Romeo Suite at the Juliet has Two Large Flat Screen HDTVs, IPod Docking Station, Free high speed Wi-Fi, in suite washer and dryer, Stainless Steel and Granite Kitchen and a Secure Underground Parking Spot are among the wonderful features here.

Everything is top of the line in this condo. Designer decorated to ensure your utmost comfort and aesthetic pleasure. Two bedroom and two bath, with a wonderfully equipped kitchen makes this an ideal condo for the vacation traveler or for a longer executive stay. Views of the Inner Harbour and the Olympic Mountains are visible from this 7th floor SW corner unit.

The owners chose this location because it is perfect. It is close to everything downtown, but just far enough to avoid the excess noise that can arise in a vibrant city such as Victoria.

Great location and comfortable suite. Everything worked and was easy. Dani was great with intro and instructions. She was flexible for us checking out. We walked everywhere! Parking was easy and secure - as was the building itself. Nice bright clean suite. Very responsive management when booking! Highly recommend this suite!

Perfect for us!

When we arrived we were greeted by Dani. She walked us through all the security and parking details, helped us bring in our luggage and then took us on a tour of the building facilities. She was extremely helpful and suggested restaurants and close by shopping. The condo had everything we needed for our short stay - 2 great bedrooms and bathrooms, a very well equipped kitchen, comfy living area and dining area. The condo itself is in the perfect location! We were a close walk to many amenities, but far enough away that it wasn't noisy. We had a great view out the windows! We enjoyed the neighbourhood and found some great places to eat - John's Place became a favourite and we all loved our breakfast at The Blue Fox Cafe. This condo made our action packed days in Victoria better because we had this lovely place to relax in at night. Dani was super accommodating with regards to our departure time and the key hand off, making our departure easy for us. Dani is a delightful resource and the condo was perfect. This was our first time in Victoria, but probably won't be our last. We will seek this building out again for a rental! Thanks for everything!

Prime Victoria

When we arrived at the building at the corner of Johnson and Blanchard we were greeted by Lawrence, the Concierge. While still outside Lawrence pointed out the directions to the local groceries and cafes. In the condo Lawrence kindly explained in detail the various amenities. He had answers for questions we had not yet thought of. The condo was immaculate and well appointed even including rolls of Saran wrap and wax paper. There was a good supply of dishes and cutlery with the exception of lacking soup spoons. Two groceries, a large London Drugs, liquor store, bakery, selection cafes and the Odeon Theater are all within 2 blocks. Several banks located on Douglas are 3-4 blocks away. The main downtown attractions are within a 20-25 minute walk. We purchased monthly bus passes and made extensive use of them. Bus stops located on Douglas, View and Quadra, all within 2 blocks gave us access to many different routes. The condo is compact and suitable for 4 or fewer persons. The balcony seats two. Building security is first class. The view from the 7th floor is mostly of the surrounding buildings however access to the outside patio on the 15th gives the full panorama. There is downtown street noise at night. Victoria's street street people are a distraction though apparently harmless. The one problem we had with connecting to the internet was promptly dealt with by Lawrence and Bruce. We enjoyed our 5-week stay and recommend this unit.

Owner's Response: Occasionally we have comments from our guests about downtown noise. While our downtown area really is not very large, we live in a vibrant city and some street noise is inherent. This is unfortunately beyond our control. Some of our guests come from rural areas or quiet subdivisions and want to experience the excitement of downtown Victoria but don’t think about the potential for noise. Everyone perceives things differently. Our hope is that the occasional noise that is the garbage trucks, city buses, seagulls and bar sounds doesn't interfere with your ability to enjoy your time in our beautiful city.

Great Place, Great Location, Great Views

We stayed in the Romeo Suite at the Juliet for 5 days in June to visit my grandpa on his 95th birthday. We picked this condo because of its location in downtown Victoria, its furnishings, and the views of the inner harbor. It did not disappoint.

We were very pleased with the high level of security in the building, the proximity to shopping and attractions, the amazing views of the inner harbor, skyline and hills of BC, and the wonderful furnishings in the condo that helped make it feel like home. We took advantage by walking to coffee stores, restaurants, grocery stores and shopping centers. We had a car with us in order to get around the island, but the private underground parking garage made bringing a car very safe and convenient.

We would gladly recommend this condo and consider staying at the Juliet again. Thanks.

Great apartment

The apartment was great. Very central, we walked everywhere and close to a grocery store. Very well equipped for short stays, had everything we needed. We were travelling with a toddler and this apartment was great for her as well. It was clean and tidy and the man who greeted us was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again

PAYMENT An advance payment of 50% of the rental rate is required to reserve the desired dates. The advance payment will be applied toward the room rent. Payments outside of Canada may be made in the form of credit cards (Visa, MasterCard) or bank transfers. Bank money orders, cashier’s cheques or personal cheques are payment options (for Canadians only) payable to Victoria Prime. Cheques must be secured by a credit card authorization while in route. Email transfers (Canadian banks only) can be sent to The advance payment is not a damage deposit. The BALANCE OF RENT is due sixty (60) days before your arrival date. All payments are in CANADIAN DOLLARS. All reservations will be charged a Booking Fee.
CREDIT CARD AGREEMENT Guests must provide credit card details as a guarantee of payment to Victoria Prime. Guests accept all terms and conditions of the rental agreement and accept all liability for rent and charges related to property rental, as well as any damage beyond normal wear and tear during the term of the rental. Guests understand that these costs will be charged to the credit card provided. In the absence of another payment agreement, guests authorize Victoria Prime to charge the credit card provided for payment of these items. The guest whose credit card is on file alone is liable for all payments and damages on a reservation and is fully responsible for the full reservation rent and charges.
CANCELLATIONS A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date will be refunded less a $50 admin fee. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 60 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full payment. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent, deposit or cleaning fee. However, if we are able to re-rent the property for the dates cancelled, we will be happy to refund all or any part of that.

The balance of rent is due sixty (60) days before your arrival date.
