The views are simply breathtaking. No matter where you are on the balconies you will see unbelievable beauty. This area is surrounded by parks, great food and activities that you will not have enough time to enjoy. So many species of fish are right in front of my home. If you love to fish, surf, para sail, collect shells, sun bathe, swim or just lay on a beach chair, Flagler Beach is the place to be. You will want to travel to Daytona Beach to see the speedway or maybe St. Augustine, the oldest city in the USA. Either one you choose is only 30 minutes away from your vacation home. Don't forget Disney is no more than 1 hour away, maybe a little longer depending on the theme park. Aquariums is must stop for the kids. Marine-Land is only 15 minutes away. It is considered to be one of the best in our country. Learn about our local whales, yes we have these awesome visitors often. If you are lucky you may see the Right Whale give birth in Flagler Beach itself. What a sight !!!
Keywords: This 3700 square foot three story luxury home is fully air conditioned equipped with three compressors. The elevator will allow the disabled to enjoy each floor and the balcony views. There are many parks to enjoy biking, fishing, sailing, trail walking and whale watching. Many amenities are a little more than one year old. We now have WIFI and over 250 TV channels, many in HD.
I am still working full time in N.J. My intention was to retire in pristine Flagler Beach.
Situations change sometimes so for now I decided to become a legal short term landlord in paradise. My home is furnished with higher end furniture as my intention was to move in. You will soon discover the furnishings are not the typical type one would purchase to rent. Lazy boy sofas and chairs, higher end mattresses and all stainless steel appliances. I do visit my home monthly so I am still extremely involved and enjoying the fine weather, great food and unbelievable views. The fishing is spectacular.

I wanted Old Florida. After years of traveling Florida I was about to give up. One day I decided to explore northeast Florida and what a discovery it was. I searched for a lot with the most palm trees in front and built my dream home. My dream came true.
Two hour flight I am in a different world.
My own beach.
Serenity and reflection.
The love of nature and wildlife.
We thoroughly enjoyed our time in your home at Flagler Beach. Your home is beautiful, the weather was good, and the waves on the beach were up which pleased the kids. Lots of fishing and lots of beach time for the our kids and grandkids. I'm not much of a "beach guy" myself but I enjoyed kicking back and getting in plenty of reading while we were there. We made several excursions to see Fort Matanzas and on up to St. Augustine as well as the restaurant scene around Flagler. I especially appreciated Jill's attentiveness and promptness in attending to the air conditioning problem we experienced on the the top floor. The repairman was out to check things within an hour after I notified her that it wasn't working properly. Evidently it was only a minor adjustment as it was working fine in a short time. Jill also made a point of alerting me as soon as possible that my granddaughter had left behind a (special) blanket and kindly returned it to me. Thanks also for the complimentary pastries and the coupon for the bakery and restaurant where Linda and I enjoyed breakfast on our last full day. We will certainly keep your home in mind when planning future vacations in its part of Florida.
I am glad you were pleased with how we left the home. We always make every effort to treat wherever we stay as if it were our own.
Take care and our best wishes to you and your family.

We loved the house/location so much last year, we brought family and friends along this year for a two week stay. It is a great place for three or four couples to share expenses, or for an extended family. The elevator is a real help for hauling luggage and for anyone with bum knees, hips, etc., and the balconies offer an interesting and lovely view. Rich is great to work with and has two local people, Jill and Kristine, who are excellent as well. Rich left the house very well stocked for the number of people we had staying with us. The beach is fun though the water was too cold in February even for hardy northerners. Our grandson had a great time using the beach toys Rich provides. There are lots of nearby beaches and parks for short or long walks. The Farmers Market on weekends is an interesting place for more than just veggies. Nearby St. Augustine is a fun, history-laden city complete with sailing ships. For those interested in NASCAR, Daytona Beach is also close. Cape Kennedy is also within easy reach for those fascinated by the space program. Flagler Beach lacks the huge crowds we encountered both up and down the coast, so it is a great relaxing place to stay.
Our mother was from Saint Augustine, Florida, so my brother, sister and I had spent our whole lives going in and out of Saint Augustine. We wanted to get our three families together in one house to celebrate the holidays just like we used to do when mom and dad were alive.
We chose this beautiful house and are so glad we did! Rich and Jill made us feel as if we had come home! The house was decorated for Christmas, including stockings hung on the mantle, poinsettias throughout the downstairs family room, a Christmas tree fully decorated and a decorated palm tree :) !!!!
Our children (or should I say our young adults) loved the downstairs game room and even filled up the air mattresses and made it their bedroom too!!!! The actual bedroom on the main floor became the resting placed for all their luggage!
The adults all gathered on the main floor in the living, dining and kitchen area which was perfect for family time--it was the central place we gathered throughout the week we were there. We grilled out on the balcony on that main floor several times during the week. It was an easy flow back and forth to the kitchen and the gathering area.
The 3 bedrooms on the third floor were the "adult" floor---the balcony up there was made for sitting, relaxing and looking at the ocean.
We would definitely go back and enjoy Rich's home again! Thank you Rich for a perfect Holiday!!

