Just a 5 mile drive north is historic downtown Plymouth, home of Plymouth Rock, Mayflower II, Pilgrim Hall Museum, historic Leydon Street (America's first street!) & Cole's Hill Cemetery. Other attractions include whale watching expeditions, dinner cruises, chartered fishing trips, pirate ship adventures (for the kids!), ghost tours, shopping, dining & beaches. And 5 miles to the south is Plymouth Plantation, a living replica of the Pilgrims first settlement! Also nearby, Myles Standish State Park, offers hiking, cycling paths, beaches & many childrens activities.
