Anne was great to work with and it was such any easy rental transaction. The house was perfect for our fishing trip. My friends and I have been coming to northern Michigan for over 20 years and this was a great house to stay in. We will certainly stay again.
Rented this cottage as part of an fall up north trip with my wife, mother and mother in law. Cottage by far exceeded my expectations, was clean, great location for our needs, interior was updated and decorated very nice, very much my type of place with the all the pine and wood. I will look to stay again in the future if possible and not hesitate to refer to others. Excellent communications with the owner via phone and email, everything was great for us with this cottage rental.
House was clean and well appointed. Looking forward to coming back again sometime!
The lodge was very nice and very clean. The kitchen is great, updated and very convenient. I liked the bubble tub after one day in the cold weather it was very relaxing. Just a few miles from the I75 the house is well located and easy to access. Great for families.
We loved the little cottage in the woods. As it was chilly we had a fire in the fireplace. The whole place was beautifully decorated and furnished, as well as clean. The location was ideal for a number of day trips. Our only regret was that we had not arranged to stay another day. This place did not disappoint.
The pictures & description of this property are exactly as shown. Very clean, totally furnished with all amenities. We had rainy weather, but enjoyed playing cards and other family games at kitchen table. The only thing that would be nice, is to have a roof/covering over the front/back porches.
We did sit out in the drizzle & enjoyed the "up north" pine smells & watched the chipmunks. We found it to be totally relaxing. We walked to the beach area each day. The owners provide excellent
customer service, friendly and accommodating, even had "fresh flowers & filled candy dish" .. Nice touch ! We enjoyed breakfast at Paula's ..other restaurants: Wilson's in Indian River, The Inn-Between, Hoppie's, & Breakers. Shopped in Macinaw City, Petoskey and visited Knaebe's Apple Orchard in Rogers City. The candy/ice cream store (Drosts) in Indian River is excellent! We want to go back and definitely recommend to our family and friends. Very clean, tastefully decorated, excellent customer service!
