The backyard is large and grassy with a Hot Tub & BBQ. The kitchen has granite countertops and is fully equipped with everything you might need including condiments and spices. Washer/dryer, etc.
There are 2 TVs with premium channels HBO, Showtime & wireless Internet WIFI, everything for a wonderful vacation in LA

This is our third time staying at Paul and Daisy’s. It’s clean, quiet and lovely. The location can’t be beat. So close to the 101, grocery stores, Universal and Hollywood. We would highly recommend.
This bungalow was just the right size for my family. So nice and private. It really was the best place to stay while seeing sights of LA. So nice to come back to a jacuzzi and nice hot shower! Bed was so comfortable too. We will be back!
Super cozy & convenient
The cottage had a lovely interior and felt private. The owners had it well provisioned and it is close access to Hwy 101.
Great location, very private, good parking (which is a big deal in California), great owners.

We met Paul and he is very warm, friendly, and knowledgeable about the area.
Not for us...felt disrespected
Not as pictured. Lovely bath..but how long do you spend in the bath. Ditto kitchen couch was a nightmare to sit on and get put of if you were over 35. Patio was dirty. Plants read. Hot tub not private. To be fair we had our 2 pedigrees, hooked, well behaved dogs which we paid dealt to have with us. The are not allowed on our furniture and would allow them on yours. The bedding we shabby. One of the reading lights wad put and for the lack of 2 freak double As the TV was a nightmare to use. If you didn't get up and walk right up to the set it didn't work
Good WiFi signal. Nice neighborhood. Inconvenient to load our supplies out past two cars in drive. To be fsir I aked owner to move car so we coukd load in. We're attending a n event in NoHoSo was very convenient. I asked 2 vacation rental owners if I should be truthful and they said it helps the owners. If you are under 40 and don't have pets, and can sleep on a rack, youll be fine.
We are campers. Our 21 ft trailer has a better bed, good reading lights and good linens. I did not feel comfortable barefoot.
My mother used to say, if you can't say anything nice don't say anything.

Gio did not follow our House Rules, this is the 1st time I’ve had to KEEP the DAMAGE DEPOSIT.
Gio’s communication style was quite off-putting and Not truthful." Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Gio to other hosts."

There is one bedroom w/ a Queen size bed & Queen sofabed in the living room. There are 2 TVs with premium channels HBO, SHOWTIME & wireless Internet WIFI, everything you need for a wonderful vacation in LA. Washer/dryer, microwave, toaster coffee maker, etc. Just bring your toothbrush & relax. You are 5 min. from Universal Studios Hollywood, less than 10 min. from the heart of Hollywood, 5 min. from Hiking the Hollywood Hills, 15 min. to the Getty Museum and 25 min to Santa Monica Pier & Beach. LAX at 25 miles. It’s about 45 min to Disneyland.
