About Laurie & Larry
Larry is a serial entrepreneur. Having spent much of the 90’s at Microsoft, since 2002 he has helped to create and run a number of Internet and high tech companies. Larry has been interviewed by news publications and spoken at HomeAway property owner events on purchasing and running vacation rental properties Laurie travels across Canada for her work helping other vacation rental owners decorate their properties. Both of us are avid travellers. We have owned vacation rentals in Canada, USA and Costa Rica. We still own 3 vacation rental properties with Laurie managing the bulk of our rentals. Together we’ve spent many months travelling the world (North America - 9 provinces, over 40 states) (World - 20 countries and numerous territories) not counting places we’ve been to individually. Our goal is to do a good job exploring this great world of our in the time we have here. We are open to trading time at our properties during the off peak seasons. All our properties are fantastic to visit year around.

Why Laurie & Larry chose Canmore
We bought this property for these reasons: Stunning view of the 3 Sister's Mountain Range. The sunrises off the balcony, or family room window are fantastic. Central location between the new downtown core and the old quaint downtown. There isn't a more central condo complex to walk to both areas. E.g., Starbucks, Tim Hortons, grocery stores, restaurants (all within just a couple of minutes walking). Roof top hot tub, fireplace Canmore is a great mountain town. It isn't as touristy as the Town of Banff. Close to the Trans-Canada highway for when we want to drive in to Banff.

Everything was as advertised. This property is in the absolute perfect location in Canmore. I would suggest to anyone and would stay here again if I visit Canmore again.
Nice bright condo within walking distance of many restaurants and shopping. Bright open area living area and well equipped.
We loved staying in this condo! Beautiful Mountain View’s with all the amenities you could wish for. We loved the rooftop jacuzzi as well. Stay here!! You won’t be disappointed ❤️
Comfortable central Canmore location
The owner’s arrival instructions were detailed and very complete. There was really nothing left to figure out during the arrival process.
The condo is well photo documented ON the VRBO website.
The entry codes used for everything take some getting used to but do work well and give sense of security.

For new guests, to clarify about the entry codes, the underground parking garage, elevator and front door to the condo use a 4 digit security code to enter. The hot tub area and gym use a key fob.
Located in downtown Canmore with a short walk to the old downtown main street (< 5 minutes) and all of the shops and restaurants. Also just a 5 minute walk to the Bow Valley Trail area of town with additional restaurants and stores.
Easily access Policeman's Creek walking trail and gain access to the other hiking trails in Canmore from there. Quick 5 minute drive in to Banff National Park or Kananaskis Country (Canmore Nordic Centre and about 15 minutes to Spray Valley Provincial Park). Canmore is surrounded by National and provincial parks and our condo is in the centre of it all.
Walkscore, a website that provides a score for how walkable an address is to other amenities gave our address a score in the mid-90's "Walker's Paradise" (with 100 being perfect). This was after removing factors like schools, that you don't need nearby for a vacation rental.
