Welcome to the Lazy Bear Lodge! Relax in our cozy cabin nestled in the Blue Ridge Mountains. Relax by the fireplace, outside fire pit, or soak in the hot tub. Enjoy the beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. The cabin is 15 minutes to downtown Blue Ridge, where you can enjoy excellent restaurants and shops. Close to hiking trails, vineyards, orchards, whitewater rafting and Lake Blue Ridge. Also, explore Helen “Georgia’s Alpine Village.”

Perfect Getaway

This property and neighborhood will not disappoint. It is so peaceful and serene. You truly forget the hussle and bustle of work, life, and daily stresses. It's a short drive to the lake, and the wonderful town of Blue Ridge. It's centrally located amongst all the walking trails and waterfalls. We can't wait to go back again!

Nice Cabin - Good neighborhood

We enjoyed our stay and the neighborhood is lovely. We appreciated the welcome basket with water and some snacks. The beds were comfortable. We spent most of our time out and about in town. One thing to note, the upstairs bedroom area is a loft, so less privacy for whoever stays up there. The owners were very responsive when we alerted them of a bear or racoon visit getting into the garbage one night.

Nice little spring break

Enjoyed our stay here at the cabin. We had a short 4 day break. Cabin was clean and well stocked with the necessary items.

55th Birthday in the Mountains

We rented this cabin for a friend's 55th birthday. We arrived on a Thursday afternoon and departed on Sunday morning. We were unfortunate to have rainy weather all weekend however the cabin more than made up for it and allowed us to still have a wonderful time. The spacious outdoor deck allows for plenty of seating and beautiful views. Each bedroom was very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was also quite spacious and made it easy for a group to cook in. We enjoyed the outdoor fire pit and the indoor fireplace. In addition, we also enjoyed the hot tub located on the downstairs patio. Becky was a wonderful host and immediately responded to any questions we had. We would highly recommend a weekend stay in this cabin.
