We loved staying at this cabin. It was a great girls trip and perfect set up for us. We didn't want or need for anything. Thanks again!!
This is the best find in all of Georgia. The house is perfectly appointed with everything one could want or need, including the marshmallow roasters.
Perfect for small children, although we did not have any with us. Within walking
distance of the quaint town of Dahlonega, or driving is about 10 minutes max.
Many use this house for "events" - we plan to return just to hang out.
The house was wonderful, convenient location, owner/manager communicated promptly, would definitely stay here again and recommend it. The pictures and description accurately reflected the house and amenities. The house was very clean and well maintained. When you were at the house, it felt like you were alone in the woods, yet you are at the edge of a nice housing development and only 10 min from town. We were in town for a wedding at the Juliette Chapel which is a beautiful venue for a wedding. We only ate at one restaurant, it was the Bourbon Street Grille - delicious, definitely recommend it.
We spent a weekend in Dahlonega with two other families, and there was more than enough room for everyone. The accommodations were comfortable, and the location was great - the kids (and dogs!) had fun going down to the water. The owners were very nice and so easy to work with. Thanks for a wonderful stay!
Thank you, your home was so warm and inviting upon our arrival, the music and fireplace such a plus! The linens and kitchen were well stocked, we could have used a few more pans, cooking was challenging.
Seriously the only advise I would have....a little better cleaning crew, lots of dust bunnies!!
Thank you for sharing your home, we had one of the most wonderful family outings I can remember!
My son's baseball team along with their fathers stayed at the cabin over a weekend. Everyone had a blast. The cabin is large, clean, and well maintained. We were able to find a spot for everyone to sleep. In the evening of our arrival, we had an outdoor barbecue using the gas grill. The outdoor seating was sufficient for all of us. Later, we used the fire pit and roasted s'mores. The kids hiked in the woods and enjoyed playing pool. We cooked a huge breakfast spread in the fully furnished kitchen. All of the kids were sad to leave.
I plan to bring my wife back for a weekend getaway. The owner even said he would have a bottle of champagne waiting for us. Cannot wait to return.
