Our Marathon home is available all year round. This price includes all of the following amenities. There is a private pool and a 7ft Jacuzzi for your relaxation. This home has 4 bedrooms and three full bathrooms with the master suite having its own private bathroom. The house sleeps up to 10 people. Now available for the first time, owners private suite. This beautiful extra room has all amenities including TV and king size bed. This owner’s master suite is now available for only $700 a week tax included. This is the only bedroom located on the first floor of the house and is great for someone who wants extra privacy or is unable to go up stairs. This room can only be rented by the person renting the home for the week.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, the 2nd bedroom has 2 queen size beds, and the remaining 2 bedrooms have a queen bed each. There is also a pull out sofa bed in the living room. There is a full kitchen with appliances for your convenience. (Plates, Pots, Pans and Utensils included.) We have plenty of dock space for 1 boat or watercraft at no extra charge. If you would like to park a second boat on the dock, there would be a $200.00 a week charge for the second boat parking.
Outside we have a fish cleaning station, and an industrial ice maker that is at your disposal. There is a Tiki hut right by the pool for your enjoyment. There is also a well lit, covered cooking area with a Stainless steel BBQ, twin burners, and everything you need for all of your outdoor cooking needs. Ample parking for your vehicles in front of the house.
Payments and fees are as follows: $3000 per week(except for five special event dates listed below) includes all taxes and cleaning fee. There is also an additional $800.00 security deposit ,which is refundable if there are no damages, beyond normal wear and tear. PAYMENTS: $800.00 security deposit due upon signing the rental agreement. 50% of the total amount due 60 days prior to arrival, and the remaining 50% due 14 days prior to arrival.

The house address is 1018 W 75 Street Ocean, Marathon FL 33050. The boat ramp is on the bay side on 33rd Street (traffic light). The boat ride takes about 10-15 min, under the 7 mile bridge. Ok. Overall the home was nice. A couple hiccups in the stay but nothing we couldn't work through.
Julio is great, no need to worry about not getting cooperation. House is great, 2 living areas make it easy to live. Loved the pool, ice machine, etc. This place is worth the price.
Great space for a Great Family New Year =)
Julio's home was perfect for us. We have been spending a quiet family New Years in the keys for the past 6 years. The space is large and the outside space is wonderful..!! Julio is always at hand for any questions or help you may need. He's an extremely nice and polite man. Thank you for allowing our family to have a beautiful holiday =) =)
Fabulous home and owner!
We can't express enough what a GREAT time our entire family had from the beginning to the end. The owner Julio was at the home to greet us when we arrived and he went above and beyond to make us instantly feel welcomed and comfortable. He gave a tour of the home and explained everything that we needed to know to make our stay very enjoyable.
Everything about the home was clean and spacious. (We had adults, teens and a 3 year old). The outside living was over the top perfect from the cooking area, tiki hut, warm clean pool and hot tub. We truly felt like we were at our own private resort! The industrial size ice maker was beyond PERFECTION. We never had to worry about running out of ice when needed. Our son was able to do some fishing right off of the dock with a lot of luck! The beach area was a short 5 minute drive and the town of Marathon was so relaxing and laid back. Thank you a million times over Julio for opening your home so we could have an amazing family spring break vacation!!
What a wonderful vacation place.
I first have to start with how wonderful Julio is to work with, he went above and beyond many times before our stay and also during our stay. He met us the night we arrived even though it was late. He took the time to explain everything to us and also made sure we were comfortable with the place.
The home is spacious and clean. You could walk barefoot in the house and your feet were still clean after walking around - that does not always happen in a rental. The house provided all the necessary amenities to make sure that you could live comfortably for the week we were there.
The outside was as nice as the inside and the 10 of us never felt crowded or overwhelmed being around each other all the time.
This is definitely in a quieter area and I truly loved that - we went on vacation to get away and you could definitely relax and enjoy yourself surrounded by peace and quiet.
The house is well situated to anything and everywhere you might need to go.
Please do not hesitate to rent this home, you will definitely enjoy the home and also the owner Julio.
Wonderful vacation spot
This is our 3 Rd year staying at this home. It's beautiful and centrally located for convenience. It is safe and secure for my toddler grandsons age 2 and 4! The pool is relaxing and clean. Julio is the nicest man one could meet and he is available to make your stay the best it can be. We had manatee right at the dock for a fresh water break. We saw 6-8 foot tarpon in the canal multiple times. It's an adventure! The beach was awesome with a playground for the children. We just tell Julio to keep the deposits for next year as we continue to enjoy the pleasure of his beautiful home and friendship we have developed. My families memories are made here and will continue because it's s perfect place for families, children, and handicapped. Julio was so sweet to open the first floor bedroom for me because I merely mentioned I was ill just prior to vacation. All to avoid me doing steps. Not many people would go the extra mile.
