The cottage is lovely and has all of the conveniences you can want. The location is excellent, it allows you to reach all the main spots easily and if you chose to stay home the Mullett lake is right in front and very enjoyable.

The owner is very nice and quite responsive.

Beautiful House, Great Location!

  • 5 of 5

We had a lovely week stay at the property. The house was clean and well-stocked, and our bed was really comfortable! There was more than enough room for four adults and three children. We enjoyed days at the lake, and did several day trips to state parks, waterfalls, Petoskey, etc. We enjoyed peaceful nights and sitting around the bonfire. The owners of the property were quick to respond to our inquiries/requests and were very pleasant to work with. We would definitely recommend this house and would come back again!

Great family getaway!

  • 5 of 5

The cottage was clean and welcoming from the moment we arrived. We were walking distance to Mullett Lake with access to a trail which goes around the lake. Perfect for a morning run, and some quality mom time 😊򒠮 Cozy kitchen area for family meals, washer and dryer to stay caught up in laundry while away.

I highly recommend this cottage as it will make your trip a truely memorable one as it did ours. It's minutes from so many sites, I truely hope we will make it back again someday.

Exceptional cottage close to Mullet Lake and many other northern Michigan attractions

  • 5 of 5

Rented this cottage as part of an fall up north trip with my wife, mother and mother in law. Cottage by far exceeded my expectations, was clean, great location for our needs, interior was updated and decorated very nice, very much my type of place with the all the pine and wood. I will look to stay again in the future if possible and not hesitate to refer to others. Excellent communications with the owner via phone and email, everything was great for us with this cottage rental.

You can enjoy the sunrise from the home overlooking Mullett Lake. With shared private lake access, beach, boat dock and mooring buoy, you can enjoy the lake and explore Michigan’s famous Inland Waterway. The 38 mile long waterway begins at Lake Huron and meanders through the Cheboygan River, Mullett Lake, Indian River, Burt Lake and Crooked River to its ending at Conway. Great fishing opportunities surround you in this beautiful waterway. The property is close to Mackinaw City, Mackinac Island, historic parks, casinos, golfing, skiing, biking and hiking on the 61.9 mile rail trail that goes by the property or just relaxing at the beach.

As you head north on I-75 you would be exiting at Exit 313 then go right (northeast) approximately six miles on M-27 to Mullet-Burt Road then turn left (north) away from the lake and go about 100yards and turn left on Miami Beach Dr. and proceed to the property. Easy to find and a GPS will take you right there.
