Want to go back already!

We loved this place during our 1 week stay in July. John, the manager, was extremely east to deal with and very helpful but the real highlight is the place itself. While it is not ultra-modern or new it is well kept and the apartment has some of the most amazing views in Hawaii I would say …. we spent many an hour just staring out the windows! As for the apartment facilities it was better equipped than our own house …. There was nothing that was not there eg cooking pans, beach chairs, sticky tape, scissors, picnic containers, cool bags, coffee filters, sandwich wrap, etc.

The location is also great …. The slightly more family orientated end of town (next to the Hilton basically) and there are plenty of shops nearby for anything you could want.

We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Hawaii.

A top notch condo!

We booked this condo partially based on the wonderful reviews and we GLADLY add on our own 5 star review! What a great condo - nice location, so well kept, clean and organized. John was so helpful and quick to answer any questions. Located right by Waikiki and a nice walk to downtown Honolulu. Groceries are a short walk away as well as bus stops. Folks - this is the place for you!!

Everything we had hoped it would be...and more!!!

Wow! The view is beyond spectacular and the condom is just outstanding! A real home run! Bed is great, furniture comfortable , and the extras needed to set up housekeeping,or bring food in, or have people over are all provided. Everything from beach towels on is there - and works! And. John is a text or call away and. Takes care of things quickly! Location is perfect! This one is worth it!!

Fantastic views from a beautiful condo!

If you want a super clean, beautifully furnished condo in Honolulu, this is your place! This upscale condo is less expensive to rent for a week than the adjacent hotels which do not offer a fully furnished kitchen. An added bonus is the convenient location to the best of shopping and eating as well as the large windows/glass doors on two walls to view the ocean and marvelous sunsets! The building is extremely quiet and well maintained. The parking garage below is $20 per day which is not unreasonable considering the cost of living in Honolulu. We saw many attractions during the day and made it back to our peaceful condo by 6pm each day to catch the sunset. The fireworks Friday evening at 7:45pm were awesome to view from our balcony. This was our first trip to Hawaii and this condo played a large role in making it a wonderful week!

Also, thanks to John the manager--a genuine, kind and helpful gentleman who responded quickly to any questions/concerns. You will find him a pleasure to work with and meet. Thanks, John.

Great centrally placed condo

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. The views are to die for, and location is very central. A really lovely place to call home for our week there. We walked to the Ala Moana Centre often. Hired a car for a day, from National Car Rental, (straight across the road) and drove to the North Shore. Visited Pearl Harbour. But we mostly relaxed. We were there when not one, but two hurricanes were due to hit the islands. We departed on the day the first was due, but by then it had petered out to a tropical storm (just some wind and rain). We found communication with the owner/manager was great - all queries answered promptly. We would love to stay again some day.

Fabulous condo

We would echo what many of the other reviewers have stated, this condo has it all.....Sensational views, very clean, exceptionally well equipped, tastefully decorated. In addition, we were well supported by the manager, John, when we had a question.

During our two week visit, we spent many mornings watching the surfers and marina and on Friday nights the fireworks were spectacular right from our window. This condo was so well equipped we thoroughly enjoyed cooking here and also serving breakfast and/or dinner to relatives who were here in the area. The table easily pulled out to accommodate the five of us.

We weren't sure what to expect being in the center of waikiki...it's a beach and a city. The beach is beautiful, busy, but also easy to walk to a more private spot. We enjoyed walking the "boardwalk" after dinner and listening to different music venues as well as enjoying fire dancing. It is also big city with lots and lots of amenities, shopping, and hustle-bustle, too. We live in the country and the city soundscape is prominent so for us we needed to keep the air on and doors closed at night. An advantage to being in this city is you do not need a car as the bus route is a block away and will take you anywhere you want. We also walked a lot and loved it. We did rent a car for a day to visit the north shore and the Polynesian Cultural Center but otherwise a car would get in the way. Grocery stores and restaurants of all types are abundant and a walk or bus ride away.

This place made our vacation a true pleasure in every way! Mahalo and aloha!

Purchased here because one of few units allowing ownership and frontage to ocean with fabulous views. Moreover this unit is on the 10th floor corner with rare windows on the side for 180 degree views of the ocean as well as windows in the front giving amazing ocean views (these corner units normally sell for much more than the other units without the superior view). Also near Hilton Hawaiian village complex and near Aloha Maona Shopping Center. wonderful swimming, Restaurants below and nearby, option to swim in lagoon or ocean either at Waikiki beach or nearby beach where locals swim. We have wonderful beach folding chairs, body boards. The unit is fully equipped and besides wireless internet, there is a laser printer. The laundry facility 2 floors below us. There is covered parking in the building.
