Boogie boards, lawn chairs and beach toys are available for your use. Also located in the Alii Cove complex is a well maintained pool, Jacuzzi and kiddie pool. You can also work out in the well equipped fitness center. There are three bedrooms, three bathrooms as well as a large open loft area that provides additional sleeping accommodations.

Wonderful place to stay
This is the second time we have stayed here and thoroughly enjoyed both times. The place is very nicely furnished and the kitchen is equipped with everything a person would need for cooking. There are plenty of beach towels, boogie boards, and beach chairs plus several coolers. The location is excellent. We enjoyed our time here and highly recommend this property.
Starting Retirement the Right Way!!!!
What a great place to celebrate our recent retirement with extended family and friends. The condo was a perfect size and quality regardless of whether we were by ourselves or with 5 or 6 other family and friends. All of our guests, throughout our 5 week stay, were very happy with the overall size and quality. The extras (towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, grill, etc.) were an added bonus. The Condo community was very nice, with a decent gym and very nice pool. Personnel operating the condo community were also very helpful.
The proximity to the town, local bars and restaurants was one key reason we selected this location.......and we were NOT disappointed. Just a short walk to various happy hours, food, shopping and an overall relaxing time. Also, a variety of beaches from 5 to 30 minutes away depending on what you are looking for on a given day.
Krista, the real estate agent, was very pleasant to work with and helpful, before and during our stay, as we had questions.
When we go back to Kona, this will be at the top of our list to stay at again.
Magical Christmas in Kona
We spent a magical Christmas and New Years in this well appointed, spacious unit. Pictures represent the condo accurately. Very well equipped kitchen,dining and outdoor patio areas. Our family enjoyed this comfortable townhouse over the holidays, which was also within walking distance to town.Lots of beach towels,toys,boogie boards and insulated bags; making it very easy to just pack up and go to the beaches ... Friendly, helpful neighbours who we met by the pool and hot tub.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to return to this unit.
We were very pleased with this condo and the pictures display the rooms accurately. The location was perfect and within walking distance to restaurants and shops. We found the condo to be in excellent shape; it looked to be fairly new.
The kitchen was fully equipped and we also had chairs, umbrellas, towels, and boogie boards for beach use. The patio off of the living room and the balcony off of the second floor master bedroom have wonderful outdoor furniture. We would definitely stay in this condo again and would recommend it to a friend or relative.
Located in Kailua Kona, only 90 miles to Kileaua an active volcano. Enjoy botanical gardens, beaches, snorkeling in nearby Kahalu'u Beach Park, swim at La Aloa 'Magic Sands' white sandy beach park. Honl's Beach Park is right across the street from Alii Cove. There are countless activites and sights for you to explore while on Hawaii Island. Botanical gardens, active volcano, waterfalls, are only a few! Feeling adventurous? Try the ziplines, 4WD & hiking tours, horseback riding, Mauna Kea tours and more.
