As part of our Island Collection, 'Wild Dunns' is an absolutely gorgeous, renovated home that has everything you need for a luxurious vacation on Isle of Palms. This beautiful home features all new furniture, an elegant kitchen and many upgrades, making this home more than welcoming for you and your family. Renovations include, hardwood floors, modern bathrooms with granite and tile work in the showers and an updated kitchen equipped with a glass cook top, stainless steel appliances, and granite counter tops. Wild Dunns is only a few blocks away from the beach but you may choose to stay right in the back yard with the beautiful private pool and hot tub.
The first floor of the home is perfect for entertaining and features vaulted ceilings in the living area and an open floor plan that connects to the spacious kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a full bathroom and bar seating. Off from the kitchen and dining area is a large screened in porch with lounge furniture making it the ideal location to enjoy a meal or an evening cocktail. Directly off the living room is the first floor deck where you and your guests can enjoy grilling out, sunbathing, cooling off in your private pool or relaxing in the hot tub. As the only bedroom on this floor, the master suite is appointed with a king bed, flat screened television, walk-in closet and an elegant private bathroom featuring a large walk-in shower and soaking tub. Guests in the master suite will also enjoy private porch access to the pool and hot tub.
The second level of the home houses the remaining three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The first of the three bedrooms showcases a queen bed and private bath with separate walk-in shower and jacuzzi tub. A second queen bed is in the third bedroom and bathroom access is just across the hallway featuring a walk-in shower. The last of the bedrooms on this floor is appointed with two bunk beds, one with a single over single and the other double over double. This bedroom also has its own private bath with a walk-in shower.

My family of 10 adults + 2 children loved this house! The master shower was worth the cost of the whole trip!!! This house has been renovated beautifully and it felt like you were in a brand new house! The easy access to the pool allowed us to spend a great deal of time lounging...which we loved!
This is our second stay at Wild Dunns. Beautiful interior. Very clean. Very well stocked kitchen. Plenty of extra room for our party of six. More space than we need but love it. Exterior is not as impressive as interior but we only want to sit in the hot tub anyway for our February visits. Excellent location for beach or a 20-30 minute drive to the city or to outlet shopping.
This modern home was perfect for our family! 2 straight blocks to the beach, you could see the ocean from the street. You could also walk just over 2 blocks to get to the marina. The kitchen was perfect for cooking our Thanksgiving meal. It had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were beautiful. The hot tub was very nice. Each family enjoyed having their own bathroom and TV. The house is for 10 people and there are only 8 chairs around the table. We didn't do beach time because it was cold, but there seemed to be all kinds of chairs and supplies for the beach. The house is convenient to Sullivan's Island and Town Center for shopping. Charleston is about a 20 to 25 minute drive. We really enjoyed this home and definitely would stay here again.
Everything we expected and more! The house was exactly as it looked online - no surprises! EP had the house perfectly clean and ready for our arrival.
The layout was perfect since we had 2 families - 2 sets of adults for the master bedrooms and teenagers/college students for the rest. Plenty of privacy for everyone. The decor is amazing and well suited for families. Very relaxing and comfortable, definitely a home away from home. The family room was the perfect size for everyone to be together to watch tv, enjoy a milkshake and talk about the day's activities. We thoroughly enjoyed the large kitchen since there were multiple chefs at any given time and we never ran into each other. The dining table was perfect for our group for eating and playing games. No one at the kiddie table.
This was our first time to IOP and the location was perfect for everyone. Airport, city, shopping all within 30 minutes. The walk to the beach was less than anticipated, so trips back for lunch weren't met with any resistance.
The neighborhood and beach were amazingly peaceful, calm and quiet. The perfect getaway from our everyday noise without having to endure beach or house parties.
Pool and hot tub were wonderful! Great way to end the day after a home cooked meal.
