The layout is what is unique in this particular unit. Highly attentive owners offer a freshly painted condo throughout with all modern furniture. Inviting open-concept living and high ceilings. Our place is perfect for 'snowbirds' wanting a place with all the comforts of home, or those who need a place to stay on an interim basis i.e. relocators or vacationers who want more than a hotel room that has nothing to offer but a noisy pool. Your getting a house per se with everything in it! Both short-term and long-term renters welcome! This 2 bedroom 1140 sq, ft. unit has a beautiful KING size sleigh bed in master with a huge master bath. The master bath offers double sinks, plenty of storage, a sunk-in tub and shower with fresh new linens & soft quality towels. The spacious and sunny guestroom has a queen bed with gorgeous built-ins, newer carpet and crown molding, with a slight view of the gulf/bay! Not to mention, an en-suite bathroom with over-sized large gorgeous shower. **(re-done in late 2013-wait to you see it!) You would think there are two master bedrooms in this unit! With this set-up, this makes an ideal place for two couples to enjoy separate private quarters!

There are THREE exceptional TV's in this unit with a DVD player in each room for your entertainment. Guest room Tv is brand new for 2015! The living room has brand like new sofas with a pull out queen bed for extra guests. Enjoy WI-FI,UNLIMITED US & CANADA PHONE USAGE, a 42 in. FLAT SCREEN HI-DEF surround sound TV,cable, CD player, blu-ray and complete stereo for your entertainment. Glass contemporary dinette set and matching counter breakfast bar stools overlooking the kitchen. Plenty of seating. Linens, small appliances, cooking utensils all included. Relaxing balcony with balcony height outdoor set overlooking pond and golf course. We didn't forget a thing! This place is the cleanest you'll find! And we intend on keeping it clean, comfortable and updated just like your own home. We go the extra mile and replace often and In between have our upholstery and carpeting professionally cleaned twice a year. If you would like a cleaning servive during your stay, we can arrange that with a fee. New Hot Water Heater so you can be assured that everything mechanical is new and working great with no emergency calls to interrupt your stay! We vacation here too so we want the best like you do! We have a private cleaning person to ensure everything is perfect for your stay.

Outside, sit back and lounge at our shared kidney shaped pool, with hottub and poolhouse. Poolhouse has restrooms so no need to go back to the unit. Safe & comfortable-24 hr. Security on premises. Isla is a wonderful place for morning walks with ponds and palms and sidewalks & breezes all over-very relaxing. There are walking trails throughout the 300 acre plus property. This unit's parking space is directly in front of our condo for your convenience.

Fantastic location- street closest to the bridge to beach/ocean. The sparkling, dolphin filled water is steps away from the front door with view of the Bayway bridge & Don Cesar Hotel, barely a few minutes to St. Pete Beach, close to 275, 90 minutes to Disney, minutes to Fort De Soto, Pass-a-grille, museums, The Pier, Stadiums, Sand-key Clearwater, restaurants galore and more! Sit by the pool or on the balcony and enjoy the Florida sun or everything Isla has to offer!

Why Allison Knapp chose Isla del Sol

We wanted a home away from home!Isla del Sol is the best central location in the St. Pete Gulf area. We also love our location on Isla-the Bahia section is so well manicured and the landscape is unbeatable. Vista Verde West gives us it all and we looked at dozens of units on Isla--we have a much more spacious condo with two bedrooms that mirror two master suites-the master bath is huge like at home. The livingroom is wider and open, high ceilings-not narrow like many we saw. It's so private and quiet where we are-again unlike other Isla condos. But yet so close to the bay-yards away and so close to the drawbridge to the beach. Our balcony view is also gorgeous. We get the morning sun and the evening breeze-having trees near us and the 8th green right in front of us. And the pool-love it-with restrooms right there and it's never crowded. We feel our pool is also one of the best on Isla compared to most others. We find it so relaxing. As one of our guests put it ' we scoped around that whole area and nothing compared to Isla'. You have a landlord that cares about you and your comfort and that is why we are always constantly making improvements and sets our unit apart form many others. For annual rental ask us about our brand new condo in Tierra Verde. Completely being redone floor to ceiling.

What makes this condo unique

We have the best of both worlds here. You can go down the strip where the hotels are for dinner or beach, any day, all day if you want but go home to luxury not just a cramped hotel room that has nothing to offer but a much higher price per night and a crowded pool w/ no chairs! Our unit has every amenity you could ever ask for! And go right ahead--if you don't see something-tell us about it-we make changes a few times a year! We love going to the beach, jet-skiing, fishing, swimming, golfing, boating-love the location-on the gulf! You could never run out of fun things to do here or places within your reach! Yet, you can sit back on our balcony, lay on the couch, or sit at the pool or even take a walk on the premises and feel the peace and tranquility. Our unit in particular is updated and clean and we will keep it nice for a much desired condo for you, our guests and for us. It's larger than most on Isla-large bathrooms and showers-open concept with high ceilings-so close to St. Pete Beach-walk out the front door and walk across the parking lot to the bay etc. The balcony is so relaxing-we can sit there all night sometimes sipping our wine. The furniture is all new-cozy comfort. We chose top of the line mattressses and we've added all the extras. It's a great location on Isla. We love the peace and quiet! Longer term rents (monthly-mult. months) are welcome! Don't wait to book-this is already a highly requested unit! Location, location, location! We are at your service-let us know how we can make your stay the best! As a landlord, I always make myself available to my guests. You can count on that! Decorating is my personal hobby-it will always be a tasteful, an updated condo. We have many guests who come back year after year. Now that says it all!

