Enjoy all Osterville and Cape Cod has to offer in this charming, classic traditional Cape cCd home (designed by well-known and well-respected architect John Barnard, Sr.). Immaculate home, 4 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths. A short walk to the village of Osterville, restaurants, local shops and a very short walk to the ocean, beaches and Crystal Lake. A perfect location. This wonderful two story home sits on a beautiful corner property, with lots of trees and privacy. And, is considered a quintessential Cape Cod home and has been referred to as 'the prettiest house in the area'. 'Windward Pines' is the name of our property. All rooms are tastefully decorated and there are oak floors throughout the house. A beautiful new upstairs addition was recently completed, so everything is brand new on the second floor --- two large nice bedrooms with lots of windows, plenty of big closets and a brand new bathroom on the second floor. Also, a new bathroom was just completed on the first floor. A new central air conditioning system was installed and all new electrical wiring and systems. Everything was recently painted throughout the house, upstairs and downstairs, walls, ceilings, so the house looks and feels like new, pristine condition. All new shingles, a new roof and freshly painted outside, too. Lots of wonderful large windows and light throughout our home. A very comfortable and cozy home.
Keywords: Lovely summer house, pristine condition
I purchased this house in 1986. We love our home and property. Osterville is a very special town on Cape Cod. Tucked away from the crowds and surrounded by ocean and bays with a wonderful, charming old-time village feel. Our family has enjoyed summers, in Osterville, for many years. There are many seasonal activities to enjoy - the ocean, beaches, lakes, water sports, motor boating, sailing, golf, tennis, biking, among many other fun things to do in this special area of Cape Cod. We have not rented our home very much so this is a new experience for us. We just completed a nice new addition to our home. Therefore the house is all fresh and in pristine condition. We have decided to rent our home because we haven't been spending much time in Osterville during the past few summers.

Osterville is one of the prettiest, most charming and low-key summer towns that anyone can find.
Boating, sailing, swimming, beaches, ocean, fresh water lakes, golf, tennis, walking, biking, relaxing. Very cozy and comfortable.
The house was so charming that I have already returned for another stay! Perfect location, beautiful neighborhood, close to the village, peaceful, and the beach is only a five minute walk. The house was exactly as listed and the photos are very accurate. The house is very immaculate and well maintained. The owner has been extremely helpful with information about the area and suggestions about restaurants such as Wimpy's and Five Bay Bistro and a little market in town called Fancy's. I would highly recommend this property.
