This restored 1930's farmhouse still has the look and feel of times gone by but with all the modern features of today's living.
Treat yourself to time in a tranquil vacation retreat that is private and charismatic, yet is close to all the attractions that make the Mount Washington Valley renowned. The home we call ''Eagles View' is located minutes from the center of North Conway, but still has a very peaceful setting. The summit of Mount Washington can be seen from the deck and bedrooms as you look across the expansive Sacco river conservation land.
The house is perfect for two families to share a vacation. Inside the spacious contemporary home you will find 4 floors all with spectacular mountain and valley views. We offer two separate master suites each with private baths and two other bedrooms.
(4 full and two half baths in total).
The open-plan first floor has a half bathroom, Queen bed master suite with a clear view of Mt Washington, fully-equipped kitchen that was updated in the Spring of 2016 to include a new gas cook top, granite counters and a granite farmers sink , a six-foot farmer's table and chairs, cathedral ceiling, wood stove and 16 feet of sliding glass doors opening to the 600 square-foot covered Farmers Porch and deck where you can enjoy peace and solitude with great views, or have social gatherings.
The second floor has a master suite with a queen-size bed with an amazing view down the Saco valley and the Moat Mountains, a fabulous en-suite bathroom equipped with “Two Adjoining Tubs” for that romantic evening soak. The second floor also has another bedroom also with two single sized beds and an adjacent full bathroom.
Our finished lower level is fitted out as a Media/Game Room with 42' flat screen TV. Plus a half bath and lots of extra sleeping (Daybed and full size Futon).
The upper level is well suited for the younger members of the family with a full bath and bedroom with three single beds plus one futon (put the kids up there with their own 2nd TV!).
Our hot tub is located in a separate glassed-in room.
No matter whether your interest is skiing, hiking, canoeing, kayaking, golfing, shopping, or just plain relaxing the location of this house is ideally situated. Access to the to the Intervale Ski Touring trail system is straight out the door. It’s three minutes to the valleys major down town attractions, a few short miles to spectacular North Conway public golf course, to Echo Lake, and to extensive hiking trails in the National forest, including the beautiful waterfalls and swimming pools of Diana’s Baths. The Saco and Swift Rivers are very close by for water sports. Only 4 miles to Storyland, yahoo!
Awaiting you in North Conway Village is tax-free, outlet shopping, a plethora of spectacular restaurants, great nightly entertainment, numerous seasonal activities, sightseeing, and good old New Hampshire hospitality. Mount Cranmore ski resort is also within ten minutes. Attitash Bear Peak ski and Alpine water slide is a mere five miles away and Mount Washington and Wildcat Mountain Ski Resorts are about a 20-minute drive. Thirty minutes to Bretton Woods Ski and 45 minutes to Sunday River.
Family fun and entertainment abounds in the Mount Washington Valley area. Story Land, Santa's Village, the Conway Scenic Railroad, museums, local farms, hay rides, and many other amusements are all within a short drive of the house. Skiers will appreciate the short distances to multiple ski mountains. Stay in North Conway and enjoy the Mount Washington Valley to its fullest in every season!

Wonderful house in North Conway. This older home has been beautifully updated, was very clean, and had everything you could possibly need. We truly enjoyed our stay. The views from the house are beautiful. There were only three of us and one dog, but the house comfortably accommodates a much larger family. It is ideally located, close to everything that the White Mountains has to offer and also close to North Conway (restaurants, shopping). The owner was extremely accommodating and easy to work with. Would not hesitate to recommend this house and would definitely stay here again.
Two families, ten of us in total including five children ages 5 through 12. It was a great house and had everything we could want. A great location - very close to downtown and Cranmore Mountain where many of us went skiing. The views from the windows was magnificent! Plenty of space with an open concept from kitchen to living room. House was clean and when we did have a small problem the owner took care of it immediately. Would definitely stay here again.

Just came back from a family getaway, 6 adults, two children, two dogs! House was comfortable and large enough for all, great time will definitely return! Great views and location.
This very clean and well maintained "Eagles View" rental home was the perfect spot for our family reunion of 8. We rented for 5 nights and had 3 couples, 1 single and our 2-1/2 yr old granddaughter. Plenty of beds for all and the rooms were very spacious. Each bedroom having their own bathroom was a deciding factor to rent here. The living room area was spacious enough for everyone to be together without tripping over one another. The very well equipped (and recently updated) kitchen was also very spacious and the table seated 8 comfortably. There is a 1/2 bath off of the kitchen which was perfect for when we had friends visiting for a cookout. The huge wrap-a-round porch (complete with seating for 12, small patio table and gas grille) and the mountain view was just spectacular. The large back yard has a fire pit which was a nice touch in the evenings. The yard was perfect for our 2 yr old granddaughter to run around (supervised) but with no worries of being too close to the main road. Location is close to North Conway center and Cranmore. (We all did the "Jens Friends Climb Against Cancer" 3 miles up to the top of Cranmore so it was nice to be close by and also to have 4 full bathroom showers to come back to use!!). Washer and dryer were also handy especially with a 2 yr old. Owner was great to work with and any questions or concerns before or after were addressed. Will definetley keep this rental in mind for another North Conway family reunion! Thank you!!
Our family of 6 adults and 2 dogs enjoyed a relaxing week in Eagle's View. The property being right off Mountain Highway has easy access to the Conway area, yet the home gives the feeling of being away from everything. The views are wonderful! Just thinking about drinking my morning coffee on the porch makes me smile! The home has plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen is well-equipped. If you have a canine friend to bring along as it is a dog-friendly rental. The owners are easy to work with and communicate quickly. You will not be disappointed!! Great time in a great space!!

We don't use the "HomeAway’s book online". It may provide instant gratification (like ordering a book at Amazon) but the automatic messages are cold and impersonal. That does not reflect who we are. We like to be in communication with our guests so we can answer questions for them and at the same time our guests get to know us a little and therefore know what to expect in the home they will rent. Call us old fashion! More importantly using "Book it now" doesn't allow you to read the contract we require before you have to commit 50%. And without a contract neither you nor we are protected. And if we use the Book it now we will have to raise the fees by 3% to cover the compulsory credit card fees. Also you will be charged an additional 5-12% of the rental, paid directly to HomeAway as Service fees.
