Central Business District Condo Rental Photos and Description

This top floor condo is located in the heart of downtown Denver on 15th Street. Directly across the street from the Denver Center of Performing Arts it wraps around from the north, south to east, with one of the most spectacular full views of the Rocky Mountain front range from your living room private balcony. Located next door to the prestigious Four Seasons Hotel and is 2 blocks from the historic Larimer Square restaurant, trendy shopping, comedy club, and museum district. Each of the two bedrooms has an expansive view. The front desk is staffed 24hrs for security. The building has a fully equipped gym, billiard room, laundry room and residents lounge on the third floor as well a spacious outdoor area with a beautiful pool and ample lounge furniture. Coors Field, LODO (popular nightclub area),and the Colorado Convention Center are all within 2-5 walking blocks. The Pepsi Center is 10 blocks away or a 5 minute scenic ride through urban, chic neighborhoods by pedicab.

What we like about owning in Downtown Denver: We live about 45 minutes south of Denver, in the suburbs. We have always enjoyed the 'buzz' of downtown Denver during each of the seasons of the year. We've owned for 11 years and have always found something new to do downtown. When our condo isn't leased, we enjoy the restaurants, the museum, performing arts center, and shopping. We can go to a Rockies, Avalanche, or Nuggets game, comedy club, have a glass of wine or beer and not have to worry about driving home. We can just sit at one of the restaurants or outdoor cafes. It's fun to just people watch and read. This is a relaxing getaway. The view from any room is spectacular and mesmerizing!

Why Lois Ann chose Denver

My husband and I purchased this property right before 9/11. I'd lived there years before and loved the location, not to mention the people who live their and the staff. It's a wonderful getaway for us, so when it's not rented, we are usually there. Our boys are now older teens and they can go downtown and stay there as well with friends.We love looking at the Rockies. They're amazing. The colors change with the time of day and season! We can see the Broncos stadium as well along with other landmarks.

What makes this condo unique

It's central to EVERYTHING. The theatre, the museums, sports venues, convention center, great restaurants. And, it's a safe area, right next to the Four Seasons.

Elegant and Panoramic!

I don’t normally write reviews of accommodations, but this experience was so exemplary that my “Thank you!” was not enough. Not only was everything in the suite exactly as had been advertised, but the view of the mountains was stunning and the treatment I received from the owner far beyond gracious. The proximity to so many attractions and the size of the suite (3 times that of hotel rooms) make this the place I will stay every time I come to Denver (hoping that it is available when I need it). Especially when I consider the parking and other amenities that are included in the price, it is an excellent value too. As long as you don’t want to book it for the same time I will be returning, I encourage you to look no further for a great accommodation with a wonderful owner.

Great stay and great host

Lois Ann was a superior host from the moment she met me to check-in. Very knowledgable about the area, and very eager to make sure we had everything we needed throughout the stay. The unit is exactly as pictured: great location, clean, comfortable, and fully stocked kitchen utensils/appliances. Would absolutely recommend and stay here again!

Well Worth the $$$ Mountains WOW & Condo SOO Comfy

I needed to stay in Denver to be with my parents while mom transitioned into a facility. This place was clean, comfortable, close, and had everything I needed for a long stay. Ann, the owner, was as close as a phone call if I had questions. I appreciated the large balcony facing the mountains for my morning coffee and it was inviting to come home to after a tough day. This stay was not a vacation for me, but it would be a wonderful place for a vacation.

Perfect in every way

We stayed in the unit while in Denver for our sons wedding in June 2014. It was great in every way - location, owner easy to deal with, clean & tidy, quiet building. So incredibly central to all of our needs, we didn't have a car & didn't need it with public transport very easy to get to, photos are a true reflection of unit & views and description of restaurants, cafes, shopping on website was exactly what we found. Great Condo close to Convention Center

My father and I were staying in Denver for a convention. The condo is an easy 3 block walk to the convention center. The pictures are very accurate, although I never made it to the 3rd floor pool and gym, so I would not know how that looks. Location was great for short walks to 16th street mall, numerous restaurants, and plenty of activities. The views from the condo were very nice. The actual building is a bit dated, but we had no issues with our stay. Ann was quick with an answer to any questions, and kind and courteous. Parking was very convenient. Plus, the price was very reasonable vs booking a hotel through our convention. Thank you again for a wonderful stay.

Best place to stay to explore downtown Denver!

This was our second year staying in Ann's lovely condo for GABF. Unmatched convenience to the convention center and 16th St mall. Beautiful view from the balcony. Plenty of space, comfortable beds, and great water pressure! But the icing on the condo cake is Ann. Not only is she incredibly nice, she provides excellent customer service. If I could rate it 10 stars, I would. See you next Oct. Ann!

Located across the street from the Denver Center Performing Arts, 2 blocks from Larimer Square and the Denver Convention Center. The Pepsi Center is a few blocks away, Coors Field, the Capitol, 16th Street Mall are all easily accessible with a diverse selection of restaurants and venues. Carriages and pedi-cabs are quickly accessed within 2 blocks as is the RTD Light Rail system that runs the length of 16th Street Mall, and connects at one end with the outer lying suburbs. The mountains are about an hour to hour and a half away. Major highways are within 5 minutes away.

Golf: The Denver area is home to some of the country's most beautiful public golf courses! Arrowhead is approx. 40 minutes away in Roxborough park with it's enormous ancient red sandstone monoliths jutting out into the surrounding rolling greens. The Ridge at Castle Pines is a Troon vacation golf resort boasting views of Pike's Peak, Devil's Head and Mt. Evans is 45 minutes away. And then Bear Dance, south about an hour away. Just spectacular and serene nestled in the pines with gorgeous vistas of the Rocky Mountains. If you love to golf, these are the top 3 'must golf' courses in the Denver area. Ski: Fantastic skiing is a quick hour - two hours away to any of the major ski resorts in the majestic Rocky Mountains. During the summer months, the mountains are equally as beautiful offering summer activities some of the resorts. Take a drive up for a day to Beaver Creek and enjoy a ride to the summit on the chairlift to enjoy lunch at 14,000 ft!

The peaceful drive through the rugged and pristine Rockies will take your breath away.
