What makes this place extra special is the location! This townhouse is a very short walk to the many restaurants and bars at The Village, and to the Gondola. Walk to the nearby Westin Hotel for the restaurant, or better yet, for their awesome bar for drinks and appetizers. It only takes 2 minutes to walk there. The walk to the Village and Gondola takes only 4 minutes. You'll be staying where all the action is.
The whole unit was re-painted and the kitchen was completely remodeled a couple of years ago. Brand new premium Diamond cabinets, granite bullnose countertop, and wood flooring, will make you feel at home and comfortable! We installed a brand hardwood flooring throughout the townhome last year, except we left the bedrooms carpeted.
This large end-unit, 4 bedroom, 3 bath townhome is in pristine condition. Downstairs (street level) is a new King bed in the master bedroom, 1 Queen bed in another room, & dual twin bunk beds in the den. Another King bed is in the upstairs bedroom along with the kitchen, dining room, and living room, which has vaulted ceilings, and a real wood firestove. Very cozy, and with a balcony adjacent to the living room, overlooking undeveloped forest land, makes for a pleasant view when enjoying après-skiing. Email or call us for current availability.
Of course, in this townhome, we've just installed the latest high tech electronics such as a 55" BIG SCREEN Samsung 4K Ultra HD TV, DVD player, and high-end stereo system, for your viewing and listening desires. For those that want to surf the web, YES we've got wireless high speed internet access too. Just added: NETFLIX too!
At this complex there is a large community spa/Jacuzzi, pool (closed in the winter), and sauna/showers. There's also a kid's game room with a pool table, ping-pong, and a pinball table. Feel at home with the many activities available to you and your family/group.
There's plenty of firewood on the balcony so you can make the townhouse real cozy.

Steve and I have been married for 33 years and have always shared a passion for skiing. A graduate from UC Santa Barbara he was a member of the school ski team for 4 years; his father was a ski/snow reporter and took the family on their motor home wherever his work was that weekend. When I first met Steve I was a beginner skier from Spain, who had precariously skied in the Alps a couple of times and others in Sierra Nevada near Granada where I attended school, but he was intent to change my experience level and now I cannot conceive a winter without a few weekends in the snow. We currently live in Del Mar, California and have a 28 year-old son who also enjoys the outdoors and comes with us to the mountains whenever he can.

Beautiful and clean home. We had a wonderful stay. All very spacious
We are a group of 3 families. This cabin has an upgraded full kitchen, which allow us to prepared our thanksgiving dinner. Beautiful hardwood floor and the fireplace make the living room very cozy. The 4 bedrooms easily fit 9 of us, and 3 bathrooms also allow us not needed to wait in a line for shower.
The owner responded to my email very promptly even during thanksgiving weekend. They kindly extended our checkout time because 10am is too early for us.

The property was great! It was exactly like what you see in the photos. Maria was very accommodating and let us check in a little early. The condo is in a great location!! I would rent it again!

This condo was great for me and my friends' late season ski weekend. The price is reasonable for the size and it's conveniently located a short 5 minute walk from the village. The shuttle picks up a short way down the street and will drop off right at the door if you'd like to avoid walking back from the village gondola after a day on the slopes. The kitchen was a little small, but it was well stocked and fine for our needs. The spa and sauna were also nice after a day on the slopes and are located next to the front office. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely try to get this condo again in the future.
We continue to come back to this condo every year as it's perfect for our family and minutes from the Village and Gondola. The condo worked great for our two families and we even had an extra room to spare. The condo has all the features that you need for a long vacation. The kitchen is well stocked which allowed us to make breakfast in the am and cook dinner a few nights. There's plenty of room at the table for the 8 of us. The spa, sauna, and rec room are minutes away and we took full advantage of it this year. Thank you for a wonderful stay we will be sure to be back next year with the whole crew!
