Enjoy everything you want in a beachfront vacation ... at a great price! Our home sits on a beachfront key lot with unobstructed views directly in front of the house to one of America's nicest sandy beaches. It also is located directly adjacent to the community pool and beach access lodge. (No long walks to get out to the beach!) The house was built in 2003 and is spotless and fully equipped for eating, entertaining, playing and relaxing.

The things you want on vacation are right there for you: linens, kitchen and dining utensils, full-sized washer-dryer, baths & showers, big run-of-the-house decks on both levels and bigger ocean and pool views everywhere.

Hear the surf, smell the ocean air, see the moon rise, really feel the ocean ... but you're also walking distance to some of the island's bars and restaurants and only 5 minutes from Surf City's shops, dining, entertainment, churches and more. We've owned other houses on this island but this location has the best of everything!

About The Owner

We found Topsail beach by accident on an ambling road trip in 2002. We could not believe our eyes when we walked the miles of sandy beach; saw the well appointed houses ... and felt the beauty of the crashing Atlantic. We live here many of the unrented weeks and just love it. Our adult kids and grand kids consider this the vacation highlight of the year ... and we are happy to share that same opportunity for a lovely beachfront vacation with you and yours!

Why The Owner chose North Topsail Beach

We own here because North Topsail Beach is a world class nature experience. We love the surf, the smell and sounds of the ocean, the 22+ miles of sand to walk on ... and we enjoy the hospitality of the people of Surf City, Sneads Ferry and the full-time residents of North Topsail Beach. We consider this one of the best vacation values in America ... and we think the location and amenities of the Village of Stump Sound properties are the nicest on the island.

What makes this house unique

A beach vacation is about the beach, beach view and access -- this house delivers! But we also like being able to see the pool right from our balcony. It's perfect for keeping and eye on older children (of course we are in the pool area when young children want to swim). For groups of up to 12 our house is big enough and well equipped enough for everyone to relax and feel great. The home still feels brand new and we keep it clean and bright. The decks are spacious. You could spend 2, 3 even 4 times as much to rent on North Topsail Beach -- but for groups of up to 12 why would you? 105 S. Permuda is new, clean, nicely situated and delivers the true beach vacation you hope and dream about for your family.

Lots of room in this lovely home. We were unable to get into the tennis courts using the code provided. Beach is one of my favorites.

Wonderful vacation

We stayed here June 25 to July 2, 2016. We're actually still here right now! Sadly, we leave tomorrow. The house looks just like the pictures. Our stay has been awesome. Before arriving, we had many questions. Our emails were answered quickly and comprehensively. We also spoke to the owner on the phone. He was very helpful. The house really has everything. We brought much more than needed! There are sand toys, boogie boards and plenty of chairs. The views are amazing! You can see the beach and pool from the house. We watch the dolphins from the deck in the morning as they follow the fishing boats. We jog and/or go shell searching on the beach. We're having so much fun searching for and finding sharks' teeth. Shells and tumbled rocks are plentiful and so pretty. We all have so many beautiful ones! The beach is not crowded at all, and the outdoor shower comes in very handy when we get back from the beach. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Thank you for sharing your home with us, John. What a memorable family vacation!

Lovely Beach Home

October 2015-Stayed in this lovely beach house and it was everything that is pictured. The home was extremely clean. Access to the beach was easy and the community pool right next door. Was able to see and hear the beach from all the balconies. Everyone was excited to have a beach view from their rooms. The home is situated in a nice, friendly community. Lots of beach items in storage. Great place to have family get together time. Lots of room and well equipped. Enjoyed the beach every day. Thanks John for sharing your home!

A damage deposit of $500 is required. However, if you provide a valid Credit Card number that will suffice as damage deposit and the card will not be charged except in the unlikely event of accidental damage.
