If you need a haven in NYC this beautiful one bedroom apartment is it. It is newly furnished, excellent linens, crisp and new, beautiful building on Columbus Avenue with good view and lots of sunlight. The building has a BRAND NEW (Jan 2013) gym and pool and many amenities. This is so much better than any hotel room and more affordable. I use the apartment for housing actors, directors, composers when I am producing a show. It is often empty and much better than any hotel room. Kitchen is fully equipped. We will meet you and arrange theatre tickets and help you enjoy your stay in NYC.

I am a theatre producer of Off Broadway and Broadway shows. I am married to an architect and we have four children. They do not use this apartment. It is a professional apartment for my use. We love traveling and I know this apartment is better than any hotel room you can book in NYC. We have created the kind of apartment we would like to stay in when we travel.

New York City--no place in the world more exciting. The doormen nare very helpful
This unit is welcoming with full amenities. The building is central to all of NYC.
We truly enjoyed our time in New York, due in part to our time in this apartment. The apartment is close to the subway, Central Park, stores, restaurants, museums - too many things to list. The apartment is well furnished and very comfortable. We would not hesitate to stay here again!
Convenient location, comfortable and clean. Close to Whole Foods and subway. Quiet and a nice refuge after busy days in midtown. Great for 2 people. Futon accommodates a third.
My husband and I stayed at this property Jan. 4-Feb.8, 2016 and were very pleased. The apartment was just as it appeared in the listing. It was clean and instructions were left that were very helpful. Enjoyed having The Whole Foods right next door, Duane Reade, and the other stores that were right across the street. Also enjoyed eating at Bare Burger, across the street. The bed was comfortable, and the shower had plenty of hot water and good pressure. It is close to the subway, which worked out quite well for us. Maybe a little short on glassware, but the dishwasher was efficient and the laundry facilities in the basement were very nice. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent this property again.
Lovely apartment had just what we needed. Comfortable bed. Daughter slept on the futon one night until she got into her dorm room and said it was sufficient. Favorite part was eating at a brick oven pizzeria down the way and listening to incredible jazz music at the Smoke Jazz club nearby.
Apartment was comfortable and had wonderful proximity to Wholefoods market, subway, and Central Park. We really enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere of an apartment rather than the constraints of a hotel
We spent more than a week in this comfortable apartment in a new building and found it just right for our visit. The neighborhood has lots of stores and restaurants and easy access to the rest of the city via two subway lines.
Near museums, fashion, theatre and central to all NYC.
