Check out our guest reviews! The townhouse is situated in the Gallatin National Forest and adjacent to the beautiful Yellowstone River with world renowned trout fishing! The townhouse is located in the shadow of Emigrant peak (10,921) in the heart of the Paradise Valley surrounded by spectacular mountain views! This area has so much to offer and the activities available are endless! Yellowstone National Park entrance through the famous “Roosevelt Arch” is only 30 minutes away! Chico Hot Springs Spa and Day Resort is only 3 miles away and is the perfect place to pamper yourself w/ fine dining, massage, geothermal, or herbal therapy treatments! It is no wonder why they call this Paradise Valley

Livingston was just featured on the Travel Channel's 'No Reservations with Anthony Bordain', which highlighted the amazing dinning and outdoor opportunities! The oldest and most historic north entrance into Yellowstone National Park through the Roosevelt Arch is only 30 miles away where you will enter into the most majestic and scenic park in the world! Due to the volcanic geology history of the park, the scenery is absolutely incredible.

Wildlife is abundant in the park, so there is never a dull moment! In addition the North Entrance is the only entrance into the park that is open year around! So don't hesitate to come see the other side of Yellowstone in the fall or winter! The fall colors of the aspens and the contrasting evergreens make it an unbelievable scenic experience! Three miles away from your front door is the heavenly Chico Hotsprings Resort and Day Spa! So after a long day relax over a gourmet dinner and take a relaxing dip in the hot springs! The townhouse is fully equipped, so if you choose you can just relax, prepare your own meals, soak in the jetted bathtub, watch HDTV, and sleep in you own bed!

Emigrant is a cozy country town with friendly Montana atmosphere! Located within walking distance there is a bank, post office, gas station, fly shop, gift shop, diner and saloon! So whatever your needs maybe, you'll find it right outside your door at your finger tips!

Having these amenities so close allows you to just sit back and relax! In addition, the Yellowstone River, Mill Creek, Dailey Lake and Grey Owl Public Fishing access are only a short distance away! I have compiled a document with local businesses, activities and travel arrangements, so you can pre-plan your vacation in advance! Couldn't have been more perfect

We had a quick trip out to Montana to see my son and daughter in law who live in Emigrant and needed a place for 3 of us to stay that was near our family. We had no idea what a gem we were going to find! The place was just as described in the listing, Drew was very easy to work with when it came to booking and paying for our stay, and the view from the townhouse was gorgeous. While it is the off season in many ways for entering the Park, we were close enough to drive down and enjoy a day spent observing the bison, elk, and deer as well as do a little hiking. We had great dinners at Chico Hot Springs and at the Second Street Bistro in Livingston, but we could just as easily cooked in the townhouse because it had everything we would have needed.

As long as my son and daughter in law are living and working in the area, we will definitely be back! Thanks Drew for opening up your home to others to enjoy.

Very convenient and great location!

  • 5 of 5

We had a wonderful stay in Emigrant. The townhouse was clean, had plenty of room, and included many convenient home items that you typically would not think of bringing. (Laundry detergent, garbage bags, sandwich bags, bottle opener, bear spray, etc.) Drew, was very welcoming and I would definitely recommend to others.

Drew's townhouse is wonderful! Everything was clean & orderly when we arrived.

  • 5 of 5

My two sisters and I planned a "bucket list" vacation to Yellowstone & stayed in Drew's townhouse. It is beautiful & cozy & in a nice community! We decided to extend our stay by a week and Drew worked very well with us on staying the extra days! Thank you for opening your beautiful townhouse to us! I highly recommend this as a gateway to Yellowstone, Gardiner & Livingston!! We had a blast!!

Everything Exceeded Our Expectations!

  • 5 of 5

This was our first time using HomeAway. The bar has been set. We stayed in 11A. It really did feel like home. This is like taking your home on vacation with you and more. The unit was "fully-furnished" with top of the line everything. Everything you can think of....griddle for pancakes, top quality pots and pans of every size, plates and glassware, even a grill if you want to cookout. The pictures don't prepare you for the "WOW" factor. The bedrooms are set-up with beautiful furnishings and comfortable beds. The bathrooms are spotless and handicapped accessible. Having the washer and dryer in the unit allowed us to travel lighter and such a convenience. There were coolers in the garage for you to use...we had bought one and left it when we left also. Please check out the unit before you buy anything. I would bet it's there.

We are not sure how they had the Mule deer and rabbits there to meet us every evening as we drove up the driveway to the unit!

The short drive to Yellowstone offered us photo opportunities of Elk, Mule deer, Whitetail deer, Antelope, Eagles and even a Black Bear! The mountain ranges are breath-taking.

The units location allowed us to even take a day trip to "The Little Big Horn".

We are already discussing our plans for next year.

This is a wonderful, beautiful place to stay. We highly recommend it!