We had a great week in Flagler Beach. The house was great, very comfortable and wonderful views from the top floor. Even though the beach wasn't great that week due to a hurricane that had just past off the coast, we had a wonderful time anyway. Rich was wonderful. We had originally planned to go to the NC coast, however the hurricane previously mentioned had the road to our vacation property flooded and impassible!! Rich went above and beyond to accommodate us on very short notice (less than 24 hours). He made sure we had everything we would need and his property manager was very helpful with getting us acquainted with the area. Rich also called midweek to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying our time at his house! Overall we had an excellent time. And Rich, we cannot thank you enough for accommodating us on such short notice!!
Thanks Again!! Bobbie
AN AMAZING WEEK IN AN AMAZING HOME! I needed a great idea and place to make the perfect proposal to my wife to be happen and this lovely flagler home worked out way beyond expectations. It was big classy and comfortable, yet cozy warm and sweet. The first floor was great with the game room and the second floor made the perfect place for a candle lit romantic setting to "pop the big question". The master suite and its balcony was the perfect place to celebrate with a nice glass of wine and beautiful starlit evening while listening to the waves crash on the shore. SO close to the beach and plenty of great local restaurants. Could not have possibly been better! Thanks Rich for the great stay!
ps - she said yes!
Needed a great week away at the beach with the family to rest, relax and reconnect. My wife and I, our three kids and my parents enjoyed it thoroughly. There was plenty of room to spend time together and have space to yourself whenever we wanted. Sea breezes were amazing. Beach is so close you can spend a little time or a lot of time there everyday easily. I wish the road was a little less busy, but it didn't distract and we didn't wait long to cross (never more than 2 or 3 minutes), even when extra cautious with little children. Beaches were quiet, clean, and beautiful. Loved every minute there.
Rich was such a wonderful host and pleasant to work with. Unfortunately, our vacation began with my husband having a heart attack on the first day of our journey to the beach. Although vacation was temporarily delayed for Jerry and me, Rich and Jill made sure that our son, a disabled veteran, and his family were taken care of until we arrived, Rich and Jill were so understanding and accommodating, going above and beyond what is expected to make sure our family was cared for upon arrival. Jill met our family at the home late in the evening and provided a guided tour, making sure we had all that we needed. She was amazing, helpful and always available if we had questions.
Our wonderful host, Rich, surprised us with a basket of delicious scones and a gift certificate from Maggie’s European Bakery, which is within walking distance as well. Breakfast at Maggie’s was truly an exciting and unforgettable experience. The staff is friendly and helpful, the food was amazing and the view of the ocean from the dining area was breathtaking.
This home was spacious, beautiful and spotless. We were supplied with everything needed for a wonderful vacation, including basic necessities such as linens, extra towels and wash cloths, soaps, detergents, paper towels, toilet tissue, garbage bags, etc. There were other items not normally found in vacation rentals such as coffee, coffee filters, spices, etc. Many of the items we normally purchase once we arrive were already available in this home.
The beach and surf were always in view from the many windows in this home. We watched the dolphins (multiple times each day) from one of the two large balconies or from the beach (only a few steps away).
The surf is clean and beautiful as is the soft sand. We especially enjoyed daily time on the beach, which was never crowded. The boardwalk is within walking distance of this home should you be interested in fishing. And there are fishing poles in the garage, along with lots of other items to use at the beach.
Of the many local restaurants we enjoyed the Oceanside Beach Bar and Grill and The Flagler Fish Company. And, you must remember to have breakfast at Maggie’s European Bakery.
Flagler Beach is so conveniently located between St. Augustine and Daytona Beach. We played miniature golf in Daytona and went sightseeing. In St. Augustine, we climbed the lighthouse, toured the light keeper’s home and visited the lighthouse gift shop. We also visited the Gator Farm, where we saw gators and met
Oceanfront property with six miles of pristine beach to fish, swim, sail, sunbath or relax.

Disney and Epcot within one hour to one hour and thirty minutes depending on the park.
Breathtaking wildlife abounds!
