Why The Owner chose Boulder

Boulder is within driving distance to many popular ski areas, as Vail, Beaver Creek, Breckenridge, KeyStone, Copper Mountain, Winter Park & Aspen. “The Hill District” at the University of Colorado is a happening area where you can get a taste of the lively nightlife and sample Boulder’s locally-brewed beer. Just jump on ‘hop’ for an 8-minute bus ride. Boulder is very green with firm recycling programs. Drop by “The Kitchen”, an Eco-Friendly restaurant or choose one of several organic restaurants. You’ll find cars fueled with bio-diesel, wind powered shops and solar powered Wi-Fi 35 minutes from downtown Denver yet remote in the foothills, keeps Boulder from getting too crowded with tourists. Take in the stunning views from Chautauqua Park, located at the foot of Boulder’s mountains. The Colorado Chautauqua was named a National Historic Landmark & hosts film series, music festivals, art exhibits, nature hikes & concert performances. You may “hop” on the local buses, and get to an area of your choice easily, as the buses run every few minutes. Boulder has 43,000 acres of open space … find yourself on a simple “stroll” around town. You can watch a play under the stars at the Colorado Shakespeare Festival right here in Boulder. Also enjoy a free outdoor music concert and visit the many galleries … rated one of the best art towns in the country. All in all, highlighting just a few, Boulder tops the lists for its recreation, culture, health, business climate and overall ‘quality of life”. There’s much much more.

Beautiful, comfortable, outstanding host

  • 5 of 5

We could not have felt more welcome. The apartment is thoughtfully appointed and immaculate, as well as elegantly decorated, and so comfortable! The location is outstanding -- quiet neighborhood but in easy walking distance to Pearl Street, Boulder Canyon Park and several grocery stores. Susan is a wonderful host! I'd love to come back someday.

Homey Place Conveniently Located to Downtown Shops & Restaurants and Quick Drive to Outdoor Paradise

  • 5 of 5

Was in town for a Mountain Biking Guys weekend - Home is very nice with all the amenities (spacious & lots of light, wifi, wash & dryer, very clean). Easy walk to downtown shopping, restaurants and bars plus quick drive great mountain bike trails and hiking. Will definitely stay again when I bring my wife for a foodie and outdoor holiday in Boulder! The owner does go old school with paperwork for billing & contracts - don't let this deter you as she's been doing this a long time, reachable quickly via phone and email and a pleasure to interact with.

Beautiful, quiet home close to Pearl Street

  • 5 of 5

I shared this lovely, spacious apartment with two childhood friends who were in town for the week. The location was ideal - we could walk to all of Pearl St. The apartment itself was attractive, clean and comfortable, with every detail provided for. The beds were extremely comfortable. We're already looking forward to our next reunion!

Beautiful home just a few blocks from the Pearl Street Mall

  • 5 of 5

We enjoyed our stay at this beautifully decorated upstairs apartment! The home is beautiful and is quite comfortable. The owner is very attentive to detail and everything we needed was provided. The owner is helpful and answered all questions we had during our stay quickly. In addition, the home is just a few blocks away from the fabulous Pearl Street Mall which is home to great restaurants and shops. The neighborhood is lovely, and there is a patio that we enjoyed for morning coffee or evening drinks before heading out for our daily adventures. We also had visits from neighborhood deer and rabbits! We will definitely be back!
