Why The Owner chose Boulder

Boulder is within driving distance to many popular ski areas, as Vail, Beaver Creek, Breckenridge, KeyStone, Copper Mountain, Winter Park & Aspen. “The Hill District” at the University of Colorado is a happening area where you can get a taste of the lively nightlife and sample Boulder’s locally-brewed beer. Just jump on ‘hop’ for an 8-minute bus ride. Boulder is very green with firm recycling programs. Drop by “The Kitchen”, an Eco-Friendly restaurant or choose one of several organic restaurants. You’ll find cars fueled with bio-diesel, wind powered shops and solar powered Wi-Fi 35 minutes from downtown Denver yet remote in the foothills, keeps Boulder from getting too crowded with tourists. Take in the stunning views from Chautauqua Park, located at the foot of Boulder’s mountains. The Colorado Chautauqua was named a National Historic Landmark & hosts film series, music festivals, art exhibits, nature hikes & concert performances. You may “hop” on the local buses, and get to an area of your choice easily, as the buses run every few minutes. Boulder has 43,000 acres of open space … find yourself on a simple “stroll” around town. You can watch a play under the stars at the Colorado Shakespeare Festival right here in Boulder. Also enjoy a free outdoor music concert and visit the many galleries … rated one of the best art towns in the country. All in all, highlighting just a few, Boulder tops the lists for its recreation, culture, health, business climate and overall ‘quality of life”. There’s much much more.

Excellent Rental

  • 5 of 5

We rented the unit for visiting guests. The apartment is well appointed and very comfortable. It provides guest privacy in a quiet neighborhood in central Boulder that is within easy walking distance to the Boulder outdoor mall with shops and restaurants. The owner, Susan, provided clear guidelines on departing instructions and is easy to work with. Highly recommended.

Wonderful Homecoming Weekend

  • 5 of 5

We enjoy this property so much. Its very nicely decorated and well equipped. The kitchen and living area are bright and sunny and a make a great gathering spot for a group of friends. The location is great and we really did not need a car to enjoy much of what Boulder has to offer. We walked to Pearl Street and Campus, rented bikes and rode up Boulder Creek. Everyone loved the place and I would recommend it highly.

Perfect location and cozy beds!

  • 5 of 5

Susan has really made an effort to provide a perfect place to stay. Not only is this unit beautifully appointed, the kitchen is fully stocked with all the right tools and I was so happy to see that there were a few left over condiments and necessities. When you come from out of town for a few days, the last thing you want to do is to go to the grocery store and spend tons of money on salt-and-pepper catsup and mustard. I for one love to cook and always take it advantage of a well equipped kitchen to prepare a meal. The beds were extremely cozy and the backyard provided a lovely spot to sit and drink coffee or read a book. It was a bonus to see the visiting dear mule. If I had to make any suggestion at all, it would be to have a couple of the beanbag chairs or cozier chairs in the sitting area. We found ourselves sitting on the floor rather than sitting in the four chairs provided. that being said, the couch was very comfortable. Thanks again Susan. We will definitely come back should we visit boulder in the future.

Perfect for a girl's get away

  • 5 of 5

Three of us met at Susan's property and were so impressed with the beautiful and comfortable decor. It is the perfect spot for a quiet place to stay within walking distance of pearl street. The kitchen was equipt with all the essentials and then some. Much better than a hotel could ever be and very private. Lots of space and We liked experiencing life in a boulder neighborhood. If we could just get Susan to come decorate our houses....

This was a great place to stay!

  • 5 of 5

We stayed here for our daughter's graduation from CU and it worked out to be a perfect place to stay. The house was extremely nice and comfortable and had everything we needed. It was as good, or even better, than the pictures show and the location was awesome. It is in a quiet and nicely maintained neighborhood, and within easy walking distance to the Pearl St. downtown area. We enjoyed nice walks around the neighborhood and walked downtown many times for shopping and restaurants. Thank you Susan for the use of your beautiful house. Your care for the house and your guests shows in so many details throughout the rooms!

Perfect for our family of two small children

  • 5 of 5

Spacious, bright, centrally located home (and well equipped for small children) with a very friendly owner. What a great location - a gorgeous 10 minute walk with our small children to Pearl Street Market and voila you arrive to the numerous coffee shops, restaurants, local goods and play areas it has to offer. 10 more minutes walk to Boulder Creek, beautiful tea house, library, farmer's market....we could not have chosen a better spot! Our 3 and 1 yr old loved the neighbor's chicken coop across the street (no worries, no loud noises). The neighborhood is beautiful and everyone super friendly. Would love to move there one day...
