Neptune-near-the-Sea sleeps 8 & features 2300 square feet, 3 bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths, a 1-car garage, & an elevator from the garage to the top living level. There are small front porches & large back porches on all 3 living levels. The open-design first living level contains the high-ceilinged living room, the charming dining room & well-equipped kitchen. The home is delightfully appointed with photos and artwork, and a plethora of other accessories like fun knick-knacks & little antiques that make the home very warm and inviting.

The owners have carefully & tastefully decorated Neptune-near-the-Sea for maximum comfort, & want you to enjoy this special getaway spot.

Stayed here July 9-13, 2011 with our family of 8 and thoroughly enjoyed the place. Clean, well kept, fresh towels, all the accoutrements, building is very solid (no neighbor noise), and the personal elevator from the garage to the 3rd floor is a plus. 1/2 block away from King & Prince an its beach. Other 1/2 block has several decent seafood restaurants and shopping. Loved walking at night from the King & Prince to the townhouse--with the large, sweeping oak trees and Spanish moss, it gave the street a kind of "To Kill a Mockingbird" quality. Kids loved it...

  • The master bedroom, located on the second living level, is extremely large with a very generous master bath containing his-and-her sinks, his-and-her walk-in closets, a large Jacuzzi-style tub, and separate roomy stall shower. The second and third bedrooms are on the top living level and each has its own full bathroom and walk-in closet. The master and third bedroom have queen-size beds, and the middle bedroom has twin beds plus a comfortable queen-size sleeper sofa. There are TVs in each bedroom, plus a large-screen TV in the living room. The master bedroom has full-size porch at the back of the home, over the kitchen porch, plus a small front porch. Bedroom #2 has a small front porch. Bedroom #3 has a full-size porch for sunning, located over the master bedroom's back porch.

An elevator can take you from the garage up to all three living levels. The garage is for one car, with additional room for your bicycles and other equipment. The garage has a beach buggy for pulling your belongings to and from the beach. There's also a small grill for use with charcoal, as well as a gas grill, both to be used only in the driveway area, outside the garage. The washer & dryer are located in the laundry room on the master bedroom level.

Spring Break for Teachers

The location of the house is perfect! Close to the beach and to great restaurants; an easy walk to village and pier. Bedrooms were spacious; beds were super comfortable. Neat porches and balconies for morning coffee. House was well furnished, and the elevator was very handy! Working with Judy was easy; she was quick to respond to any questions, and her directions for everything were perfect. I hope to rent this house again - especially for our group of teachers needing a spring break!

Perfect Place, Beautiful & Comfy

What a great place, so close to the beach, wonderfully decorated home, owners so helpful & gracious as we went thru the rental process. We will definitely be back & also recommend the townhome to our friends. And of course, St. Simons is just perfect. We love the village & all the shops & reasonably priced restaurants. Moo Cow is great for delicious homemade ice cream. Super getaway!!

Roomy Condo convenient to the beach and restaurants.

Two grandparents, two couples and two babies were in our group and the home was plenty big for all of us. Each bedroom having its own private bath was a big plus for us. We loved being able to walk to restaurants and shopping as well as the beach.

Excellent property!

Judy was very helpful and prompt sending paperwork and info. The Townhouse was very comfortable and the elevator handy for hauling luggage in and out. The beach is a 3 minute walk away and restaurants were 2 minutes the other direction! Very pleasant place to stay.

Bozarth TownHouse Neptune Road

We stayed in the Bozarth Townhouse for Memorial Day Weekend. From the first moment I talked to Judy, she was wonderful. She explained everything in detail, she was quick to communicate and she answered all of my questions in detail. She gave specific instructions for check in and provided directions and a list of restaurants to visit. The townhouse is only about a block from the beach and it was in a perfect location. We had 3 couples staying and it never felt crowded. The townhouse was clean and beautifully decorated. It really was the perfect spot for us to stay for the weekend. If you are looking for a townhouse on St. Simons, this one would be a great choice. We look forward to staying again on our next visit. Judy is great and her townhouse is gorgeous.

Perfect Townhome for a Reunion!

Judy's townhome was the perfect venue for our Viet Nam Vets reunion with my husband and I, and two other couples. The three bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms met our needs perfectly. The kitchen was spacious and equipped with everything we needed. The dining room and living areas were lovely for us to gather, drink wine and have great conversation.

The beautiful beach is a block away and wonderful for early morning walks. We ate at the two seafood restaurants down the street and the deli had fabulous sandwiches and cookies! We ate there more than once! The village is an easy 1/2 mile walk or a quick drive. Del Sur was a delicious place to eat downtown. We took the historical tour with Rod. He was an excellent tour guide, would highly recommend.

Judy provided excellent customer service. She was in constant contact and provided detailed information about the townhome, as well as arrival and departure instructions. The townhome was meticulously clean and well cared for.

It was a wonderful getaway for us and our friends. We would highly recommend! Thank you Judy for sharing your home and your warm hospitality.

To all rates add 11% Tax + $125 Cleaning Fee (no tax on the cleaning fee)
GA/FL weekend $500 per night; Min 4-night stay with $1,800.00 price for 4 nights
Regular Security Deposit $750; GA/FL & any Student Group Security Deposit $1750. All fully refunded if no issues.

If rental period is more than 3 months from booking, security deposit is required to hold the dates, fol'd by 1/2 of total rent due 2 months before rental period (2 1/2 mo for GA/FL), and rest of rent due 1 month before rental period (1 1/2 mo for GA/FL). If rental period is less than 3 months from time of booking, then I will discuss payment plan with you.
