Cool flat in lively location
We enjoyed Mario’s cool huge studio in Venice. It has high beamed ceilings and a very modern updated designer kitchen, well stocked for cooking (or not)! It has a nice big bed, plus sofa bed, and good hot water. There is a washer, dishwasher and nice tv, none of which we used, because there are so many other things to do in Venice!
We’d stay here again, we loved it!
Great location and a snug get away at the top of the building. Easy to reach from the boat taxi.
The apartment is light, modern and perfect for a couple. The only comment is that the bathroom needs a facelift.
Beautiful, spacious apartment in a wonderful area.
We loved our time in Venice, and it was a luxury to arrive back to this apartment at the end of each day.
Nice area of Venice, very convenient to neighborhood markets, restaurants, and transportation.
The apartment is located in a typical Venetian apartment building, however, this means it is old and does not have some of the conveniences many Americans may expect. To reach the apartment, one must not have any difficulty navigating three flights of stairs and must use three different keys to access doors from the street to the apartment. The wi-fi always worked well and except for no TV (which no tourist in Venice would use anyway), the apartment has all the necessary items any visitor might need. Enjoy!
Large, light Venice studio
This large, light studio is well located in a quiet block with access to great restaurants and shops outside the door. Mario and our allocated guide were extremely responsive and very helpful.
Great location, very spacious
This was a large open space on the top floor with a huge sitting room and kitchen. Great location close to St Marks. We walked the entire city from here in our four day stay. Communication with Mario was helpful and we were met by a guide who took us to the apartment. Listening to the bells was a wonderful experience. As we were right above the lane we heard early morning passers by a a few late night revellers on Saturday night. We read about the outside noise so we’re glad we brought earplugs. We had a huge suitcase so it was a challenge to lug up the 61 steps the first day. Wi fi was very weak but it worked and we met our needs at local cafes. Thank you for a great stay.
The apartment is centrally located, walking distance from main Venetian attractions. If you will not need specific far attractions once you arrive at the apartment you will not need to use any transportation.
The apartment is on the way which runs from St. Mark Square to the Biennale Pavilions.
Art, restaurants, coffe shop and supermarkets are close to the apartment's ground door.
