About Alisa Esh
Jake and Becky and their nine children live about half an hour away from this house. We built our cape-cod home in 1990 and lived their until the fall of 2009 when we moved to Honey Brook for mission purposes. Our home is built on an acre of the family farm. The farm, still in the family, is owned by Jake's youngest brother and borders the back of the yard. Jake's parents live next door and maintain a lot of the home and it's grounds. Our favorite part of this home is the safe and peaceful neighborhood surrounded by Amish homes and farmland.

We had a wonderful time, as always. It was a beautiful week even with the storms. Alisha is very helpful if there is a problem. Looking forward to going back in the fall for our granddaughters wedding, in the area. Would recommend this home highly.
Beautiful house, neighborhood and central location
This is a beautiful house in a beautiful neighborhood. The house is well kept and has a big front and backyard. The view is great as you sit either facing the front or back enjoying the classic Lancaster county view. We had a great family vacation there and everyone enjoyed it. If there can be one improvement, it would be that the internet was slow and spotty. We had to reset the router a few times during our stay, but every thing else is great.
This house was lovely....it fit our extended family and the basement, garage and backyard were perfect for the 9 kids (under 11 years old) that we had here. The location was perfect also...close to things but still able to see cows out the back windows.
Peaceful Group Retreat House
We enjoyed our weekend at the Harvest Guest House! A group of 12 from our church in Baltimore, MD had plenty of room to play games, eat, and get to know one another in this generous space. The yard was perfect and the front porch was a welcoming place where we spent hours sitting in rocking chairs laughing together. We will be back!
Lots of Space
This was our fifth year staying at the Harvest Drive Guest House, and we enjoy the space the house offers along with the location. The owners have been very accommodating. We already have our sixth stay reserved for next year.
We had a beautiful time at this home. The hospitality and warmth of the house is the reason we return. Thank you so much for this most remarkable experience.
