Why Neil chose Whistler

As Whistlerites, we purchased 218 Greystone Lodge in 1999 as a rental ski-in/ski-out property.We knew it was one of the best built buildings in Whistler; family oriented with oversized rooms. We have enjoyed meeting many guests (& repeat guests) over the last 17 years. We continue to enjoy introducing people to the best skiing in North America!

What makes this condo unique

Separate Clothes Washer & Clothes Dryer - one of the few suites in Greystone Lodge (let alone Whistler) that has both a washer & dryer right in the condo!

Free shuttle bus to the village or a 7 minute walk; Secured ski lockers; River Rock stone fireplace and mountain views.

I spent 4 ski days (5 nights) @ this condo to start 2015. The unit was well located for a time-saving ski-in/ski-out vacation and was a welcome respite at the end of a great day on the slopes. Neil & Toni were very informative & answered all my questions (about the unit & about the area in general) in a timely & courteous fashion. Every detail about our unit was just as described on the website & met our needs perfectly!

Such an awesome stay at the greystone lodge #218

Everything went so smoothly and the condo was cozy, cute and fit 6 of us comfortably. There were no issues with anything about our stay. thank you Niel for making it a hassle free vacation!

Greystone Lodge

Just what we required. The information from the owner Neil was really helpful and he even put out a small Christmas tree for us so we could put our presents under it (we were there over Christmas 2015). The walk to Blackcomb was 5 minutes and the walk to Whistler was just over 10 minutes so very easy to get to the shops and restaurants although you will need a warm coat and good walking shoes as we were walking on snow. Overall really pleased.

Nice quiet condo not too far to the fun

Summer stay

I just spent an amazing week in Whistler with my family. The condo was really well situated and my son and husband were just a few steps from the Wizard Express to get some snowboarding up the glacier. There is so much to do in the village which is just a 5 minute walk. We also enjoyed the market in the upper village. The car was safely parked in the indoor garage as we did not need to use it all week! Grand'pa shared the kids bedroom and it was very comfortable for everyone. I highly recommend a stay in unit 218 (rental 2845) as it is perfect for a family and the owners are extremely caring.

Sweat shop

Stayed here for 3 brutally hot nights without air conditioning....ouch. pool was incredibly dirty could not see more than five feet in the pool with goggles as it was very cloudy. When we first arrived front counter lady had no idea that we were checking in as she had no record of us arriving.

Owner's Response: Yes, the heat in Whistler was oppressive. Several days prior to the guest's arrival, he contacted me directly if there was Air Conditioning in our condo. My response was NO. I offered to fully refund his $, if he wished to find accommodation with AC. He decided, and later advised NO and chose to stay in our unit. There are 4 fans and wooden blinds, opening windows in our condo. As to the Front Desk; it is operated independently. We rent privately (and successfully) since 2000 through VRBO. All access instructions, directions, and entry door codes to the building, garage, and our unit are sent directly to the guest, TWICE, prior to their arrival. We suggest checking with the front desk (if open) for any queries. As to the swimming pool. I contacted the Building Maintenance Supervisor directly. Yes, the pool was cloudy at times due to the extreme over usage. However, at no time, were the chemicals deficient or unsafe.
