This downtown Memphis townhome is in the premiere location for accessing sporting events at the FedEx Forum and AutoZone Park, historic Beale Street, art galleries, restaurants, pubs, discos, sports bars and a myriad of other entertainment venues. a helpful link to see many nearby attractions is Most are within walking distance or a short trolley ride away. This townhome has a security gate with a back entrance to a large two-car garage with direct access into the first of four levels to include a furnished roof-top deck. It is equipped with wireless internet and flat screen TV's in the living area and master bedroom.

The residents in this area are some of the friendliest, most fun-loving people you will ever encounter. It is a very safe area in the middle of an entertainment mecca.

The townhome features a small enclosed front porch with a wrought iron entry gate, a living room that includes a piano for the musically inclined, a separate dining area, and a bar opening into the fully equipped kitchen. It is in excellent condition and is colorfully decorated with a Memphis and music flair.

There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living area. The master bedroom has a king bed; the second bedroom has a queen bed. The large walk-in closet off the master bath has a full size futon which will sleep one adult or two children comfortably.

The master bath features a jacuzzi tub as well as a separate full-size shower and double vanity area.

Why Travis Smith chose Memphis

When I purchased this townhome, I was single and drawn to the area because of the myriad of activities within walking distance. Once work was finished for the week, I could park my car for the weekend and walk to any number of entertainment venues and great restaurants. There is always something going on downtown. It is truly a vibrant neighborhood!

What makes this townhome unique

The greatest asset to this property is the easy accessibility to almost anything you may want to do - restaurants, sporting events, night life, art galleries, historic sites and the breath-taking riverfront. If you love good food, live music and theater as much as I do, you will be in heaven. The neighbors are phenomenal!

Very nice place - everything we needed was there along with a binder full of info on restaurants!

As stated above, the Smith's thought of everything. The unit was safe with garage parking and an alarm system. The city had replaced water meters during our stay there and Travis called us to let us know in case the water was dis colored when we turned it on ( it was not ).

Comfortable & Convenient

It is very well appointed with a fully equipped kitchen. All paper goods are supplied. Secure garage parking.

There are a few things needing fixing and upgrading.

Wi-Fi is almost non-existent and not secure.There is no password needed to connect.

Hot water temp. needs to be lowered. Someone could get scalded.

Ceiling AC vents are either Rusy or Dusty.

Living room chairs and sofa need fixing or replacing.

Living room TV has major issues.

Staying here was a very positive experience!!

We would definitely utilize HomeAway for future rentals!

Great Place to stay to see Memphis - highly recommended!

We had a great time at this property and were surprised how close we were to most of the attractions in Memphis. The only attraction we had to drive to was Graceland.

The accomodations were awesome and the rental process was easy and smooth! The property was clean, maintained and the description was accurate.
