A welcoming retreat-really great!

  • 5 of 5

We spent 6 days here and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We rent all over the world and have never have had such a well stocked vacation rental. It is a well thought out-customer friendly rental with lots of personal effort from Drew, the owner. He is great to work with, most helpful and very knowledgeable. This condo was very clean with a pretty view and easy to do day trips from to visit surrounding sights. Other than Yellowstone, our main planned destination, we also enjoyed Red Lodge (recommended by Drew}, a scenic and fun mountain town. The drive from Red Lodge over the mountain highway to Yellowstone was beautifully awesome. We also visited Chico Hot Springs a couple of times for swimming and dinner, so we enjoyed this resort too. Thanks Drew for a wonderful stay and for all your assistance, it was a vacation to remember! Great job!

Awesome vacation rental!

  • 5 of 5

This vacation rental was probably the best rental I have ever stayed in. It has everything you could possibly want, and then some! It was beautiful inside and very roomy! You won't find anything better for the price! The location is fantastic as well! Close to Yellowstone and Gardiner, MT. The mountain views from the Townhouse are absolutely breathtaking!! This is definitely where we will stay if we ever come back to visit Yellowstone and the surrounding areas!!

Fantastic Condo.

  • 5 of 5

The condo is great! My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Like is mentioned, Drew has everything you may want or need provided in the condo.- shampoo, conditioner, towels, hair dryer, extra pillows, blankets, bear spray, a fully stocked kitchen, etc. We stopped for groceries in Bozeman before making our way to Emmigrant and it couldn't have worked out better! Yellowstone park enterance is located about 30-40 minutes away from the condo., but the drive goes by fast as there is so much beautiful scenery on the way. We saw elk, antelope, deer, and buffalo on the drive to the park. Make sure to check out the sandwiches at the local sandwich shop within walking distance from the condo. My family say it was in the top three best sandwiches they've ever had! The Old Saloon and Chico hot springs are very close to the condo. and fun to spend time at too. Overall, I would recommend staying here to anyone. Thanks Drew for providing such a wonder place to stay! I hope to be back again soon!

Truly a slice of paradise

  • 5 of 5

After reading all of the other reviews, its hard to say more, other than to affirm what they say. This is a wonderful place, magnificent views, great location. The home is beautiful, and had all of the amenities you could ask for. Normally, when you rent a condo, you will need to supply all of the little extras, from soap to TP, etc. We had all of this well supplied, as well as laundry soap. Drew was extremely easy to work with and provided outstanding communication. Be prepared to see wildlife right outside of the condo. We had a ten point buck in the drive as well as a doe and two fawns. It is a 30 minute drive to Yellowstone, but it is so beautiful, you forget the time. Both bedrooms are upstairs, so take that in consideration if you have issues with climbing. We try to stay in a condo wherever we go and this one is at the top of the list. I give it my strongest recommendation.

Perfect Piece of Paradise!

  • 5 of 5

We very much enjoyed our stay at this VRBO. Everything was just as described. The kitchen was more than well stocked; the entire condo was immaculately clean; and the location was convenient for all activities in the area. We enjoyed Chico Hot Springs and Yellowstone. The Saloon in Emigrant provided some fun local flavor. Communications with the owner were prompt and very easy. He was most kind and accommodating. We couldn't have been more pleased and will definitely reserve again if back in the area. Thanks, Drew!

Great Place in a Perfect Location

  • 4 of 5

If you've never been to this part of Montana you might not know that there is lots of driving involved to get almost everywhere. That's one reason why the location of this condo is so great. Within walking distance is a wonderful bakery, a general store, gas station, and a restaurant/bar that serves a great breakfast with a wonderful view. Not to mention it's 31 miles from the north entrance to Yellowstone and only a few miles to Chico Hot Springs. The ride to the Bozeman airport was probably about 30-45 minutes and to the Billings airport was about 2 hours.

The condo itself has everything you need from bear spray to complimentary postage stamps! Of course, the important stuff too like a hair dryer in each bathroom, a coffee maker, and a very high end washer and dryer. The master bedroom has a full size bed (I think ... we are used to a king size at home and this bed seemed very small so I am guessing it isn't a queen) with an en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has two full size beds. The couches pull out but we didn't use them. The place came stocked with paper plates, plastic silverware and plastic bags for eating on the go (or in the park). Everything was very clean and well stocked. We would definitely stay there again. My only very minor complaint is the pillows. When we travel by car, we like to take our own pillows but that isn't usually doable when flying. The pillows were flat foam type. So a flat foam pillow coupled with a smaller than we're used to bed made sleeping a bit of a challenge for us.

Drew sent detailed instructions for what we needed to know well before we left for our trip as well as plenty of information about what there is to do in the area. He was very easy to work with.
