Paul's home on Monterey Rd was perfect in every way. Clean, modern, comfortable. Paul has seen to every detail.
Great pool, great Casita. Paul was very responsive, and very professional to the few needs we had. It was our fifth long term stay in Palm Springs, and Paul's home was far and away the best we've stayed in.

Beautiful Palm Springs home!
Extremely clean, nice, well-stocked home. We were in town for Desert Trip and enjoyed staying at this updated home. It is comfortable and well taken care of, has a beautiful pool, comfortable beds and nice linens. The owner is super nice and responsive. I would definitely stay here again!
Very nice, clean, modernized house!! Owner incredibly responsive when hot water heater broke down. He actually had it completely replaced on a Sunday late morning! Pool very nice. Could be relaxing or the site of a small "pool party". Private casita awesome. Kitchen utensils fully supplied. Perfect communication. Would stay there again in a heartbeat!!
JULY 2016 Eight of us were planning a summer weekend retreat. We were looking forward to the use of this property. We had signed contracts in place with full documentation including guest registry and identification. Payment was made according to owners specifications prior to the agreed upon deadline. Unfortunately owner canceled with NO EXPLANATION. Payment was refunded in full. VERY DISAPPOINTED TO HAVE TO FIND ANOTHER RENTAL LESS THAN TWO WEEKS BEFORE TRIP. Owner did not return phone call or email after cancellation.
Perfect Spring Break Rental For Family With Teens
We came for Spring Break with four 16 year olds and one 9 year old. House had everything we needed for a perfect week in the sun. The pool was great with plenty of deck lounges and chairs. The Casita was very nice and gave the teenagers the feeling they were on their own vacation. Casita has a nice kitchen and bath with separate bedroom. Main house and Casita are both nicely updated with modern windows and plenty of IKEA sensibility. The main house had a very well stocked kitchen. Master bedroom on opposite end of house from other two bedrooms gave nice space and privacy for everyone. Centrally located laundry off the kitchen was extremely handy. Internet worked great in both the main house and casita. The owners were very responsive before, during, and after the rental. Appropriate refund of our deposit was made in just a couple of days. Would DEFINITELY rent here again. Absolutely loved the place and central location.
