About the property

Condo, 3 Bedroom, 2 Baths, (Sleeps 6)

Perfect location for a Park City ski vacation or mountain bike retreat. Walk two blocks down to Main Street where you can dine at world class restaurants, browse art galleries, or shop for a new ski outfit. The unit is located at the bottom of Quittin' Time ski run and when conditions allow, you can ski to the back of the building. It is a short walk (100 paces) to get on the run to ski down to the Town Lift. The garage has a closet to house your skis/boots/gear to minimize clutter in the living area. In summer and fall, the condo is prime location to use as a base to attend Deer Valley concerts, Park Silly Sunday Market on Main Street, mountain bike on world class trails, hike in beautiful Park City, or ride the alpine slide at PCMR.

Take the airport shuttle and you won't even need a car during your vacation. There is a free town shuttle service. If you do have a car, it will stay dry inside the garage. The driveway is heated, so snow accumulation will not be a problem.

The unit was recently remodeled and comfortably sleeps 6. There is free WI-FI through the building and in warmer weather you can use the large deck that overlooks Old Town which is a lovely place to watch the sunrise and enjoy your morning coffee. The kitchen has new granite countertops, gas range and stainless appliances, and includes a coffee maker (with automatic timer so you can awaken to the smell of fresh coffee).

Great location, very nice condo...

  • 5 of 5

My party was 3 adults and 1 toddler. We had more than enough room and didn't even use the upstairs bedroom. The condo has been renovated easily within past several years and is in immaculate condition. The kitchen although smaller in size, contains everything you'll need for making meals. We loved having coffee on the huge balcony in the mornings. Walking distance to anything in old town. The Corson's were great hosts...couldn't have asked for more! Thanks for the great place...

Great home base for the art fair

  • 5 of 5

I would second all of the previous positive comments. This condo is quite beautiful and up to date. I really liked the layout, and the view from the deck is a treat. The 2 block walk to the art festival was really convenient, although coming back up the hill was a workout, especially for this sea level guy!

Great Location

  • 5 of 5

We stayed in the condo this Spring. It was a great location and a great home base for our family which includes two adults and two kids. Walking down to Main Street and being so close to the slopes is idea for a Park City vacation. Teenagers would love the loft. We would stay here again.

great location

  • 5 of 5

We stayed with my parents and 3 yr old son at this property and loved it. The short walk down the road and up the approximate 25 stairs was super easy for ski-out. Ski- in was even easier as you could ski down right next to the apartment complex. The stairs down to the village made walking into town really nice. The owners were very responsive and wanted to make sure we had an excellent experience. Really appreciated it!

Great Place to Stay

  • 5 of 5

We stayed in this condo the first week of Feb. 2016. We had a great time and the condo was an excellent home base. It's very cozy and clean. The kitchen is small but is very elegant and has very snazzy appliances. The living room was a wonderful common area. We gathered there for Trivial Pursuit (hadn't played that in years) in front of the fireplace. The Wifi was always strong, and the bluetooth sound system was a nice addition, which we used several times. It may not be the largest condo in PC, but it's surely one of the best kept.

The steps to Main Street are practically at the front door. Yes, that climb UP the steps from Main Street to the condo are something, especially if you're unaccustomed to the altitude (as we were), but hey, it's fresh alpine air -- breathe it in!

Thanks for such a nice stay and for the tip about ordering Park City lift tickets online the day before. If we make it back to Park City, we'll definitely look for this place. I highly recommend.
