Perfect location for a Park City ski vacation or mountain bike retreat. Walk two blocks down to Main Street where you can dine at world class restaurants, browse art galleries, or shop for a new ski outfit. The unit is located at the bottom of Quittin' Time ski run and when conditions allow, you can ski to the back of the building. It is a short walk (100 paces) to get on the run to ski down to the Town Lift. The garage has a closet to house your skis/boots/gear to minimize clutter in the living area. In summer and fall, the condo is prime location to use as a base to attend Deer Valley concerts, Park Silly Sunday Market on Main Street, mountain bike on world class trails, hike in beautiful Park City, or ride the alpine slide at PCMR.

Take the airport shuttle and you won't even need a car during your vacation. There is a free town shuttle service. If you do have a car, it will stay dry inside the garage. The driveway is heated, so snow accumulation will not be a problem.

The unit was recently remodeled and comfortably sleeps 6. There is free WI-FI through the building and in warmer weather you can use the large deck that overlooks Old Town which is a lovely place to watch the sunrise and enjoy your morning coffee. The kitchen has new granite countertops, gas range and stainless appliances, and includes a coffee maker (with automatic timer so you can awaken to the smell of fresh coffee).

We live in Salt Lake City and use the condo frequently & try and make it as comfortable as possible. We are available by phone if any issues arise. About The Owner

We live in Salt Lake City and bought the condo in 2009 as a get away for us to access Park City's fun, exciting and beautiful outdoor activities. We have done an extensive remodel to make the time spent off the slopes more relaxing and enjoyable at the condo. We do use the condo frequently & try and make it as comfortable as possible. We are available by phone if any issues arise.

Access the ski run behind the condo that leads to the Park City Mountain Resort Town Lift via a 100 pace walk to the town stairs. Located at the end of the Quittin' Time ski run, you can ski right down to the condo at the end of the day. Walk 2 blocks down to Main St. for world class restaurants, shopping and entertainment. Use the free shuttle to travel between Old Town, Deer Valley, The Canyons and the Outlet Mall in Kimball Junction. Keyless entry - your code will be individualized and reset after your stay. You will never be digging in your pockets looking for the key or worry about losing a key.

Comfy, cozy and nice and warm condo. With nice Mountain View’s! Walking distance to the old town!

Guaranteed parking spot is always a great plus and also permitted to park in the garage which during winter time is extremely convenient. I would love come visit and stay again in the summer months. Plenty to see and do in the area, not just skiing.

Perfect Condo! Pefect Location!

This condo was perfect! Immaculate and completely renovated throughout. Fully stocked kitchen, coffee maker, toaster, utensils, wine bottle openers, etc. It was truly like a home away from home. Gas fireplace was amazing! There were plenty of blankets and towels -many more than we used and we were there several days.

We had five people in our group and had plenty of room to spread out. Condo location is perfect. You literally walk out the door and down the stairs that are across the street to get to Main Street where all the shops and restaurants are. Public parking lots are available as well if you choose/need that.

The Corsons, owners, are wonderful! Emailed promptly throughout the process, sent a packet of useful info of things to do while in Park City along with easy instructions to access condo, etc.

We would highly recommend and plan to stay here again on our next trip to Park City!

First VRBO experience was wonderful!

LOCATION: Lovely short walk to very cool town center

CONDO: Clean, comfortable & cozy; easy to warm up with quick-switch fireplace and main heating system; super comfortable beds with very soft linens and great towels; well-equipped kitchen that included a proper junk drawer which even had a pair of needed scissors :-) attractive décor befitting a mountain retreat; wonderful view; great notebook of information and easy instructions to use various amenities

COMMUNICATION: Rob answered his phone quickly and courteously; was thoughtful to our need to check in earlier than set time (even though due to airline issues, we didn't arrive until after regular check-in time, oh well)

PAYMENT: Very smooth; appropriate security deposit that was rightly refunded

Overall, it was a wonderful experience and should we ever find ourselves in Park City again, we would definitely want to stay at Quittin Time!!!

Great place to stay!!

Spent 2 nights here with our 2 daughters and their husbands. Apartment very close to downtown . Very comfortable beds and all necessities at hand and very spacious for all of us. Wish we would have stayed longer.

We had a great time in Park City! The condo is in a great location. It's very clean and well furnished. The owner was easy to work with. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Owner's Response: Thank you for your review. We agree that the location is hard to beat, winter or summer. You can ski to and from the town steps just a few houses down the road from the condo, and a confident intermediate skier can even ski right back to the driveway at the end of the day. Main Street is only 2 blocks downhill, but take into account your walk back will be 2 blocks uphill - at altitude. When we travel, we know how important it is to have questions about your rental house and local area answered ahead of time, so we welcome travelers to verify anything they can't find on our listing site. We want our guests to be comfortable and feel like they can text or call if any issues arise before, during, or after their stay. Rob & Rina
