This unit is located on the northwestern coast of the beautiful island of St. Lucia in the village of Marisule which is part of the wider town of Gros Islet. Marisule is centrally located almost midway between the capital city of Castries and the central town of Gros Islet. Which makes it easily accessible to the many restaurants, duty free shops and the many beautiful beaches located along the northwestern coast line, all within a 10 to 15 minute drive away.
Just a five minute walk will get you to the warm waters of the Caribbean sea, supermarkets and public transportation.
The unit is ideally located for guest who are interested in visiting to attend international cricket matches. Matches which are hosted by St. Lucia are held at the Beausejour cricket stadium in Gros Islet, which is within 10 to 15 minutes drive of the unit.
The annual St. Lucia Jazz festival is held within the first week of May each year, with main stage events being held at Pigeon Island in Gros Islet approx. 15 to 20 minutes drive from the unit.
So if you are coming for any one of these activities or any other activities such as sight seeing or water sports, you will be strategically placed to take advantage of all.

I enjoy living on an island such as this because everything i need is within 10 to 15 minutes drive.
I love the beach and with the Marisule beach within 5 minutes walk from my home its very easy for me and my family to enjoy it at anytime. Reduit beach, Pigeon point beach and many other beaches are within 10 to 15 minutes drive away. I also find that its relatively easy for me to access the City of Castries when i need to and other amenities are within close proximity. St. Lucia is a very beautiful island and provides a wide variety of activities for one to engage in.
The owners of this property Clarence and Margaret were the most helpful hosted you could wish for. Their apartments are spotlessly clean and superbly situated within walking distance of a beautiful little beach and so handy for all the public transport. Clarence also has a rental car available which is very good value. Saying that he picked us up and returned us to the airport as a complimentary gesture completely unexpected. Clarence is a great guy! He was helpful from the time of reservation and all the way until our departure from the island. He picked us up from the airport and dropped us off. His amazing wife made it a point to meet us on the day of our arrival. During his spare time he took us to the malls and tour of the island. We never got to rent a car. A call to him would help you if you need to know about restaurants or bars. He even helped us buy grocery and essentials.
Rooms are okay for the price you pay, basic but completely furnished. Wifi is available but weak. He is planning to fix it. You have a grocery store within walking distance.
I would recommend his apartments for singles and couples or group of two.
We were there to watch a cricket match and it was worth it.
For those who plan to drive make sure you call him and try to get a prepaid cellphone. In St Lucia most homes do not have a street address and difficult to locate on GPS.
We had a great time staying at this apartment. We were there for a week, and we couldn't be happier that we decided to stay here instead of getting a hotel or staying at a resort. The location is incredibly convenient -- there are multiple beaches within walking distance, and public transportation stops are just down the street, making it easy to get to Rodney Bay, Pigeon Island, or anywhere else. Clarence was incredibly nice and made sure that we had everything we needed during our stay. Thanks again, Clarence!
We really enjoyed our stay in this cozy apartment. The place is very clean and comfortable with a magnificent sea view. It is in a good location, next to the public transportation so you can visit easily Rodney Bay/Gros Islet and Castries and can walk to a nice small beach.
Clarence and his wife were very nice and accommodating. Our friend needed to come back to St-Lucia and stay 2 more days in the apartment and Clarence was kind enough to pick him up to the airport. Thanks again Clarence, we really appreciate. We definitely recommend this place.
My husband & I spent our 30th anniversary in this little gem! 11 nights we were able to be there, and it was worth every penny. Because I knew the island prior to arrival, I was concerned the road close to it would be too noisy, but it wasn't. The photos do not do it justice, except for the photos from the porch. Every morning and evening we watched sailboats go by! Because there was AC, our sleeping was good. Very clean & comfortable, and the owners very accommodating. Cooking our own meals in the well-stocked kitchen was a plus for us, too, and having our evening meals on the covered porch was excellent. You won't be disappointed!
We stayed for 9 days in this apartment and we were nicely impressed by the hospitality of Clarence and Margaret and people of St.Lucia in general. The place is a good spot for discovering the island. It's close to Rodney Bay with many opportunities over there, to Pigeon Island NP and to Castries.
The local beach is charming by its solitude and wildness. The view of the island and Caribbean See from the balcony of the apartment is really magnificent. We enjoyed St. Lucia every single day thanks to Clarence and Margaret who helped us get sightseeing tours around the island and took us to famous Jump-up party in Gross Islet.
