Deer Valley at its finest! Located at 53 Potters Lane. Best to use mapquest to see how close we are to the ski lifts. This spacious 2,400 sq. foot Town-home features: 4 Bedrooms each with it's own bathroom and a 5th bathroom off the living room for guests to use. A double car attached garage (with ski racks for your gear) makes it easy from the car with groceries right into the kitchen! Also there's a private hot tub on your own deck for your private après ski.

This is part of an exclusive community known as 'In The Trees'. If you haven't stayed here you're in for a treat. Only 12 Town-homes in the entire development located 1/8 of a mile to the lower Deer Valley Ski Lift and on the free shuttle route makes being one of the first on the hill a breeze! Take a look at the pictures, I think you'll agree you're in for a fantastic vacation!

Nice place

Property as expected, hot tub good, beds comfortable, enjoyed the wood burning fireplace, kitchen well equipped, clean when we arrived. Convenient to both Park City and Deer Valley resorts.

Condo was great!

Condo was nice and great for our 3-couple group having ensuite bathrooms. I've never stayed in a vrbo that was this well stocked. There was extra toilet paper, spices, oil, etc. it was so nice not having to buy all those extras. The city bus taking us to deer valley and park city were so easy to catch and a short walk down the driveway.

Accomodating and comfortable! Lovely Ski Haus, very close to Main Street!

We had a lovely stay at James' house. We were able to accommodate our group, with ample blankets, pillows, towels, dishware, etc. and the distance from Sundance made our commute incredibly convenient. Getting in and out of the house was no issue with the garage code. The water pressure was great too! James was easy to communicate with and accommodated our requests as they came in. I suggest this space to folks headed to Deer Valley for a ski trip, Sundance, or just a bit of peace and quiet!

Beautiful Townhome

This is a great property. Our family (5 adults and 1 child) spent 5 nights at this property over Spring break. The location is perfect as it is only a 5 minute walk to the Snow Park Lodge, and a 5 minute car ride to Main Street. We especially loved the fact that all of the rooms are well furnished, and all of the bedrooms have en suite bathrooms, so there was plenty of privacy for everyone. The unit was clean, fresh, and well appointed. There is no reason to stay at any nearby 5 star hotel. This property is better for a family and offers great value. We will be coming back here for sure. A+++
