This home offers every thing that you would need for your Holiday or business trip. Luxury and all amenities at an affordable price. Compared to area hotels this is such a great value. Just think, having your own home with much more privacy.
This condo was absolutely stunning and perfectly appointed as well as being EXACTLY as pictured! It was a treat for us to stay there this past weekend during the marathon. The neighborhood was terrific and quiet and well situated to get to either the bus or train and offered a variety of nearby small grocery stores to pick up those breakfast items that you might want to have on hand. The street itself is tree-lined and very pretty.
The condo itself (and the building) is in wonderful condition, very clean and with beautiful hardwood floors throughout, big windows to let the sunlight in, and an open floor plan with the huge kitchen, living room and dining room all together. The three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms were spacious, impeccably maintained and nicely decorated and the washer/dryer was a bonus and tucked away at the back of the condo. This is a very spacious and open condo that exudes warmth and convenience.
The owner and the property manager were both very responsive, and the property manager, who lives on site, gave us a full tour and explanation of how everything in the condo worked and left us with a book of notes on local restaurants, transportation and how to check-out. We were given all the info. we needed to enjoy the privacy that the unit offered, but we knew that the property manager was there if we had additional questions. Ross was very nice and a wonderful host!
Wanted to give a shoutout to a local restaurant that was suggested as being very good: Bar Ombra, in the Andersonville neighborhood (closeby) was fabulous....the homemade pasta meals and the wood grilled chicken were to die for! We highly recommend enjoying dinner there!
Everyone in our group (two couples and our youngest adult daughter) truly enjoyed this unit, the area and the ability to relax and visit with each other, something we wouldn't have been able to do if we had stayed in a hotel room. We had a lovely time in this condo and wouldn't hesitate to rent here again.
Thank you for a wonderful weekend in Chicago!
We gathered 3 out of town couples, an in-town couple (and baby), three dogs and 2 local college students for a wonderful Thanksgiving celebration at this property. We rented the home for 10 days. The three bedrooms (including a gorgeous master) and two bathrooms were spacious and accommodated the group. The home is impeccably decorated and welcoming. Appliances were top of the line (fridge, gas oven (great treat!), dishwasher and microwave. Laundry facilities in the unit worked very well and came in handy. The unit is on a lovely tree lined street in the Rogers Park area. We found it to be convenient and quiet. Having a garage space comes in handy, as on street parking can be challenging in Chicago (but no permits needed for street parking in this neighborhood--which is a huge plus). The building manager, Ross, is a delight, and very welcoming. He gave us a tour of the unit and provided guidance on amenities. He offered his availability if we needed him for anything --turns out we did not. We really can't say enough good things about the unit; the space is large; the furnishings are lovely; and the time spent made for a very special memory for our family. We look forward to returning! We had an excellent stay
Our family of four stayed five nights. Everyone had their own bedroom which is not always easy to find. The kitchen was great for morning breakfast before we started our day. Loved the open spacing of the kitchen, living room and dinning area. The private garage is a very nice bonus. We were in town to visit family and would certainly come back again.
Excellent North Chicago accommodations. Location was very good and for the six adults in our group a nice walk to the subway. Red line subway takes you right downtown and drops off right at Wrigley Field.
Only three minor easy to correct issues with the unit, need a new micro wave oven and up grade dishes to be microwave friendly and a few more drinking glasses would be nice.
Overall excellent place to stay, easy to get to, Ross (on site manager) very helpful and very spacious.
