THE ORIGINAL 'Home Away from HOME!' First of all, let me say THANK YOU to all of our Guests, especially our returning Guests! Serving each and every one of you is ALWAYS my pleasure!!!

Regency Isle is definitely THE MOST sought after complex on the Florida/Alabama coast! Perfect vacation/getaway for the entire Family... babies to seniors. Our freshly painted, spaciously upgraded 1350 square foot (HUGE double entry, COMPLETELY PRIVATE balcony, an additional 300 sq.feet) luxurious, peaceful 'Home Away from Home' is a LUSH beachfront fifth floor unit (#508) and offers unobstructed views of our private beach, Perdido Key and Bay as well as Ono River/Island.

Each of our extra large bedrooms have their own private bath. Our home features nine foot ceilings, crown molding, tile, carpet in the 2 bedrooms, separate large utility room and convenient half bath. The Master Suite (with it's own private balcony access) has an elegantly decorated King bed, Flatscreen TV with DVD in it's own entertainment center, and separate spa-like bath with double sinks and a vanity (with make-up seating), jacuzzi, spa/garden tub, large separate shower, separate linen closet and separate huge walk-in closet. Our second bedroom is also exceptionally large (plenty of floor space for additional sleeping or air mattresses) Queen bed, TV in entertainment center, and connected full private bath. Like having 2 Master Suites!

Several beach chairs and a beach umbrella are available for our Guests and are kept in the utility room. Beach rentals are also available if you prefer. The guys who are there for this service are always very accommodating!

Our professionally decorated home has a large, fully Gormet' equipped kitchen, (You can also see and enjoy our view of the ocean from the kitchen sink as well as just about anywhere from inside as well as our full frontal view from our private balcony!) large side by side refrigerator/freezer, granite counter tops, separate wet bar with it's own sink and built in ice maker. There are also 4 gas grills on the ground level under the large gazebo, adjacent to the pool area complete with grill cleaning utensils, picnic tables and a HUGE, lush, green grassy play area. Paper towels and plastic cups are always available at the grilling and pool area for our Guest's convenience!

The elegant; yet comfortable Family living area (with leather recliner, Queen sleeper sofa and entertainment center, housing a Flatscreen TV with DVD Player) and dining area (seating for seven) also have unsurpassed views of the ocean. The unit sleeps six amid home-like surroundings with plenty of floor space in bedrooms for additional sleeping when necessary! Family games and activities are stored in the top drawer of the entertainment center for your enjoyment (old fashioned entertainment). All of our Guests really seem to love having these available. This day and time, we don't seem to do enough of this anymore. It will remind you of the days when families had time to have 'Family Game Night' like some of us did growing up! Non-electronic games sometimes seem like a thing of the past but hopefully this will make some wonderful memories as well as bring some old memories back to life for you and your Family!

About Ann Rowe, Owner

Mark and I have been married for almost 40 years. We have 3 grown, amazing children and 5 wonderful GRANDchildren! Our oldest Daughter Casey, is married to Blake Blackwell and they have Twins, "Lynley" Ann and "Tanner" Blake. Our Son Mark, (Jr.) is married to Kandice and they have 2 Sons, Trace and Leo and a Daughter, Piper. Our youngest Daughter, Haley is married to Zac Hultz and they have a Daughter, "Annsley" Maye. We are very proud of ALL of our Children! Our Son, SFC Mark Rowe, Jr. is an Iraq Veteran (Infantry Division) and works full time with the Mississippi National Guard, where he is an Officer Liaison/Recreuiter. We would especially like to thank our Country's Military/Service Men, Women, and Families for their sacrifices and our FREEDOM!

I, (Ann) first began vacationing in the Gulf Shores/Orange Beach area as a very young child with my Parents at The State Park in a 'pop-up' camper. So Mark and I naturally chose the same area to make memories with our Family and Grandchildren. Hopefully, the legacy will continue for generations to come and wonderful, lifetime memories will grace the hearts and minds of all who visit our 'Home Away from Home!' We are fully and truly BLESSED!!!

Our Guests have full access to a large heated indoor as well as outdoor pool(with large entertainment area),plenty of chairs and tables,lounge chairs,indoor and outdoor hot tubs,sauna,steam room,work out room (3rd floor),and an entertainment room(3rd floor)with a large screen TV and lounging area. Facilities are available for massage therapy,aerobics and a beauty salon.You can schedule appointments with your own instructor or stylist on-site. GREAT for weddings! Enjoy our large pavillion/gazebo equipped with four gas/electric grills,grill cleaning equipment,4 picnic tables and huge grassy area for horseshoes-or where the kids can run and play; all with our units covered reserved parking space on the main level. On site management(Frank deJarnette),24 hour security and surveillance cameras are for your added safety.Maintenance staff is ALWAYS helpful and make every effort to ensure all Guests are happy at all times!

The weather wasn't the best but we did make it to the beach everyday but one!! The grounds @ Regency Isle were immaculate as always & everyone was friendly & accommodating!! Looking forward to our next trip between Christmas & New Year!!

Perfect Beach Vacation

Regency Isle 508 is a perfect home away from home. The view is spectacular and the condo is so beautifully decorated, spacious, clean and cozy. The furniture and beds were comfortable and the unit has everything you could need. The pool and beach are just steps away so you can go in for lunch or a break from the sun and then right back out to enjoy the sun, sand and water.

The owners are great to deal with and we look forward to renting from them in the future.

Wonderful Condo!

This condo is one of the very best we've ever stayed in. Every detail was wonderful and provided for a lovely home away from home for a week. The condo owner was a delight and SO easy to work with...we ran into some personal snags at the beginning and I feel that she really bent over backward to help us. We'll definitely be back and hope to stay in this condo again! :)

Wonderful Spring Break Getaway!

This place is AMAZING! The views are gorgeous, the condo well stocked, and the owners are compassionate and truly value their renters. We stayed for a week in the condo and even though the weather wasn't the greatest, the condo had everything we needed to truly enjoy our week getaway! We will definitely keep this place in mind for next year's Spring Break Trip!

Nice home away from home

We have stayed in multiple units over the past 15 years or so at regency isle. It is great location, nice beach, nice pool, well maintained. Unit 508 is well maintained, clean, nicely decorated and Ann has left some small touches that set this unit apart from others. She has left soap by the sink, coffee and tea, games for the family, book with nearby local restaurants as well as night lights. It is the little things that made this unit and our trip memorable.

Cleaning Fee $135

The "service fee" is ONLY charged if you choose to pay online directly to &/or through vrbo or Homeaway. I do NOT charge a service fee when you book through me. I don't require a damage deposit as a courtesy to you. I trust you will treat our "Home Away From Home" as if it were your vacation Home. We love our Home and want to be able to keep costs at a minimum for our Guests!
Monthly rates are Sept.10-Nov. 10, $1800 plus 11% tax, 1 parking permit $10 & cleaning fee $135. Nov.11-Feb. $1600 plus 11% tax, 1 parking permit $10 & cleaning fee $135.

100% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date.
