Bright, open and light filled contemporary in a wonderful Katama location - off the beaten track but within minutes of beach and town, trolley stop and bike path. First floor has living room with cathedral ceiling, lots of skylights, and 2 paddle fans, dining area, well equipped kitchen, bedroom, shower bath and laundry closet. There are three sets of sliders leading out to front and side decks creating a light, relaxing vacation destination. Two bedrooms and a full bath on the second floor complete the house. Also on this large property, a good distance away and privately situated is property # 367276. These two homes can be rented together to accommodate large parties up to 10 people. All our Edgartown houses are located close by and can also be rented together to accommodate large parties. Please call for availability.

Awesome! Already to Come Back in 2013

Stayed at the Vineyard House from July 8-July 15, 2012. It was everything that we were looking for and then some. The layout is open and airy. The master bedroom offers a fantastic view of the night sky! You have all of the amenities that you will need while staying in MV to include: front loading washer and dryer, WiFi access and cable television (provided on a 42 inch true flat screen). The property was clean, maintained and had tasteful decor.

The owners (Sandra and Paul Bonetti) were most helpful from the booking to the arrive to the departure. They are local and are able to assist you directly and immediately if required during your stay at their properties. They can also let you know some of the better places to eat while on the island (I already have a list for next year)

I have already recommended the Martha's Vineyard Family Vacation Homes to many of my friends, co-workers and acquaintances.

*The most notable attraction, which is why my family booked this home was to be near South Beach (Katama), which is one of the best beaches on MV. In addition, we wanted to be close to downtown Edgartown, which again is a close drive, or bike ride. We will be bringing our bikes next year for sure its just that close!
