Unit is on 3rd floor with elevator nearby and features fun, beachy decorating. Just installed laminate wood floors in all bedrooms, they are beautiful! Non-smoking, a 3-minute walk with private access to the beach, large balcony, open layout with over 1300 sq. ft., brand new kitchen, furniture, appliances, updated baths, 3 flat screen TVs, 2 with DVD, new Serta Perfect Sleeper king in master bedroom, queen in 2nd bedroom, 2 twins in 3rd bedroom, private washer/dryer, wi-fi, 2 pools in complex with restrooms, ample parking, on-site management.
Great opportunity to fix up a well-located unit. St. Augustine is such a great area to vacation and the beach is absolutely beautiful.
Well-decorated with open and beachy feel and everything is brand new. Access to beach and able to walk to many restaurants. Excellent, responsive management company on site.
We are getting ready to spend our third annual family vacation at this lovely condo. I found this place on the internet a few years ago and booked it without seeing it. We were so pleasantly surprised with the condo as a whole and specifically this unit that we have continued to book for the following year as we check out. We like that this unit is close to the larger, family pool which is where the kids spend most of their time. The unit is always nice and clean, the furniture and decor give you a beach vibe without being overdone and the kitchen is stocked pretty well. We are a family of 4 and the unit is large enough that we can have a friend or two visit for a day or overnight without being crowded. It is also in a great location for beach access, Publix runs, miniature golf, walks to the pier and good restaurants. The drive into downtown is short and gives us a nice option for various activities. I can't say enough good things about this property!!

Enjoyed condo I would rent it again. Floors were dirty to the point we cleaned them ourselves. Patio was also dirty.
This is our second time to stay at this condo and plan on returning to it every year!!! The property, the owner, and management are all great!!! Can't wait till our next visit, it is like our second home!
The check in procedure was extremely easy. The staff were most accommodating. The property was very clean and had a well appointed kitchen. The codo unit looked just like the pictures. The beach chairs and umbrellas were in good condition and most appreciated. It was nice having access to an elevator. We ate at many nice restaurants during our week's stay...all of which we found and reviewed using Trip Advisor. There were no disappointments.
First of all, the unit was clean, spacious, conveniently next to the elevator, and only a few minutes from historic St. Augustine. Restaurants and markets close by. The entire reservation procedure was smooth --from reserving the unit to obtaining the keys. My biggest issues include the uncomfortable mattresses and the check-out procedure. The mattresses in all bedrooms are hard, squeaky and in my opnion need replacing. In addition to the uncomfortable mattress, the bed in the master suite was lopsided because one of the legs was collapsed. I called the office and they told me someone would be there in the morning --no one ever came. Also, included in the check-out procedure list that was given to me at check-in, I had to wash all the dishes, take out the trash, strip the beds and pillows of their sheets, gather all towels and sheets, and take them to the laundry room. Why did I have to pay a $100 cleaning fee when I had to do all that? I have stayed in other HomeAway properties for which I've paid less cleaning fee and never had to do any of that. Overall, my stay was ok but it would've been nice to have a good night's sleep after a long day of sight-seeing.
