This newly furnished townhouse is centrally located to Yellowstone Natl Park in the heart of the Paradise Valley! It has all of the amenities you’ll need to make your stay like home! Check out our guest reviews! The townhouse is situated in the Gallatin National Forest and adjacent to the beautiful Yellowstone River with world renowned trout fishing! The townhouse is located in the shadow of Emigrant peak (10,921) in the heart of the Paradise Valley surrounded by spectacular mountain views! This area has so much to offer and the activities available are endless! Yellowstone National Park entrance through the famous “Roosevelt Arch” is only 30 minutes away! Chico Hot Springs Spa and Day Resort is only 3 miles away and is the perfect place to pamper yourself w/ fine dining, massage, geothermal, or herbal therapy treatments! It is no wonder why they call this Paradise Valley

Livingston was just featured on the Travel Channel's 'No Reservations with Anthony Bordain', which highlighted the amazing dinning and outdoor opportunities! The oldest and most historic north entrance into Yellowstone National Park through the Roosevelt Arch is only 30 miles away where you will enter into the most majestic and scenic park in the world! Due to the volcanic geology history of the park, the scenery is absolutely incredible.

Wildlife is abundant in the park, so there is never a dull moment! In addition the North Entrance is the only entrance into the park that is open year around! So don't hesitate to come see the other side of Yellowstone in the fall or winter! The fall colors of the aspens and the contrasting evergreens make it an unbelievable scenic experience! Three miles away from your front door is the heavenly Chico Hotsprings Resort and Day Spa! So after a long day relax over a gourmet dinner and take a relaxing dip in the hot springs! The townhouse is fully equipped, so if you choose you can just relax, prepare your own meals, soak in the jetted bathtub, watch HDTV, and sleep in you own bed!

Emigrant is a cozy country town with friendly Montana atmosphere! Located within walking distance there is a bank, post office, gas station, fly shop, gift shop, diner and saloon! So whatever your needs maybe, you'll find it right outside your door at your finger tips!

Having these amenities so close allows you to just sit back and relax! In addition, the Yellowstone River, Mill Creek, Dailey Lake and Grey Owl Public Fishing access are only a short distance away! I have compiled a document with local businesses, activities and travel arrangements, so you can pre-plan your vacation in advance! If not, bring your laptop computer and utilize the free Wi-Fi for exploring or to just keep tabs with work. Fabulous stay!

  • 5 of 5

We would definitely stay here again! We have traveled alot all over the u.s. but this is by far one of the nicest, cleanest, well maintained and well stocked places we have ever seen. The bedrooms are nicely furnished and large in size. The bathrooms are also roomy and super well stocked. Even plenty of extra towels and linens. The living room is comfy cozy with two large sofas, a tv, and alot of books and even a wii to play! The kitchen is amazing well stocked with everything you could ask for! It is so quiet and private here...no noise, nothing! And of course the location...smack dab in the middle of everything! And close by are the store, restaurant, post office, bank, and the church. ...all within walking distance. Again, we would not hesitate to come back some day soon! This isbetter and more comfortable than a 4 star resort. And much better priced!!!

Ummmm.. Can I just live here forever?

  • 5 of 5

So.... I grew up literally down the road. I remember when they built these condos and I also remember thinking "Hmmmm.. maybe I should buy one"..

Fast forward a couple years and I'm getting married at Chico ( 5 minutes away) - Needed a place for my fiance and his mother and I to stay and here we are! Check in was simple and even if I didn't know the area all the information you'd ever need was provided. The condo was immaculate when we checked in and even when we made messes, all the cleaning materials were in the perfectly logical places.

Shall we talk about the kitchen? Literally the best stocked rental kitchen I've ever stayed in.

Need a counter stand mixer? Done.

What about a pancake griddle? Yup.

Heating that works wonders in Montana winters when it's 20 degrees below zero? Perfect.

Ridiculous view of emigrant peak from the living room? YES.

The beds were great, the location is perfect, and I pretty much can't find fault anywhere. The ground floor bathroom was perfect for my Mother with limited mobility to come visit for dinner. Will 100% stay here again.

Drew has done an excellent job supplying everything a person could want or need and some you never even thought of. The location is wonderful my husband and I frequent Chico Hot springs often and love Paradise Valley we were just looking for some alternative accommodations and found this wonderful Townhouse we look forward to returning. Thank you Drew!

A welcoming retreat-really great!

  • 5 of 5

We spent 6 days here and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We rent all over the world and have never have had such a well stocked vacation rental. It is a well thought out-customer friendly rental with lots of personal effort from Drew, the owner. He is great to work with, most helpful and very knowledgeable. This condo was very clean with a pretty view and easy to do day trips from to visit surrounding sights. Other than Yellowstone, our main planned destination, we also enjoyed Red Lodge (recommended by Drew}, a scenic and fun mountain town. The drive from Red Lodge over the mountain highway to Yellowstone was beautifully awesome. We also visited Chico Hot Springs a couple of times for swimming and dinner, so we enjoyed this resort too. Thanks Drew for a wonderful stay and for all your assistance, it was a vacation to remember! Great job!

Awesome vacation rental!

  • 5 of 5

This vacation rental was probably the best rental I have ever stayed in. It has everything you could possibly want, and then some! It was beautiful inside and very roomy! You won't find anything better for the price! The location is fantastic as well! Close to Yellowstone and Gardiner, MT. The mountain views from the Townhouse are absolutely breathtaking!! This is definitely where we will stay if we ever come back to visit Yellowstone and the surrounding areas!!

Fantastic Condo.

  • 5 of 5

The condo is great! My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Like is mentioned, Drew has everything you may want or need provided in the condo.- shampoo, conditioner, towels, hair dryer, extra pillows, blankets, bear spray, a fully stocked kitchen, etc. We stopped for groceries in Bozeman before making our way to Emmigrant and it couldn't have worked out better! Yellowstone park enterance is located about 30-40 minutes away from the condo., but the drive goes by fast as there is so much beautiful scenery on the way. We saw elk, antelope, deer, and buffalo on the drive to the park. Make sure to check out the sandwiches at the local sandwich shop within walking distance from the condo. My family say it was in the top three best sandwiches they've ever had! The Old Saloon and Chico hot springs are very close to the condo. and fun to spend time at too. Overall, I would recommend staying here to anyone. Thanks Drew for providing such a wonder place to stay! I hope to be back again soon!
