We reside in Denver but East Vail is our home away from home. We use our condo regularly and occassionally rent it out.
Owner purchased this Condo in 2013
Why Owner chose Vail
Pitkin Creek is ideally located with the closest stop on the bus route to Vail Village with the added convenience of having the only grocery and liquor store in East Vail just steps away.
What makes this Condo unique
We looked at a lot of units in Pitkin Creek before we bought. The spacious master bedrooms and the views from all the rooms is what sold us on our condo relative to others.

Great location within minutes of Vail Village!
Perfect for easy access to town with the quiet condo neighborhood experience after 10pm.
Great location! Easy access to Vail Village (on bus) and Vail Pass (biking).
Outdoor pool was a huge plus for the kiddos. We loved the location for our bike trip. The condo complex is older, but once inside, the unit was a very pleasant surprise. Condo had lots of space for 2 families, nicely remodeled bathrooms and everything we needed in the kitchen. It felt as if it were our home away from home/ was very comfortable. We hope to stay again on our next Vail trip.
We rented this condo for a very long weekend and couldn't be happier with our stay! The location is perfect - just one exit down the highway to the center of Vail, so it wasn't chaotic and loud where we were. There's a pool, hot tub, grocery, liquor store, hiking trails, Vail free bus stop, etc. just steps from the condo itself. The views were amazing, and we even climbed to a water fall that was just across the street. We cooked most nights and the kitchen was well equipped - we only had to buy our main ingredients. I did quite a bit of laundry (since we were hiking, fishing, rafting) and the washer and dryer did a fantastic job. The beds were very comfy and we were happy that some essentials were there (lotion, soap, shampoo, laundry detergent), as these are not usually included with a rental. The wifi was fantastic and we never had a problem with it. And best of all - the owner was very responsive and answered any questions we had almost immediately! We plan on staying here again if we come back to Vail!
Amazing updated property with everything a family needs for vacation
The unit has high ceilings because it's a top floor unit. East Vail is a quick hop over to the restaurants and shops in West Vail and Avon. The pool was never crowded, is warm, and hot tub is amazing. Every room in the place is renovated, it has a washer and dryer if you need to do laundry, and there are nice glasses and dishes if you get take out or want to cook.
Perfect summer vacation!
We enjoyed this beautiful condo. The renovations are beautiful and the condo is full of natural light. The kids enjoyed the pool, the volley ball court and the large grassy area to play. Anne was a fabulous host and very prompt and helpful when I messaged her with questions. We'll be back.
Great location for a biking vacation at the foot of Vail pass, minutes from Vail center
Our family had a fabulous time at this nice condo. After a day of biking and mountain vistas the pool was refreshing. Kitchen had what we needed to fix our meals and the grocery within the complex had what we didn't bring. Lots of dining and entertainment in Vail in the summer. Nice price for all you get and clean. Friendly owner wants you to have a good time. Overnight bike shelter is limited but sufficient. I'd like to see it again with fall colors. Bike to Frisco and Breckenridge or drive 50 miles to Glenwood Canyon. Great trails all around.
