Come and enjoy the relaxing tropical breeze and soothing ocean sounds that surround the condo. This spacious 2 bedroom 2 bath condo has taken 'luxury' and 'comfort' to the next level, by offering a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops, high-speed wireless internet, cable TV and DVD player. Here you will have all the comforts of home and you're just steps from the public 2 beach accesses, which are nice family beach.

The condo was completely renovated and is tastefully redecorated. The Master bedroom features a king size bed, flat screen TV, radio alarm clock, and attached bath. The Guest bedroom features 2 queen size beds, flat screen TV, DVD player, alarm clock, and private bath. The living room has nice comfortable leather furniture which can be converted to 2 full size beds, flat screen TV, DVD player, a bookcase filled with adult and children books. There is washer/dryer in the unit. The kitchen includes everything you’d expect for a comfortable stay: dishes, silverware, coffee maker, toaster, blender, slow cooker, deep fryer, large pot for pasta, etc.

This beautiful condo is on the 3rd floor (stairs only) and has a private balcony which overlooks the pool/hot tub area and has partial views of the ocean. Enjoy your coffee or favorite beverage while relaxing in the island breezes. Waves of the Gulf of Mexico can be seen from the living room, guest bedroom and private balcony.

The condo is part of a 6-unit complex and is very quiet. Parking is extremely convenient - right at the door. You never have to worry about beach parking. Just walk to the beach (50 yards, 2 minutes walk) for ocean sunbathing or swimming and back to the condo for a snack, lunch, or a dip in the pool as often as you want. When the sun sets, walk to the Bay side to see spectacular sunset. It is also a short walk from the condo to the main boulevard with popular nightlife, entertainment, and some of the best dining on the island.

Whether you are planning a day at the beach or want to shop and sample some island flavor, all are within walking distance of this condo. You don't even have to pack beach gear. Feel free to use owner's beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, beach toys, pool towels, etc.

Pets are considered on a case by case basis. Sorry no smoking in the condo. Also, this quiet family complex is not suitable for late night parties.

Unit #6, Awesome

This condo was very very nice. Had EVERYTHING we needed. Great beds, kitchen, showers, living space. Had all the pots and pans. The owner Jackie was very nice to chat with. The beach was very close, no big deal to walk back if we forgot something. Had a water hose outside to rinse our beach items. Usually stayed at another condo, but price went up. Tried this home, I made a good decision. Price was fair, and what all are concerned about is the walk to the beach. Again, very close with a great entrance. Will rent again from Jackie or this place.

A fun and relaxing experience

This was a great place for me and family to relax and unwind. We loved the condo because it was nice and clean. The beds were nice and comfy and the kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and other utensils. It is a short walking distance to the beach and the pool was great too. I would stay here again.

Staying here was such a great experience. It was my first time at a beach condo, and Ms. Jackie made sure I had a very enjoyable stay. Upon arrival, I found the place to be very clean and spacious. 5 minute walk from the beach so that was a huge plus as well. I would reccomend anyone to stay here!

Gulf Coast Four

On sight mgr. was very nice, knowledgeable and helpful. Condo unit was very good but was not the 1200 sq. ft. that it stated. We measured it and we were lucky to come up with 900 sq. ft. including the deck. Chairs and sofa need to be replaced. Beds were new and very comfortable. Plenty of bars and eateries near by. We brought too much extras that we didn't need. It had all the dishes, pots and pans you needed plus a whole array of toiletries for your use. Would recommend this condo complex for the money we paid.

Owner's Response: While waiting for the reviewer's removal of this review, I just wanted to clarify that I own unit #6 and that the reviewers did not rent from me during the month of January 2013. The title of the review "Gulf Coast Four" gave me the impression that the renters had stayed in unit #4, which belongs to someone else. Also, the description of the living furniture in Gulf Coast Four does not match my unit's furniture as there is no chair in my living room. I hope this clarification helps eliminate any confusion.

Perfect getaway

We had a great time on SPI, but this condo really made it that much better. It is spacious, very clean, and has everything you need to feel at home. The beach is so close and the views are great. Jackie was wonderful through the entire process. We will be back!

Great Vacation

We were 8 people total (5 adults and 3 kids) and were very pleased with this condo. It was very spacious, very comfortable and super close to the beach without that extra cost. We are definitely using this place in the future. I trully recommend it.
