This is a one bedroom, newly renovated beach front condo, professionally decorated in beach cottage decor. It is elegant, laid back, near everything new and upscale, but very quiet.

It is on the second floor of a three story low rise complex built on a large dune bluff overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. It has incredible views of Destin to the West and Panama City Beach to the East.

The unit has been completely renovated with new high end kitchen cabinets, fixtures, granite countertops, and stainless appliances.

The Living room has a comfortable leather sleeper sofa and chairs, 47 inch widescreen HDTV, broadband internet connection. Hall has adorable double bunk beds, Bedroom furnished with very comfortable king size bed, new hardwood floors, and 32 inch wall mounted flat screen TV. New tile floors in kitchen, living room, hall and bathroom. The entire unit has been repainted and refurnished with new bedding, accessories, and decor throughout. A beautiful balcony overlooks the Gulf and beach from second floor view. Sunsets are a spectacular event each evening.

Beach service is included in the price from the first Saturday in March- the last Saturday in October and includes 2 chairs with 1 umbrella, set up in the morning and taken down at the end of each day. Just bring your cooler, sit back and relax in the shade.

There is as much activity as you would ever desire here,including the the paved bicycle/walking/running trail that crosses the propery out front and follows the coast the entire length of South Walton County. Camp creek lake is a beautiful rare coastal dune lake that is a short walk down our beach. Historic Grayton Beach, Seaside, Alys and Rosemary Beach are a short bike ride away. Mistral 10 is one of the best values in the Beaches of South Walton. It is located in the middle and best of everything. Our guests come back year after year.

Complimentary Beach Chair service included March 15-October 17, and includes and umbrella and two chairs. Our service puts them up in the morning and takes them down in the afternoon. All you do is go out and enjoy them at no extra cost to you.

Best vacation ever

My husband and I spent a week here in early October 2015. It was one of the most relaxing weeks of my life. The location of this condo is absolutely ideal. We brought our bikes and rode to lunch and dinner nearly every day. The weather was amazing. Early October in Florida means warm days and breezy nights. The balcony offers spectacular sunset views which are paired well with wine and steaks from the grill in the parking lot. All in all we loved this place and can't wait to go back!

We enjoyed our stay very much at this condo. It has an excellent view of the beach from the deck. Bathroom was clean and had a new large tile shower which is plus for me. Kitchen was clean and well equiped. Located in a quite area yet close to the main areas. Would stay here again.

The Perfect Romantic Get-A-Way!!

My husband and I rented Mistral 10 looking for a nice quiet beach after the busy Christmas holiday. We found it at Mistral 10. The condo is beautifully decorated like a beach cottage. No details left out when it came to the beach themed decor. The views of the Gulf were amazing from the second floor unit. The bed I have to say was very comfortable and I loved the hardwood floors in the master bedroom. The kitchen was nicely equipped with all we needed for our cooking needs. I will be staying here again next year. I can not recommend this place enough for those that are looking for a great gulf front location on the beach.

Comfortable and Awesome Views!

The condo was in an excellent spot on 30A that was quiet and the views of the beach were great. The couch and chair in the living room looked new and were very comfortable. I loved the beachy decor and how clean the condo was. My only concern was that it did look like the paint needed to be refreshed in the unit but after speaking to the management company, they said the owner was going to address this as soon as there was a break in the rentals. The management company was very helpful and knowledgable and had plenty of suggestions of places to eat and visit during our stay. We would definitely recommend this property.

Nice Condo....Horrible Managemnt Company

We chose this place for a belated 1st anniversary trip due to the fact we wanted a small, quite & affordable beachfront complex. It pains us to give this place this rating, it's mainly based upon the management company. Since I can't fit in all that I want to say, here's the short version. I do hope the owner contacts me so that I may inform him of all the issues as they will cost him business.

The Unit Interior: It was very clean & cozy. Decorated very nicely; I love & want the rugs in the living room & hallway! Furnishings are in very good condition. Washer & Dryer in the unit and beach chair service is a GREAT bonus! The VRBO description states "newly renovated" however I think this was done a few years back. Unit needs a wee bit of TLC but at the end of the day the fact is that it is a very busy rental. Kitchen was fully stocked with cookware. We did find it odd & glad we noticed that there was no salt and pepper, coffee filters, etc..Not that we expect them to be provided but normally you find items left over from other renters. I've never only been provided one roll of paper towels/toilet paper & no kind of general cleaner. The unit would benefit from more storage especially given that it can accommodate up to 5ppl. The balcony furniture was a nice wooden coffee table & 2 chairs with off white cushions which unfortunately were mildewed. I'm a bit sensitive to such so I just placed a towel over it. *addition of table & chairs would be nice so you can easily eat outside & accommodate more ppl*

Property Management Issues: Paint missing in various spots all over the complex. We guess that it was from being pressure washed & perhaps painting was going on as it seemed the stairwell had been recently painted however we never saw crews working during our stay. There was trash all about in the front area, light bulb out in the stairwell, exit sign didn't work, rusty nails & rotten wood. In fact, one of the walk out units gate was broken off & just been tossed upon their patio.

Over our Sat - Sat stay, we ended up speaking to them at least 4 of those days due to issues within the unit.

Given the experience, we won't stay at Mistral in the future & we most definitely will never stay at another property that is managed by Emerald Waters... No one should have to deal with the issues we did while on their vacation, let alone on an anniversary trip. It was very apparent they don't value a person's time just the money of the renter and owner!

Great view but.

This place has a great view but the cleanliness was less than desirable. The smell of urine was prevalent in the main hall way coming in. I pin pointed it to the runner carpet that had stains and it was moved to the back deck immediately for our stay. This helped some. We could not walk within with out the bottom of our feet turning black. This seems to be common among most VBRO places we stay. I wish owners or management companies would inspect the cleaning job or lack of. One more negative was that there was no elevator, so expect to lug all you baggage up stairs. Beware to the handicap...

Paved bicycle/walking/running trail crosses the property along the south side of 30-a and runs the entire length of the coast in South Walton County. Kayaking on Camp Creek Lake or Eastern Lake to Grayton Beach is wonderful. Deer Lake State Park and beach is about 2 miles away toward Seaside. The best part of this area is that there is as much activity as you want or as much seclusion and privacy as you want, all in the most beautiful area and beaches in the world.
