Our theme is “Mountain Comfort”… a home-away-from-home with upgraded finishes, features, furnishings and amenities throughout. The split-level design offers five spacious bedrooms, each with a full bath, and ample privacy. The upper level includes an open kitchen and dining area with access to both the living room and the private deck where our six-person hot-tub overlooks Main Street Park City. The lay-out is ideal for family gatherings and socializing with friends. The kitchen is equipped and well stocked including a spice/staples cupboard. Additional features include covered parking, outdoor ski locker, indoor boot dryer, gas fireplace, Bose sound system, cable tv, wifi, water softening system, whole house humidifier, baseboard heating, and air conditioning (a real treat in the summertime).


Olcha House is located on upper Woodside Avenue, one of the most desirable addresses in Park City's historic Old Town, with convenient access to the Town Lift, Main Street, and the free shuttle. Our ideal location meets everyone's needs and eliminates the logistic hassles. Staircases on either side of the house lead to the center of Main Street... great dining, entertainment, and shopping right at your doorstep. The Pedestrian/Ski Access Trail to the PCMR Town Lift is just steps away. If you choose to walk to the lift it's an easy 4-5 minute downhill walk. Intermediate skiers can ski-in for lunch or at day's end via the Town Runs (Quit'n Time and Creole) and download across the street from Olcha House. If you’d like to spend the day at Deer Valley the free shuttle is conveniently located at the end of our street. For those who want to venture out… Alta and Snowbird ski areas are just a 45 minute drive.


Vail Corporation recently acquired Park City Mountain Resort and installed an eight-passenger, high-speed gondola running from the base of the Silverlode Lift to the Flatiron Lift at the Canyons creating the largest resort in the United States with over 7,300 acres of skiable terrain.

About Jodi Van Dresser


Our family purchased this home in 1997 and named it "OLCHA HOUSE" in memory of the family matriarch, Olcha Van Dresser, who passed away a few years prior at the age of 103. We instantly felt at home and PC quickly became our favorite place to ski in North America. Having spent over 25 years in the travel industry, it was a natural transition for me to assume the responsibility of managing and marketing our home. Over the past few years I have selectively expanded to include an elite collection of homes in the Park City - Deer Valley communities. Olcha Property Management is a boutique property management focused on delivering an "Exceptional Experience Beyond Expectations" for both the property owner and our guests.

Just a quick thank you for the rental of your house for those 10 days .First day back at work for me today.

We found the property was in an ideal location, with access to town, the lift and the final run home very convenient.

First time for us to Park City but I don't think it will be our last. Lots of other activities there as well with the girls liking the shopping and I even had a go at the skelton and bobsled which I thought at 47 years old I might have been a beyond.

Thanks again and will definitely follow you up again should we return.

Best Bridal Accommodations!

Our group of 5 Bridesmaids & their partners fit perfectly at Olcha House! The location was great for our bestie's PCMR Wedding and all sorts of fun leading up to the big day: manis & pedis, drinks at High West, walks down Main St.... The house was fully prepared for our cooking plans and the hot tub was the cherry on the cake! Plus, the management group was super quick to fix a small problem with the oven, even though it was a holiday weekend.

Park City's Olcha House was perfect for our family of 11, aged 4 months -71 years!

We spent a wonderful 3 days in August at the Olcha House! Jodi, the owner, was extremely helpful, responsive and accommodating. We loved that we could easily walk to main street, the town lift and running/hiking trails. AC made sleeping wonderful! Thank you Jodi!

Excellent location to Town and Town Lift

We just visited Park City for a nice relaxing long weekend. Olcha House is in an excellent location to town (just down and then back up a couple sets of stairs) and also close to the ski run (up one set of steps) if you are visiting in the winter. The house was exactly as descibed and the pictures showed. The living room that is on the top floor does get a bit hot in the warm temps (86 degrees while we were there) but they give you a recommendation on how to cool it down more. The house itself had plenty of space. We only had 5 people stay but it could easily hold 10...there is seating for 8 in the living room. Some people may not apprciate the multiple levels to the home but we thought it was excellent because it allowed for privacy. You stay with people but don't have to be right on top of each other. Jodi was great to work with and was very prompt in responding to my intial requests for rental and also in sending the check in information. We hope that Olcha House is available again when we visit in the winter!

