Our theme is “Mountain Comfort”… a home-away-from-home with upgraded finishes, features, furnishings and amenities throughout. The split-level design offers five spacious bedrooms, each with a full bath, and ample privacy. The upper level includes an open kitchen and dining area with access to both the living room and the private deck where our six-person hot-tub overlooks Main Street Park City. The lay-out is ideal for family gatherings and socializing with friends. The kitchen is equipped and well stocked including a spice/staples cupboard. Additional features include covered parking, outdoor ski locker, indoor boot dryer, gas fireplace, Bose sound system, cable tv, wifi, water softening system, whole house humidifier, baseboard heating, and air conditioning (a real treat in the summertime).


Olcha House is located on upper Woodside Avenue, one of the most desirable addresses in Park City's historic Old Town, with convenient access to the Town Lift, Main Street, and the free shuttle. Our ideal location meets everyone's needs and eliminates the logistic hassles. Staircases on either side of the house lead to the center of Main Street... great dining, entertainment, and shopping right at your doorstep. The Pedestrian/Ski Access Trail to the PCMR Town Lift is just steps away. If you choose to walk to the lift it's an easy 4-5 minute downhill walk. Intermediate skiers can ski-in for lunch or at day's end via the Town Runs (Quit'n Time and Creole) and download across the street from Olcha House. If you’d like to spend the day at Deer Valley the free shuttle is conveniently located at the end of our street. For those who want to venture out… Alta and Snowbird ski areas are just a 45 minute drive.


Vail Corporation recently acquired Park City Mountain Resort and installed an eight-passenger, high-speed gondola running from the base of the Silverlode Lift to the Flatiron Lift at the Canyons creating the largest resort in the United States with over 7,300 acres of skiable terrain.

About Jodi Van Dresser


Our family purchased this home in 1997 and named it "OLCHA HOUSE" in memory of the family matriarch, Olcha Van Dresser, who passed away a few years prior at the age of 103. We instantly felt at home and PC quickly became our favorite place to ski in North America. Having spent over 25 years in the travel industry, it was a natural transition for me to assume the responsibility of managing and marketing our home. Over the past few years I have selectively expanded to include an elite collection of homes in the Park City - Deer Valley communities. Olcha Property Management is a boutique property management focused on delivering an "Exceptional Experience Beyond Expectations" for both the property owner and our guests.

Just a quick thank you for the rental of your house for those 10 days .First day back at work for me today.

We found the property was in an ideal location, with access to town, the lift and the final run home very convenient.

First time for us to Park City but I don't think it will be our last. Lots of other activities there as well with the girls liking the shopping and I even had a go at the skelton and bobsled which I thought at 47 years old I might have been a beyond.

Thanks again and will definitely follow you up again should we return.

Lovely home

Great home. Very comfortable. Well equipped. Our family of five (M/D, three "kids" aged 24,22, 18) loved the property. Convenient to everything. Well stocked with basic supplies - spices, oils, coffee, etc. As a guest, the supplies made us want to return the favor so we left coffee, oatmeal, beer, wine, etc...things we did not use.

Surprisingly large home. The beds were very comfortable. Each room had their own full bathroom. We would love to return with several couple friends.

Great location

Nice home with room for 2 big cars in the parking area. House is clean, modern, and come well supplied with towels and toiletries. Hot tub is clean and has a great view of town.

Beautiful home, great location.

Our group of 9 plus infant loved Olcha house. Master suite is so quiet on lowest level, lovely stone bathroom. Family room does get warm even in winter but cools down quickly. We used the hot tub each day, gas grill for steaks, loved the shotski before walking in to town to bars! Great views, updated furniture and baths. Just awesome. Thx for the welcoming gifts Jodi!

Functional, well designed, and Great for Entertaining

Having stayed at several of these large mountain houses, this one is very functional, well thought out, and great for entertaining. The middle and bottom floor are great for entertaining, but there are still enough bedrooms throughout the house to accommodate a large group of people comfortably. The only difficult part about the house is finding it on the road, but then again - all these large houses in the mountains are difficult to find. It also took us a few tries to figure out how to get to the house directly from the slopes. It is also a bit difficult to get to. I was going 64mph down the path and I still was about 30ft short of the house. Regardless of these facts though I still give it a 5/5 it was a great house!

Great house for a ski trip

We had 10 full grown men in this house, and we were nowhere near cramped. We even entertained 15 for a steak dinner and had plenty of plate-ware, silverware, and wine glasses. The mud room has boot warmers which was an added bonus, and the jacuzzi worked like a charm. I would recommend this house to everyone. Great place!
