for evidence. This unit is in a very nice location and could be very nice to stay in. But it needs some serious help. I will exhaust all my other options before I ask to book this unit again. I've given it one star for location. I really hope someone with oversight of this unit sees this review and uses it to make some improvements. perfect location for boating and the condo is Great A+++++

We have stayed here twice now and it is a great location for using our boat, parking it right outside of the condo. The condo is very nice and clean and everything you need for vacation. The condo is close to the beach at Norriego Point , Crab Island and all the water restaurants. Thanks for letting us enjoy your condo, Jessie, Guy and the boys, Zach, Ely, Gavin and Kade. Not well maintained

Summer 2017.

Property was in need of repairs, downstairs deck/boat dock was full of rotten wood. Washer and Dryer are outside of the condo. Main bedroom shower did not drain well. Kitchen stove "cook top on" was always on. Refrigerator in door ice did not work and slowly leaked water. Mattress past worn out. Tile at entrance was loose.

Great location

The location is perfect. It was close to the beach and had a nice view of the water bay. However, the home itself could be improved. The shower in the upstairs restroom had a very short curtain so all the water was getting on the floor. There wasn't enough toilet paper or trash bags. We had to buy these products. The wifi was not good and we kept loosing connection. Overall, the location is perfect and we would stay again if these improvements were made since they are very minor adjustments.

super convenient location

This is our 3rd time at this property. The location is perfect for boaters. The kids enjoyed the doc for fishing & crabbing.