Great location.

Our family enjoyed the property and it definitely met our needs, but there were a few disappointments. Parking is definitely a big issue. If a house can sleep 12, it should be assumed that there will be multiple cars. Parking in the street is by permit only and the driveway only accommodates 2 cars, both of which we found out after we had paid. The construction fences and vehicles for the house across the street made entering and exiting the driveway especially difficult. The air conditioning was not sufficient to cool the upper 2 levels of the house. When we opened the windows at night to help cool the house down, the smell from the next door neighbors overflowing construction dumpsters was overwhelming. This also made it nearly impossible to enjoy the back deck and hot tub. The kitchen was a big challenge. Every cupboard was completely full and there is no pantry, so we literally had no place to put the food we brought from the grocery store. The last issue was with the lighting. Many of the bathrooms had only one working lightbulb. It was really dark, impossible for putting on makeup and showering.

Owner's Response: We’re glad you enjoyed your stay with us at OLCHA HOUSE. We strive to deliver a 5-star experience for all our guests and regret that you were disappointed in any way. I only wish you had alerted my home management team while you were staying with us. They are top notch and would have responded immediately. PARKING - Perhaps you missed the details but our VRBO listing states that we have “Attached covered parking for 2 vehicles” and our lead photo shows the carport. This is actually a premium in Old Town as most homes have parking for 1 vehicle onsite or have street parking only. Our rental agreement, accepted before payment is paid, also reminds our guests that “The garage accommodates a maximum of two vehicles. Parking on the street is limited to “permitted” residents. Summertime is prime time for construction and renovation – especially in winter resort towns like Park City. There are very specific ordinances that govern construction parking in residential areas and they should not have blocked the drive. I only wish that you let our onsite property manager know – she would have been happy to stop by and speak to the contractor. A/C and NEIGHBORING DUMPSTER – Most homes in PC do not have A/C but we elected to add it just a couple of years ago. As advised in our home instructions, on the warmest days, the best way to maintain a comfortable level is to open the windows and enjoy the cool PC nighttime temps. Clearly, the inconsiderate actions of the nearby construction contractor, made it impossible to do so. This is most definitely unacceptable. Thank you for bringing this to my attention. Our onsite property manager has addressed it with the contractor and the property owner. KITCHEN – We intentionally leave 2 lower pull outs and ½ of an upper cupboard for our guests to store food. Sounds like some other kitchen items were accidentally stored there. We’ll be sure they’re returned to their proper place. LIGHTING – We have a very thorough housekeeping staff and burned out bulbs are certainly not our standard. For future reference, a quick call to the manager will resolve such issues quickly. We also keep extra bulbs, batteries, flashlight, lighters and various sundries in the kitchen utility drawer just in case. Thanks again for sharing this with us. We hope that you’ll consider Olcha House again when your travels bring you back to Park City.

Easy walk to Main Street, ski in ski out, well equipped and perfect for 2 families!

We had one of our best family vacations at Olcha House. We are seasoned travelers and rent many houses, but this house was by far one of the most thoughtful. The location is perfect for walking into town and overlooking the lights of Main Street. The ski in ski out was easy access and the boot warmers were perfect for skiers like us that seem to spend a lot of time rolling instead of skiing down the mountains. I have never been a huge hot tub fan, but every day after a long day on the slopes, I couldn't wait to jump in and have my glass of wine while watching the skiers come off the mountain. Our 17 and 19 year olds loved the convienece of downtown and were up surprisingly early every morning ready to go. The kitchen was well stocked and organized. The staff was responsive and helpful. Parking was easy although a car was not necessary at this location. We had 8 people in the house and we never felt as though we were stepping over one another.
