Be one of the growing list of satisfied and delighted people to rent this new, fully furnished, luxury condo with fabulous views of expansive, half moon shaped Birch Bay. Feel yourself relax the longer you enjoy the view! Located across the street from the bay and in the center of town. Enjoy outside moments on your private balcony. Watch blue herons fishing and eagles soaring and diving for a meal without leaving your condo. In the summer sit on adirondack chairs on the back porch and watch the sun rise over Mt Baker through the trees while fragrant coffee brews in your kitchen. Take pictures of beautiful sunsets and views of the Gulf Islands from the balcony or from the beach park across the street. On clear mornings the snow-capped mountains of Canada peak over the trees surrounding the bay. Beautifully furnished condo with full kitchen, stainless steel appliances and granite counters. High end bathrooms with heated floors, jetted tub in master bath. From the master bedroom king size bed fall asleep and wake up to the sound of waves breaking in the bay.
Fun summertime activities and a quiet off season for retreating: long walks and curling up with a good book and your favorite beverage. Sleep with the windows open and breath the fresh air and the quiet of a beachside community. During summer enjoy family activities of digging clams, making sandcastles, flying kites, wading in the shallow tide flats and gathering shells and rocks. Savor beach fires, smores or a bottle of wine and a sunset. Bring your own water 'toys' or rent locally: sailing, windsurfing, kayaking. Easy bicycling for miles and long beach hikes.

My wife and I chose Birch Bay after staying at friends' condos and falling in love with the area. It is the 'aahh' factor when rounding the corner and the bay comes into view. Less than 2 hours from Seattle, we enter a relaxed and laid back world, away from the crowds of the metropolitan area, and enjoy a delightful weekend retreat. We love the smell of salt air and the sounds of waves in the bay. Birds and wildlife are right at our feet, as well as hiking and climbing in the mountains an hour away.
Paul Vanderzee purchased this condo in 2009
The new, contemporary construction, and amazing unobstructed views from this building really appealed to the two of us. We have a quiet condo with excellent sound-proofing and with understated luxury. We also love the international flavor with Canada so close by and the friendly, hospitable community of Birch Bay. Within easy driving distance are a half dozen wineries as well as farms with fresh produce, cheese and other dairy products, and great shopping centers to engage in 'retail therapy.'
We are an end condo unit, so the views from the windows on the west and north are amazing. The beach walks are just down the stairs and across the street. Excellent dining out opportunities within walking distance. Semiahmoo is just a 12 minute drive at the end a wonderful spit. It is great for long walks, fine NW dining, with great views of water, sunsets, and lights of the city of White Rock at night.
My wife and I had a wonderful time in Birch Bay. The condo was represented well in the HomeAway advertisement. It was a wonderful property close to everything. We went into Canada (ten minutes away) and did some sight seeing and shopping two different days. We also trekked up to Mt. Baker which was a short drive from Birch Bay. Overall we loved the condo and the area. It was very relaxing and at the same time there were exciting venues to visit.
clean? very clean
facilities? very good
I would recommend this place for your vacation!!!
This condo is the end unit on the third floor so it has a nice view of the bay and only one neighboring unit next door. It was very nicely decorated, furnished and equipped. We lacked nothing, making our stay very relaxing. The condo association owns the beachfront across the street from the condo building which makes for easy access and a less crowded beach.
The owner provided thorough instructions for operating the various systems such as the three HVAC units and the TV and DVR equipment.
I can recommend this unit without any reservations.
Paul & Betty's condo on Birch Bay was perfect in every way. We slept very well on the comfortable beds and the sheets were a great quality. The view was amazing and the condo was very easy to find. The kitchen was well equipped and a good size. We would definitely stay there again!
We had a late Christmas with our son and daughter and families in Birch Bay. It was cleaned, easy to get to and loved the view from the windows. The condo was warm and inviting and a very quiet place to stay. We would highly recommend this place and Paul was easy to work with. I loved the idea of a code and not having to use a key. We would stay there again when we come to visit our son.

We had an amazing time at this beautiful property. There was no reason to leave! The condo was equipped with everything we needed. The unobstructed view of the ocean was amazing. And the sunsets from the balcony were 2nd to none! The decor and amenities were all up to date, and the heated floors in the bathroom were a bonus! It was a very relaxing and stress free getaway, and we look forward to coming back!
