If you are looking for a bright, roomy beachfront condo on sunny Sanibel Island, this is it! Located on the quiet Lighthouse end of the island, our uncrowded white sand beach is perfect for building sandcastles with the kids or relaxing with a good book. Dolphins swimming close to shore are a common site, and the shelling is world-class! Our condo is bright and open, with a floor plan that sleeps 8 but is also very comfortable for 2. There are 3 bedrooms 3 bathrooms, and a loft. The unit features a recently remodeled kitchen. The Gulf views are awesome, and you can hear the waves lapping against the shore! Hi Mike, got back from Sanibel Saturday night from a wonderful vacation at Seagrape Lane! The condo suited us perfectly and we really enjoyed our week there. The weather couldn’t have been much better, including a full moon! It was really a lot of fun for our family and we would definitely go back to Sanibel and your place. It was great!
The location and amenities were excellent! Owners have gone out of their way to make this a great place. We had 3 adults and a 2 year old and had plenty of space. It is on the water with nice view but also have some privacy with the natural foliage. Kitchen appears to have been updated which is evident in some of the photos. Nice screened in porch. Pool is only shared by the 4 Seagrape units, so it is not crowded. This also makes the beach not crowded as well. Locker is stocked with beach equipment, no need to buy chairs, umbrella, etc. Will definitely stay at his location again in the future.
Six longtime girlfriends had a fabulous reunion at this amazing beach home. It was cozy, beachy, and had everything we could have hoped for. The beds were comfy, the kitchen fully stocked and beach chairs just waiting for us! Most amazing breakfast spot right down the road(walking distance) and mornings were spent on the screen porch overlooking the Gulf sipping coffee. Walks on the beach kept us in shape(sort of) and the full laundry facilities kept us clean!!! You'd be doing yourself a favor by taking advantage of this amazing, private sanctuary. And, did I mention the pool right behind the beach house if you don't feel like "beaching it"? You simply cannot ask for more!
Our family consisting of three generations arrived on Aug. 6th. from Minnesota. We found our condo ready and waiting. The excitement of the children as they exclaimed over the pool, the ocean, their rooms was heartwarming.
Our week was perfect! We did not let the rain slow us down, rather we played around the rainy times and also played in the rain. We found plenty to do.
The condo has room to spread out for private times, we made good use of the kitchen and the washer/dryer. We spent much time on the screened porch, in the pool, and on the beach.
This rental really is perfect for families...we had plenty of beach toys, floats, chairs, and umbrellas.
THANK YOU MIKE AND FAMILY; it was a pleasure working with you and if we can all swing a future family get together I know that we will be back. I believe that we have 'hooked' our grandchildren on shelling and the beauty of the sea. THANK YOU!
