This cozy 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath condo is conveniently located in the Wyndham Pagosa core area, this unit has everything you will need. It is approximately 3.5 miles north of the town of Pagosa Springs. It is less than 30 minutes to Wolf Creek Ski Area. Stay here and walk to shopping; City Market is one block away. Multiple restaurants, golf, tennis, an activity center with shuffleboard and miniature golf, biking and walking trails, lakes, fishing, hot air balloon rides, and river rafting are all just a few steps away. The Pagosa Springs Recreation Center is only one block away and is equipped with a full size indoor pool, jacuzzi, kiddies pool, indoor basketball and racquetball courts, sun deck, weight room and exercise equipment.

Our condo is decorated in a ski chalet motif. The living room includes wifi and a flat screen TV. Also included in the living room is a queen sleeper sofa and wood stove. The dining table seats six. The Master bedroom is a private loft bedroom upstairs with a new queen bed. Also upstairs is a second bedroom with two twin beds that can be converted into a king. The unit includes a full size laundry room with washer and dryer. An indoor storage closet inside your unit will keep your skis and boots safe and warm at night.

The bathroom upstairs is newly remodeled.

The second bedroom has 2 twin beds and extra King sized bedding for enlarging sleeping room for a couple.

We originally chose this location because of the abundance of snow at Wolf Creek and the early opening dates for the ski area every year. We all enjoy coming over to stay any time of year. We love to soak at the Springs whether it is winter or summer and the surrounding area has amazing outdoor recreational opportunities.

What makes this condo unique

In the summer the Pagosa Springs area is one of the most beautiful places on the planet. We also enjoy parking the truck at the condo and having everything within walking distance.

Great location for hanging in Pagosa Springs or going skiing at Wolf Creek

Property as described. Well situated near restaurants and groceries. Nice little coffee shop only walking distance away.

Only issue was bad water pressure in shower and poor lighting throughout (bulbs burned out and no overhead lights in bedrooms)
