Great location, only a five minute walk to downtown Kona. Exquisitely furnished and decorated including large screen TVs. It features unlimited North American calling with excellent internet services. Enjoy barbecuing and dining on the lower lanai with extremely well appointed lanai dining and lounging furniture. Take advantage of the breathtaking panoramic views from the master bedroom upper lanai that includes lounging furniture and an area for private dining. Boogie boards, lawn chairs and beach toys are available for your use. Also located in the Alii Cove complex is a well maintained pool, Jacuzzi and kiddie pool. You can also work out in the well equipped fitness center. There are three bedrooms, three bathrooms as well as a large open loft area that provides additional sleeping accommodations.

Magical Christmas in Kona

We spent a magical Christmas and New Years in this well appointed, spacious unit. Pictures represent the condo accurately. Very well equipped kitchen,dining and outdoor patio areas. Our family enjoyed this comfortable townhouse over the holidays, which was also within walking distance to town.Lots of beach towels,toys,boogie boards and insulated bags; making it very easy to just pack up and go to the beaches ... Friendly, helpful neighbours who we met by the pool and hot tub.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to return to this unit.

Excellent condo

We were very pleased with this condo and the pictures display the rooms accurately. The location was perfect and within walking distance to restaurants and shops. We found the condo to be in excellent shape; it looked to be fairly new.

The kitchen was fully equipped and we also had chairs, umbrellas, towels, and boogie boards for beach use. The patio off of the living room and the balcony off of the second floor master bedroom have wonderful outdoor furniture. We would definitely stay in this condo again and would recommend it to a friend or relative.

CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations (or acceptable changes) that are made more than ninety (90) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty. Cancellations that are made within 45-90 days of the arrival date (or changes resulting in a shortened stay) will forfeit half the advance payment. Cancellations within 45 days of arrival date will forfeit the full payment. No refund of rent will be made for early departures. Rent payments will be refunded if reserved dates are booked, less management fee of 20%.

The security/damage deposit of $1,000.00 is due upon booking. Ninety (90) days prior to arrival 50% of the total is due and the balance forty-five (45) days prior to arrival.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund if canceled at least 7 days before arrival date.
  • 100% refund if canceled at least 14 days before arrival date.