My husband and I enjoyed two weeks at this lovely condo this March. It is spacious, freshly painted and newly furnished. The layout would be good for two couples as the bedrooms are at opposite ends with separate baths. The kitchen is well equipped and we appreciated the small touches, soft soap and hand lotion in the baths and plenty of cleaning products. The flat screen TV's and unlimited phone plan were added bonuses.

Located on Isla del Sol we found this mature setting with immaculate grounds, palms, ponds and scenic bay views perfect for daily walks. It also is close to beaches and St. Petersburg.

We filled our condo unit with all kinds of things-incl. iron/ironing board, hairdryers, beach towels, fishing poles, movies,boardgames books to read, beach chairs, coolers, umbrellas, 3 TV's-brochures and maps, spicerack, extra hangers, umbrellas, flashlights, softsoaps & body lotion. Remote-control ceiling fans in every room! Much more spacious than many units on the island-we want you to sit back and enjoy our second home! All New furnishings & Updated, painted, spacious and super clean! Awesome location on Isla. Walk-in medical center, drycleaner, bank & post office across the street. Grocery stores close by. Many restaurants, beaches, and water activities all close-by.

We found Allison very easy to work with. The condo was quite beautiful, well maintained, clean, and comfortable. Our stay far exceeded staying at a hotel - it felt like home! The location was convenient to St. Pete beach and all the fun activities there. We were very happy to find such a great place to stay!

Allison's beautiful condo was a pleasure to stay in!! All of the furnishings are very clean and up-to-date. The condo was immaculate and very well stocked. The grounds are well maintained and it's a very nice area to walk around in. Allison has definitely thought of everything including beach chairs, umbrellas, fishing poles and so much more. You will not be disappointed!!! Allison is an exceptional host and WOULD ABSOLUTELY RENT FROM HER AGAIN!!!

This is my third stay in Allison's beautiful condo and I could not have been more pleased with my stay!!!! Allison is absolutely fantastic and pleasant to work with. She goes out of her way to be sure your stay is enjoyable and stress free. Payments were handled securely and efficiently. Every room of the condo is not only tastefully furnished and up-to-date, but also comfortable and homey. Allison takes great pride in keeping the condo clean and well cared-for, and is constantly planning new updates. The condo is also well-stocked with kitchen utensils, towels, and beach chairs. THIS IS BY FAR THE NICEST CONDO I HAVE RENTED ON ISLA! I always feel like I am in my second home when I stay here. The condo's convenient location to St. Pete Beach, Pass-A-Grille, downtown St. Petersburg, and Tampa mean you are only minutes from enjoying everything the Tampa Bay Area has to offer, while taking comfort in the fact that you have a clean, comfortable, spacious getaway to return to after a day of sightseeing. I always hate to leave, but it is the opportunity to return which keeps me going until my next visit. BOOK NOW!!! YOU WILL NOT BE SORRY!!!

Brillaint location, easy reach of so much to see and do and condo is simply home from home.

First impressions were great and it just kept getting better! The condo is part of a clean, well maintained and organised set up, where you have use of a beautiful pool with loungers, Jacuzzi and facilities. The grounds are immaculate and you'll have an egret visit you on the balcony! The condo itself is gorgeous - spacious, tastefully furnished but has a real homely feel. The kitchen is stocked really well - a professional chef would be proud - even some cook books if you wanted a quiet night in with home made food. It was good to have the washer and dryer. There are DVD's. games and books to borrow during your stay. Beach chairs and parasols were also available to take with you to the many beaches on your door step. Fantastic base for exploring the Tampa Bay area - Fort De Soto park is within 10 minutes drive - great for the dolphins and manatee, Anna Maria Island is so beautiful - don't miss Ginny and Jane E's for something to eat there - Tropicana for the Rays and St Pete's for the museums - just to start with! Everything in the condo was clean, comfortable and made you feel at home as soon as you walked in. Allison is great with the communications and an attentive host throughout our stay. Would thoroughly recommend this condo, you won't be disappointed!

EXCELLENT CONDO!!!

This is a great condo and exactly like Allison describes. The two master bedrooms were very spacious for our family of 4. It feels like a home away from home. Allison has the condo very well stocked - griddle, crock pot, tons of towels, and beach chairs. Having a washer and dryer in the condo was a bonus.

The pool always felt like a personal pool versus a hotel pool. We swam around 7:30 pm each night and had the pool to ourselves.

The location of the condo was very nice. Within minutes, you can be at the beach or in downtown St. Petersburg.

Allison was excellent to work with and she responds very quickly. We hope to return to St Pete and this condo.
