Why Doris chose Breckenridge

We bought at Park Place Condominiums because of its great location right next to Four O'Clock Ski Run for easy ski-in access in the Winter. It’s a Short Walk to the Snowflake Lift or the Base at Peak 9 or take the free shuttles right across the street. Plus its only 1 Block away from the Main Street restaurants and shops. You can park your car and not have to drive again, with all the free shuttle stops located nearby. Check out the video and see what you think! Ideally located in the heart of town for skiing and après-ski time, and loaded with all new high-end amenities - heated travertine floors and granite slab countertops, just to name a few!

What makes this condo unique

Having completed a full Re-Model in 2010 every thing has been updated to meet the needs of our guests, and us the owners. Each year we make a effort to add or change out something to keep it fresh. Comments we had from a guest was 'Can you remodel our condo at home'. Real Estate agents and the Park Place Management company have commented that this is the nicest unit in the complex: 'The bar has been raised'.

Convenient condo to downtown Breckenridge with nice updates

Our family really enjoyed our stay in Breckenridge. We stayed in this unit for 2 weeks and loved the convenient access from condo to downtown. Kitchen & bathrooms were great! Management staff was helpful. Only thing we would change about our stay is we will bring our own pillows (but admittedly we are picky when it comes to pillows) next time. Would definitely book it again!

Perfect BRECK location

Extremely well kept property at the base of the 4 o'clock run. Short walk to main shops & coffee. Visited Breck with my 2 sons and another mom and her son. Accommodations fitted us easily and nice to put boys in room with queen & bunk beds. Unit had clearly been updated and upgraded over the last few years. Location was ideal. We'd ski down the mountain for lunch and at end of day. Easy access to buses to get to lifts each morning. Highly recommend.

We Will Be Back

Park Place, this unit in particular, was a pleasure to stay at. Loved the fresh snow! The location is great you can walk to town and to the gondola for skiing or summer activities like hiking and biking. The condo was perfect. Very comfortable and clean. Well stocked with all that we needed. It even had a humidifier, which we needed with the dry air. The furnishings and decor are perfect for a getaway in beautiful Breckenridge.

We simply love this condo! The location, the atmosphere, the hot tub!! It is roomy and comfortable! We love the huge, updated kitchen, and the welcoming mountain decor! Having the washer and dryer is a real convenience! We return to this condo every year!!

Perfect Ski Retreat

We loved many things about this condo - heated floors were fantastic, extra blankets so we each could snuggle up on the sofa after long day of skiing, walk to town every night for dinner, walk to lift so our teenagers did not need to wait for us to finish our coffee, easy ski home for lunch.....and did I mention the heated floors? We would love to return and would definitely rent this unit again.

Cozy mountain condo

We loved our stay here! The condo fit four adults and two kids very comfortably and we felt right at home. Very nicely decorated with updated kitchen and bathroom, we also loved all the nice mountain touches throughout. Also very conveniently located, just a 2 minute walk to the heart of downtown, our kids loved splashing in the river nearby.
